The entire place needs a makeover. Floors were worn, shower stained and paint chipped. Pool was closed and seems it has been for awhile. Guy at the front desk was yelling at a customer over the phone. Never again will we stay there.

The place was absolutely filthy. The air conditioner wouldn't go above 78. Half the property is welfare housing. There were drug deals being made in the parking lot in daylight. I cannot believe Expedia charged me $415 for one night. Unbelievable

DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!! Had to stay 2 nights while our house was having work done. It was an easy commute and good enough for what we needed it for.
They gave us a first floor in the second building, corner room that was handicap accessible which was fine. The room was ok, definitely needed to be updated. No microwave and the AC barely worked but whatever you get what you pay for. The HUGE issue was the 2nd night at 9:40PM some guy tried breaking into our room. He was pounding on the door and trying to push it open, but we had the latch over the lock which he actually broke from trying to force the door open. My husband got out of bed yelling what do you want and the guy yelled you were supposed to check out, my husband yelled back we check out tomorrow and the guy went away. My husband got dressed and immediately went to the front desk and the guy there said it was housekeeping lady coming to clean the room--My husband said NO it was a man and why would housekeeping come to clean a room at almost 10PM at night while we are still here? Then the guy said oh it was the maintenance guy -again my husband said why would the maintenance guy try to break into our room? And the guy behind the counter didn't respond. My husband told him if it happens again there will be a problem and walked away.
There is definitely something shady going on there and what if we were actually a handicap couple? What would that guy have done to people that can't defend themselves? STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

It's close to allot of stores & thing to do. It's a little dated though.
I paid for 7 days , only stayed for four days. Checked out at 0900 on the 4th day, & only got refunded for 2 days, instead of the three that I had already paid for. I would not go back to stay at that property again for a few reasons. For the money it was ok.

Unfortunately, the room smelled like someone smoked there for five years before I went into the room. I don’t smoke and I hate smoke. The rate was cheap and I got what I paid for. The bed was very comfortable. It looked like the room hadn’t been updated since the 60s as there was a bottle opener on the wall. The little refrigerator needed to be defrosted as the temperature was probably 70°. Overall, I slept well. Would I stay there again? Never.

The room was terrible and the bathroom needs a complete make over the distance of the toilet bowl to the door was very uncomfortable two people cannot fit in the bathroom imagine you needed to bathe your children . Super uncomfortable and the furniture is not maintained. I’ve seen
Motels in better condition than this franchise name Ramada. Overall free parking was a plus for me

The higher ups know this hotel needs a deep cleaning....They are trying to milk this location until they find a buyer.....roaches are walking around....all upholstery including carpet is to be replaced.....Staff is welcoming and accommodating......but o ly so much customer service can do with the present room situations.

Older hotel and fully functional. Showers were hot, bedding comfortable and room was cleaned daily. Overall the hotel needs updating, which will drive the price up, which is not necessarily a benefit. There are more expensive hotels if that is what you want. You pay for what you get, and it is fairly priced compared with other expensive hotels in the area.

I had a great experience with the staff they understood my issue and concern .

The room was another thing. the bed sheets were stain, dirty tissue between the sheet, the floor look dirty and we had bugs coming from the ceiling.
No Egyptian sheets in this place.
We drove back home the same night, no time to rest after our party.
I will say my refund was quickly done.

The linens were clean. That is all the good I can say. Property is very rundown. Ceiling cracked looks like it will fall in. Front door does not align. Therefore, although locked, it feels like someone leaning on it would be inside easily. Bathroom was rundown and needed cleaning behind the door. Parking is plentiful. We did not have breakfast, so no comment. We will never be staying here again.

Ordered a room with a hot tub that didn't work and never got fixed. Manager said he would get it fixed or change our room - never happened. The hot water dribbled out of the faucet, while the 2 sinks and the shower worked fine.
Door had gaps (up to 1/2\") around it. Both televisions had to be fixed to play. The thermostat on the heater did not shut it off. The floor transition strip to the hot tub area was a trip hazard, and they had to replace the hair dryer.
On the 3rd day of our 4 night stay, the assistant manager (Suki?) agreed to refund me the difference between a regular room and our room. He gave me a form that shows a refund for the difference - $164.42.
Imagine my anger when I saw my credit charges, and they took it off, AND put it back on my bill - charging me the full amout that I had booked. I left early on the 26th, and no one was at the front desk to give me a final receipt.
I'm a retired Quality Manager as well as having been a Secret Shopper and have dealt with customer satisfaction all my life.
I have to say the manager has a very poor attirude towards customers and it showed in his interactions with customers as well as his facial expressions and body language. Most of the staff acted similarly. I have to admit that the man who checked us in, and the assistant manager were very congenial.
I lived in the area 1/2 of my life and passed this hotel many times over the years. My assessment then as it is now - It's a place I wouldn't want to stay at.

