Holes in the sheet covers. The room floor were super dirty. The bathroom was bleached with commercial Clorox and the smell made me sick. The showed me 2 more room and one was worst than the other. Paint stain all over the room and sheets. They didnt want to refund me the money. I had to book at another hotel. False advertisement

The rooms that are posted on expedia, are not the rooms we got when we arrived. we got catfished…They have only Full size bed in every room. We paid for a Queen size bed as promoted on their itinerary because king was not available at all. The rooms were so filthy, the front desk gave us at least 4 rooms to pick from, one had 2 remotes but were missing batteries, the closet was gross and missing it’s doorknob, the AC was broken, the hallway had better air than the room. Stains all over walls and curtains, blood splattered on ceilings, unclean sheets, holes on walls, the inside of fridge are dirty.

The AC worked great, the tv was great, loved that it had YouTube, wifi worked good enough for me to complete my school work …..

However , the bathroom was dirty still, there were pube hairs all over the shower , the sink was detached. The bed comforters had cigarette burns and the white pillows were really dirty. My colleague and I had to go to a local dollar tree and purchase sheets and a blanket just to cover the bed for peace of mind. It was overall convenient for an overnight stay. Adequate street parking.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incompetent. The room, when I walked in I noticed that the toilet seat was broken, the tub was black on the bottom, and there were cigarette burns all over the bedspread. There are no phones in the room. And I also noticed when I went to look over out the window it had been open halfway and I believe people were sneaking in to sleep there from the street. This was an absolute nightmare I don’t think Expedia should even put this hotel as an offer on their website. They also claim they had shuttle service which they did not. I advise anyone to not stay at this hotel it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The front desk clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. We encountered multiple serious issues during our stay, beginning with waiting nearly an hour to gain access to a room that had been reserved and prepaid in advance.
We were taken to a room on four separate occasions and were unable to gain entry. Housekeeping eventually assisted us and informed us that the room was already occupied by another guest. Having children out of state, this raised significant safety and security concerns.
We were then offered a room with two twin beds pushed together and told it was a queen bed. When we explained that the room did not accommodate our family as originally booked, we were told that if we needed more space, we should have reserved a larger room. After nearly an hour and a half of going back and forth with staff, we were finally assigned another room.
Unfortunately, the condition of that room was unacceptable. The bedding contained visible bodily fluid stains and cigarette burn holes throughout the blankets and mattress coverings. There was dust and grime covering multiple surfaces, and the shower curtain was heavily covered in black mold. We documented these conditions with photographs and brought them to management’s attention, only to be told that what we were seeing was “not possible.”

There’s no parking. Bed sheets are dirty and old the bathroom is a mess sink doesn’t work door doesn’t close properly. It’s a really rundown property. For the price they charge it doesn’t worth it.I wouldn’t be going there again. Towel is stained and no floor mats.

The place is very filthy. I had to stay at this hotel because my flight was canceled, and I ended up staying for two nights. On the first night, despite being extremely tired, I couldn’t shower or even change my clothes because I was disgusted by the condition of the room and didn’t want to step into the shower.
I booked a non-smoking room, yet the room smelled heavily of cigarettes.

On my last night, at around 2:00 a.m., someone started banging on my door and yelling. I told him he had the wrong room, but he didn’t leave for more than 30 minutes. I immediately called the front desk, but they didn’t answer my calls. After that, they started rejecting my calls altogether.

The next day, I reported the incident to the front desk, but they did nothing, even though there are cameras in the hallway. I couldn’t sleep after that and ended up waiting for sunrise so I could leave for the airport, even though my flight wasn’t until late afternoon.
The bed was broken on one side, and when I told the staff member about it, he simply said, “Yes, they’re old.”
The sheets and pillowcases were very old, stained, dirty, and covered with hair. The sink was leaking and clogged as well.

It looked like they had once gone for an Art Nuvo look but it was in horrible disrepair. The floors in the room were dirty, not just a little dirty but with visible crap that had been neither swept or vaccumed. The bedspread had worn holes in it and the shower had large amounts of mold. There was a sign by the front desk showing they rent by the hour. I suspect the main clientele are hookers and drug addicts. I say that without the least bit of sarcasm.

A large par of the property is under consruction. The are should be nice when completed.

I will state that upon checking in, there was a sign on the counter providing rates for rooms to be let by the hour, two hours, three hours, etc. In spite of this being a warning of sorts, we had no difficulty with our stay.

Very poorly maintained property. Fridge had dirt and mold around the outside of it. Bed sheets had stains on it, same with pillow cases. Comforter had cigarette holes in them. Ice machine kept beeping very loudly every 2 hours and staff had to come manually reset it every time it happened. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Don’t believe any reviews over 2/10 that you see.

