First room we got had no heat TV not working, when I talked to the frontvdesk she told me they sold out, I reply that's very cold tonight and I cant sleep with no heat finally she give me another room.
The place is dirty it need a lot of updates ill not go back and i wouldn't recommend it to no one.

The staff was ok and the room was clean. But our tv didn’t work. My husband went to the front desk and told the staff. The lady changed the batteries and when he came back upstairs it still didn’t work. When we left the following day. The gentleman asked if we wanted to change rooms. I told him no because we was leaving.

During our staying at this hotel, after an exhausting day since we missed out flight I have a reservation at this hotel because we they rebook our flight the next day during our checking on 27dec2025 night, that person who work at frond desk was asking me about a credit card which I do have Apple Pay so then I try to tell him that I already payed and keep saying gave me your cRd or I can not check, he didn't not explain that they need that card on file but he screamed on my face, never ever had that experience on my live and end up my has and gave him his card but next time hire a nice people when it come to customers service, not who screaming on customer faces, never come back to that hotel

I am writing to formally report extremely unsanitary conditions in my room, including a serious bed bug infestation. The room is visibly dirty and poorly maintained, and I have suffered multiple bed bug bites all over my body, including my face.

This situation is unacceptable and has caused significant physical discomfort and distress. What is equally concerning is the lack of response and care from the staff. When I raised this issue, the staff were inattentive and dismissive, showing little concern for my health or the severity of the situation.

I am requesting immediate action to address this issue, including proper cleaning, pest control. I had to change my room at 2am and due to the hostile behavior of the staff, I am now changing the location of the hotel. Please let me know as soon as possible what steps will be taken to resolve this matter.

I expect this issue to be treated with the urgency and seriousness it warrants.

4 nights of absolute misery. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

From the moment you walk in, something feels off. The reception desk is behind bullet-proof glass, like a bank teller window, which should have been our first warning.

The first night, our room was infested with cockroaches. We were moved to another room, which was slightly better, but still dirty and clearly neglected. The entire property is rundown, poorly maintained, and unhygienic.

On the second morning, around 7 a.m., a violent fight broke out outside our room. A man was screaming threats like, “You fed up my jaw, I’m going to k* you.”* I repeatedly called the front desk and no one answered.

On the third morning, an emergency siren went off. When we rushed to the lobby, the receptionist laughed and told us it was a false alarm.

The staff experience was just as bad. Most of the front desk employees seemed extremely young, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in basic hospitality. The attitude was dismissive and disrespectful.

I asked three separate times for an extra pillow. Each time I got a different excuse: they didn’t have the key, they didn’t have pillows at the moment, and to come back later. On the third attempt, they finally said they don’t provide extra pillows at all. When I asked why they wasted my time instead of saying that from the beginning, the employee laughed.

This was not just a bad stay. It felt unsafe, chaotic, and poorly managed from start to finish.

One light over the bed did not work, my towels had stains on them, the floor had questionable splatter marks there was water damage in side of my dresser drawers an ant in my other drawer, someone’s public hair in my bed several of them, ants coming out of the mirror. Cockroach came out of the wall. A male staff who is at the front desk at night and was just all around lacking in care for his job he came off rude when my boyfriend tried to discuss this with him and when my boyfriend stated “this is supposed to be your most premium room we literally paid extra” he said “yep… i know… your right..” and didn’t offer anything else in conversation just crappy experience all around .

Nothing worked right. I checked out after a day and went to a different hotel that was exceptionally better for the same rate……. I’m truly disappointed.

The door on room #115 did not close properly lock was broken , upon checking we ask for another room , staff Maria was extremely rode, hung on on Expedia who was trying to get us. Refund, she wouldn’t talk to us, we didn’t stay and lost our money. For a whole week the manager still has yet to respond to messages or call us back!

I’ve probably not stayed in a worse hotel.
The bed springs were coming through. The safe didn’t work.
The bath didn’t drain very well so ended up with a lot of water during a shower
There was ALOT of people hanging out the back of the hotel that were smoking drugs.
The fire alarm went off one night for no reason in the middle of the night.
The lift had error lights on.

If there was anything positive was that the aircon worked albeit noisy.
There was a working fridge and microwave and the room was serviced every day.

Desperately in need of complete renovation.

I wouldn't be as harsh in my rating if it wasn't for the fact I paid $200 for the night. The room has chipped paint and damaged furniture.

The WiFi was too slow for me to effectively work on.

The fridge on the coldest setting was barely above room temp so I threw away the dairy/egg products I had stored.

Also, there was a piece of broken glass in my my room that stuck in my foot.

From the front desk staff (kid with glasses) an attitude the whole time. Next the tv wasn’t even working. The elevator did not work. There was smoking outside the premises and to top that off it was weed ! I had my child with me which was very unsafe. I felt even terrified afterwards! There was loud music playing outside the hotel until 11pm, then became noisy around 2am with music playing again ! Worst worst by far the worst experience ever !!

The elevators didnt wirk properly. The first floor ice machine wasnt working. The laundry room wwad was out of service. Fire alarm went off multiple times. Internet was intermittent. TV glitched. Room got flooded from two floors above. Staff seems rather cavalier about these things. I don't think the owners care much about properly maintaining their building.

I hated this property, it was dirty ,filled with roaches, the paint was chipping and the smell was atrocious! When I went into the room the bed was uneven, and the room was freezing, when i turned the air off and as the room warmed up the smell got stronger and stronger. I was there 1 hour max and went to the front desk and checked out. I asked for a full refund and was told the manager wasn't available. When I spoke with nisha she refused to give me a refund. I complained to her about the quality of the hotel and it didn't matter that i had only been there an hour. I am calling my bank to dispute the charge i refuse to pay for that dump!

This property felt more like a DMV than a hotel. The reception desk is behind a partition and no one was ever back there. There is a very small lobby with a few chairs. It felt so depressing. The rooms are very small and showing their age. It was at best OK but there are plenty of other hotels in the area to stay at instead.

The hotel was not cleaned. Only one elevator was working. No room service. You have to go to the lobby to get what you asked for. They have iodine in the rooms but does not work. We saw a beg bug on the bed. For the money the we spent…. It was terrible. Shower don’t even work properly……don not book at red roof inn in Westbury, Long Island.

This hotel was clean but very dated and not well maintained. The rooms are mostly laminate flooring which beats carpet to me. The beds are comfortable. Many outlets were loose, blowdryer definitely did not work. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The ypung lady that checked us in lacked enthusiasm but over all, it was only 2 nights and bearable.
