The staff was kind. They were accommodating also. However, the building was somewhat clean and in front of our room was so dirty. Upon entering- toilet was not cleaned and there were streaks in the toilet. We actually had to flush it multiple times before use. Our bed had multiple long strands of hair on it. Bed and pillow was very comfortable but the smell of smoke seeping through the rooms was crazy for me. Believe the lower rated reviews. I had the same experience. You honestly get what you pay for. The walk from the terminal to the hotel was so dirty and people are smoking weed inside the hotel. Walking out of our room and into the elevator each time was like getting blasted by the smell every single time. We had a short weekend stay and had to be central of every event but if I could redo it, I would not stay here. I would’ve paid extra to stay in midtown.