I was tricked into staying here. Hotels.com had its rating at 7. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The pillows had old lipstick stains and other bodily fluids on it. Apparently this hotel is popular with prostitution and people were coming in for short stays all night. Even the lady working the front desk was soliciting. They also put Jfk in the name to trick folks when it's very far from the airport and even the metro entrance to get somewhere is a 38minute walk. The room also did not have a chain for the room. I had to put a chair beneath the handle for added security. The towels given were bare and yellowish. Last the shower area didn't have a shower sheet so water would accumulate on the floor. Honestly it was a terrible experience and I hope you take this review seriously and not stay here. I wish I had known before I spent money here and potentially brought bedbugs back home. What a miserable experience this was.

Worst hotel you can possibly imagine. I booked this hotel for an overnight layover near JFK Airport. I went at night around 11, faces some thieves people in front of hotel, no dedicated parking only street parking in a shady neighborhood (some Bangladeshi area). Conditions of the room you an only imagine- AC not working properly, basement room, someone’s condom was on the bed alongside other stuff even bathroom was not clean and I would leave the other things alone. Think before you book.

The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. It was at an unreasonable audible level. The super came to the room, turned the temperature from 68 degrees to 55 degrees, shrugged, and left. The noise is audible from outside the room.
I requested a different room and was informed that I ein the last one available. I went to a different hotel that operates at more common decinel levels. It was a non-refundable rate so I could not get my money back. That seems unfair because this is not a convenience issue but a usability issue.

THE PHOTOS ARE NOTHING LIKE THE ROOMS! I thought I was in the wrong hotel when I walked inside. The blankets had burn marks on them, it spelt like smoke. There was a generator of some sort on all night so it was super nosy. I thought there was blood on the walls. I was in a bind with a cancelled flight. Horrifying. This place should be condemned and rebuilt into a new place or used for making movies about crack addicts. The location is perfect for that option.
Had to stay here because everything was booked up. The clothes still smell like smoke and the adivan wasn’t enough to keep me from hearing screams as I slept.

The next 5 towels all had different yellow spots and stains all over. Shower curtain had hair. I left 3 hours after checking in, couldn’t do it. Room and hallway stunk of pot and cigarettes. Tried changing the room but supposedly to capacity. I don't think all the people standing outside the place when I arrived were staying there.
AC worked, but very loud.
TV missing the remote, phone in the room out of service, and tracked down the cleaning staff to get a remote.
Late night for a cancelled flight. Will definitely avoid it in the future.

I would rather post pictures. The bed was broken, so it was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The floor was un mopped and dirty. There were holes in the first set of comforters. I got a new set of comforters, and there were more holes. The curtains were dirty, like dingy with liquid on them. The lamb shades were broken. The carpet was peeling off of the wall cause they have that as base boarding it’s not much good. I can say at all bathroom was dirty. There was a feces stain on the toilet.

So I was initially psyched to see the business, you have to go down into a stylized basement to get to the front desk lobby.
That euphoria evaporated quickly as my foot proceeded to repeatedly stick to the floor getting to the front desk. That tacky foot feeling would later reveal an unidentifiable harry mass on the bottom of my shoe. Horribly, the desk clerk handed me an ash tray, that was so sticky (my smoking room had none), I honestly have no idea how it left her hand! Ten minutes of repeated heavy hand washing could not relieve the stick. I was saved by alcohol wipes I was lucky enough to have.
Half of the tv channels were frozen in time, no buffering window, just frozen. The heat never got above 64, though the fan worked. The hallways were noisy, no sleep to be had. The elevator was slower than slow. And I was asked by other guests if it \"was the slowest elevator in the world\" Id say in my experience, it is the second slowest.
Every inquiry or request to the desk seemed like a bother to them. The door lock was difficult to engage: push the door in, turn the lock, pull back. I was warned of its difficulty to use in other reviews.
At first blush the room seemed clean, and I will say that in fact it was. It smelled sanitized without being too offensive, and I became nose blind that quickly enough. Later, I could smell residual smoke, though again not offensive.
In general, the place is just sketch, pure and simple. I definitely will not be going back.

The staff was friendly but they tried to charge me separately for the 2 rooms that I booked together. The entrance smelled of marijuana and one of the windows near the lobby was broken. The elevator was in horrible shape, to the point that my entire family walked up and down the 4 flights of stairs. Upon arrival I was told one of the rooms was ready, but it would be 10 to 15 minutes for the other room. When we got to the floor both rooms were still not ready. When we were finally let into the first room it had just been \"cleaned\" but was actually not. The bedspreads were thin and full of cigarette burns, sheets were stained and the refrigerators were disgusting.

Overall my family and I would never stay here again. The pictures on the hotel site are total lies, it absolutely doesn't look like the photos.
