It was the worst experience of my life. A pipe froze burst they needed to ship us to a different location. We received nothing in return for the trouble that we went through and the management was mean and nasty.

The room had a terrible smell of old cooking grease in it. The smell was in the curtains and the rug. The shower didn't work properly. When I pulled the rod up on the spigot to change the water output to the shower head, water continued to pour out of the spigot and there was very little pressure in the shower head. The tub also had brown stains, which was pretty gross. And the refrigerator looked dirty and grimy on the outside.

Horrible. The smell of marijuana was everywhere, the floor by the shower was peeling up; the shower head was the size of silver dollar and I saw 2 roaches in the room. I hated every minute there. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows didn’t support anything.

The room was definitely worn, but that wasn’t the issue. The issue was the clear amount of blood on the wall in the bathroom by the sink.
With that said the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. I was able to get a parking space by the door every time I left and came back. They had the coffee bar set up every morning and it was good and hot!
The bedding looked thin, but it was surprisingly warm and comfortable, as were the big ole fluffy pillows.

I have to be honest the front desk people both Syed and the other gentleman ( African American) both were very nice and courteous… however the property condition is not good… area around outside the hotel , parking lot , etc kinda shady and you won’t feel safe walking around… but most importantly there were bugs in the room.. I saw cockroach in the bathroom so decided not to shower , even while I was laying down I saw bug on the pillow.. I had to leave next day since it was already late and I was tired. I can’t believe that I had to lay $657 for two nights.. Syed was very kind and he requested for one night refund for me so I hope I only paid for a night .. I have to check with my bank :) but ya .. I don’t recommend this place for anyone .. Infact I also felt that some people live there permanently like renting it full time like apartments. People kept coming in and out all night from the back door next to the room that I was given. But again.. the staff were really nice!!!

Do not use this hotel!!!!

This is a welfare hotel with people hanging out outside of the building and the room was terrible. The place smelled of pot and it looked like people were doing drugs in the parking lot.
We left early once we were able to book a room at another hotel.
You should not advertise this hotel on your site since it is not set up for a vacation rental. This hotel has people living in the hotel (they looked like welfare recipients) and the room was terrible (old and things were falling apart).
We should get a refund for the two nights we had to stay there while trying to book another hotel!!!
You should send someone there from your company to take a look at this place and have it removed from your site.

The copious amounts of marijuana smoke outside the main lobby door near handicapped parking by the same 5-7 people permeated throughout the whole hotel. I could smell the odor in my room on the second floor. This was not a pleasant experience!

People also reside here long term and they were lovely and friendly- felt like community to this 63 yr female. Is in an industrial area but quiet enough. Hall carpet was dirty but room was clean, if barren, with all hard surfaces. I chose this place for the kitchenette but you have to ask for any cooking supplies, so planning ahead of desk trip is needed. It fit my needs and I would stay there again.

If all U need is 4 walls, this is it

The first night I stayed here it was bearable. Though, I had horrible night's sleep from all the doors banging and people trudging through the corridor all hours of the night. I stayed here because it was pet friendly. Be warned there's poop everywhere outside.
I extended my stay 1 more night. A mistake. Saturday night frights I suppose. Car alarms going off after 10pm. The worst was the fire alarm going off at around 11pm. In a haze of sleepiness, I got my dogs leashed and myself out the room door within minutes. My heart was pounding to ensure the safety of my dogs&me Yet, once I was in the hall,the alarm stopped. No one else was out. And, no staff to be seen to check the rooms.
I can't speak properly due to oral cancer surgery. I asked the front desk what is happening. All the first guy said \" everything is fine\". That's all he could say. Some back and forth for explanation and I got no solid answer. No fire truck came at any time while I sought an explanation. My blood pressure was high. And, sleep left me. The second old guy behind the window gave a reason.He said someone was cooking in their room, opened the door, which set the alarm off. The customer should have opened the window while cooking. Of all the stupid things to say that would be it.1. Ventiation system needs to be suited to what is being offered 2.Where was the FD to check and make sure, 3. How is there no night manager on duty? This incident has clinched my never coming back in addition to the lousy sleep.

The building is an older building, which is fine, but it is not properly maintained. The curtain rod in our room was literally falling off the wall. The heating/cooling unit did not work properly - we had it set for heat and it just stopped working over night. We woke up in the middle of the night freezing (see comment below about insufficient bedding). The towel holder in the bathroom was badly damaged. A child got sick in the hallway right outside our door so I called the front desk. This was addressed by vacuuming it up - leaving a stain and odor. The mattresses are in such poor condition that there is no support.
The bedding provided was a very thin coverlet. We were here in the winter during a snow storm and were unable to get a blanket- we asked at two different times.
There is no housekeeping services - once every two weeks. You only get 2 rolls of toilet paper - we had 2 adults and stayed for 3 nights. You have to ask for glasses. You have to pay to have cooking items and utensils for the kitchen. The price per night is daylight robbery for such poor facilities and lack of amenities.