The whole establishment smells like smoke, even the nonsmoking rooms. We asked to be transferred to a room without carpet which was slightly better. The fire alarm went off for almost an hour at 4am and we stood outside. TV didn't work. Room cards needed to be reprogrammed after the first night, we all got locked out. Management was pleasant and tried to rectify the problems, but it was a bad situation as the Wyndham is trying to update this Ramada.
The whole property smells like marijuana or cigarettes.

he place was a dump. It did not look or feel clean and everything in there was beat up and looked like it had been picked out of the garbage. The A/C unit was archaic and so loud it kept us up all night. You could hear the neighbors talking next door and even snoring. The whole place was just shady. The TV remote did not work and the person at the front desk was \"too busy\" to help us at 8pm and said he could come to our room at 9:45pm to help us out. We said forget it, since we had been traveling since 4:45am we didn't want him coming that late. We were supposed to stay 4 nights but thankfully, the woman at the front desk the following morning was helpful and we were able to check out and got a refund for the last 3 nights. We went the the Hampton Inn in Garden City instead which was comparably priced and waaaay nicer, cleaner and comfortable.

The front desk people is very kind and welcoming, but the woman in the breakfast so mean and nasty. Definitely this place not for families with small kids or people who needs to rest. It was an expensive price for one night to spend double cleaning. The room was not clean. There was handprints all over the bed backboard. The hot tub was dirty. Had someone else’s hair still in it. Didn’t get to turn on the jets because the switches was not labeled to be found. There was a small pieces of broken glass bottle in the corner of the hot tub.

I recently stayed at Ramada Inn this weekend, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.

First and most importantly, there was no hot water during my stay. On top of that, the water pressure was extremely low, which made showering even more frustrating. After a long day, the least you expect from a hotel is a decent hot shower, and that basic necessity wasn’t provided. It made the stay very uncomfortable.

The bathroom was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. It did not feel accommodating or relaxing at all.

To make matters worse, the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful when concerns were raised, the attitude I received made the situation even more upsetting.

Overall, this was an awful experience. Between the lack of hot water, poor water pressure, the tiny bathroom, and the unacceptable customer service, I would not recommend staying here. I truly expected much better.

It’s not your typical hotel. No elevators but the rooms are very clean. They clean your room everyday which was a wonderful added. No microwave in room. Plenty of parking. I had a welcoming check in and it was late. Like 2AM. Breakfast was not that great. Plenty rum for improvement. Restaurant staff was not very friendly. Can use some training my in customer service. Check out reception was also not as welcoming at the check in. It’s an ok place to stay for a quick trip. Always clean

This hotel is nasty. The first room reeked of smoke. Thankfully they switched my room to one that smelled better but definitely not kept up. The shower water was barely lukewarm There are no restaurants or stores in walkable distance, especially in the cold weather. Although the filters looked filthy, at least the heat worked .

The owner/manager was rude and disrespectful. I called the front desk when I tried to connect to the internet and I was not spojen to in a respectful and professional manner. For 2 out of the 3 days I was unable to work virtually because of no internet connection. On the evening of my last night I went to the front desk and the person who claimed to be the owner was rude to me in front of other persons present. This experience was the worst that I have EVER experienced. Please before anyone books a reservation read the terrible and poor reviews.

The room appeared fine until we found a cockroach in the bathroom. And there was a gap in the door and we could swe outside in the morning. Thankfully we could control the heat.
Also, when we arrived there were three police cars out front. And we saw more throughout the two days.
The gentleman who checked us in was lovely. The sweet lady cleaning the other rooms checked in with us if we needed anything and to let her know if we did.

Disgusting place to stay. The room had roaches.. several of them..crawling in the bed as I slept. Horrifying. I called to inform the front desk and was told that a manager (both their names start with an \"R\") would call me back to discuss. Its been 2 days and no one responded. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. I am completely mortified by the bugs. Do yourself a favor and find some where else to stay.