We ask for extra pillows and they told us they didnt have any. We had a kitchen and we need it to go to the lobby to ask for kitchenware.The bed was. Comfortable and the room was clean

My stay at this hotel was terrible. I requested a non-smoking room, but the one I received smelled strongly of cigarettes and marijuana. To make matters worse, the room had bed bugs. When I asked to be moved to another room, the staff treated me as if they were doing me a favor rather than addressing a serious problem.

The second room I was assigned was filthy and clearly not cleaned properly. I have multiple videos and pictures to prove it. This experience was so bad that I had to throw away both my son’s and my clothes. I do not recommend this hotel at all—it was a horrible experience.

We stayed at the hotel on 8/17. We decided a week before to stay over for a wedding we were attending. This was the only reasonable place we could book accommodations The hotel is older and getting rundown. Our room was clean and met our needs. The hotel was clean as were the grounds we observed. We had no issues with noise. The staff we dealt with were all pleasant, helpful and courteous. Full transparency the hotel appears to have numerous long term residents who could be there for homelessness reasons. We had no issues with anyone staying there.

You are charging way too much for having section 8 people or govt assisted people in your hotel. Way too many people that do not respect a hotel for a hotel. Nobody cleaned French fries on the floor in front of the elevator for hours. The litter around the hotel was the most i have seen in years on long island. The dog crap around the hotel property was way too much. I travel to Long Island once a month. I would never stay there again.

I didn’t like that the fire alarm went off and no one knew what was going on and they had us standing outside. People had to walk back in to see what was happening and the staff did nothing. I had to change my room at 8pm because the toilet did flush and the rooms were not that well cleaned I found some hair in the shower

Second time at an extended stay in 2 weeks- gave another location a try. Was a whole lot of disappointment regarding the nightly price which was significantly high and while it is summer on LI it was not in line with the overall cleanliness and amenities at this hotel. It’s clearly being used as an apartment for people that don’t have other living options- similar to the location we stayed in another state. It appears these locations are being used as halfway houses, either let people know before booking or just pick one clientele. Had to switch rooms due to the stench of smoke even though it’s a non smoking hotel. Hallways smell. Old beds, old appliances. Was broken glass in our room. No shampoo without asking at the front desk. No pool or gym or breakfast But paying NYC hotel prices. For a lot of money per night to not even have a full continental breakfast is a bit sad. To get a small bar shampoo and sandpaper towels, also not acceptable for this high price.

This hotel smelled the minute I walked into the lobby. Then when I was shown my room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I couldn’t even breathe. It looked like a homeless shelter. In fact there was a homeless man sleeping in the parking lot. I turned around and walked out.

This property is wrongly rated on Expedia. This is a one star hotel. The room was extremely small for an extended stay, there were no dishes or utensils for cooking as stated there would be in the amenities, there was no running water for the entire morning and when I requested to speak to corporate for a refund I was charged for the phone call that the front desk transferred me too. In addition the room was not updated and there were peeling paint on ceiling walls, the fridge did not close properly and had a huge dent in it. Very ghetto property and I don’t recommend it even for my worst enemy.

The aroma of the room was overwhelming with a smell that we couldn't determine. Kitchenette had no utensils an anything to use. Next door had a family who must've been misplaced but we're smoking marijuana in the hallway, kids were running up and down the hallways, banging on the walls till 2am. Other side of the road is Section 8 housing.

2 night stay due to renovation at home.
The good : Room was clean and the hotel in general was quiet. They accept pets so no worries there
The bad: The breakfast bar is subpar. Basically, it's coffee and Danish. The room is kinda set up weirdly. The TV is really low on a nightstand. You can barely see it when sitting in bed.
They have a mirror behind the tv..??
key reader to the outside is worn or broken..you'll be an engineer to make it work.

The location was dirty. The hallways were disgusting and smelled. There was dog poop everywhere outside. The side entrance door was broken so anyone could walk in the building. The rook counter was stained and dirty. The bathtub corners were yellow. The tv only had a few channels and was small. I was so embarrassed to bring my wife to such a location. The room didnt look anything like the photos online. I will never use expedia again.

The room was dirty. Hadn't been swept or vacuumed. Walls very thin. Kids yelling and running up and down the halls. Tv remote didn't work. The staff couldn't find batteries first night. Multiple times people smoking weed right by door, making me and my famiky uncomfortable walking in.

Here’s an honest review. The hotel smells. The rooms smell. There are mysterious stains on the floor in the rooms. The toilet didn’t work properly. We could hear dogs barking all night. We booked through hotels.com and they told us they didn’t see that we prepaid and made us pay through them at a higher rate. We corrected it afterward.

Basic long term stay facility.
Not very clean. The elevator smelled like pickles.
There are many that use the premises as their primary residence.
Although the reps at the front desk were friendly, do not expect any service besides the complementary coffee in the morning. Plates, glasses, utensils, etc should be available upon request. Unfortunately, after a couple of attempts, I was unable to have requested items provided.
If you have a pet, there is a daily charge. Some properties charge a flat fee.
The property needs upgrading.
