We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. The breakfast had sufficient choices and the area was always being cleaned. The hotel was in a convenient location and the room had everything we needed, except towels and toilet paper which we had to ask for. I would highly recommend this place for the price, convenience and cleanliness.

The issue is the elevator is a little slow I can’t really about the breakfast because I have never had before just coffee but what I could see it of if it looked good I would give it 41/2 star out of 5

After being there for four days room
Was not cleaned, I had to speak to multiple staff to conduct a room clean. The washing facilities did not operate correctly. However, contacted manager Lakeisha and she was very helpful and curious. The hotel was exceptionally clean and breakfast was delicious. The only hicup was the room service and the constant reminders to staff to clean the room.

The front desk guy Victor was absolutely wonderful! The property is dated and definitely needs an upgrade. The beds were comfortable and the room air conditioning was good. Parking was nice and always available. Now the service, that was a different story, the breakfast was not great, the milk on the second day tasted like it had soured, the creamer for the coffee was clear! I’m not sure what was going on with that! The biscuits and bagels were hard. There was only apple juice available because the other 2 juices were out of order..our entire stay! And the coffee lids for the Togo cup didn’t fit. Now to the linens, I requested our sheets be changed in the AM and came back after 3:00 and there had been nothing done. I asked to just get the sheets and I would change them myself…there were none clean! I washed my own!!!! The pool was filthy, the filter never ran either time I laid out by the pool. There were leaves and sand everywhere in there.

Breakfast was good. All hot and plenty of food. The parking was safe. The hotel had been under construction. This would have been great except the work was substandard. Caulk to replace where walls and tile would have been finished. Pool dirty. Not as advertised. Room service was good.

The bed and pillows were top rated, but the room was dated, smelled musty and a little like smoke. The vent in bathroom was loud and it only had one set of the .4 oz shampoo & conditioner. The breakfast was average. Overall, I rate this stay a 3-star. Did not meet my expectation!

Staff was pleasant. Pictures on website is misleading. When arriving to our room things seem to be okay.
A little outdated but looks like they are trying to upgrade. We returned back to our room after going to dinner and the shower didn't work. They offered another room so we packed up and moved. Arriving to the next room ee unpacked and had a nice shower. BuT when i went to crawl in bed it was totally broke in . There was a huge dip in the middle of the mattress, the toilet ran all night and one of the bedside lamps didn't work. I had to sleep on the edge of the bed a stuff pillows against me to sleep so i didn't roll. Location was good to the area but if you want a goodnight sleep this isn't the place.

I was a little surprised at how dated this hotel is. Biggest complaint was the coffee was awful!!! I always look forward to having a decent cup of coffee in the mornings when traveling and the first cup was not drinkable, had to toss. Second attempt honestly had no flavor. Tried the sausage biscuits and gravy and it was cold and flavorless. Stick to the waffle maker or toast yourself a bagel.

This hotel is just SO tired. It’s actually gross. Maybe because I had a dog they charged me more but then put me in a disgusting room where the caulking is all torn off and everything is just pretty untidy. That being said the staff was nice.

Clean Hotel, yet needs serious updates. The room had a tinge of mildew and our bathroom door did not shut properly. Everything about the hotel was clean like I said, however it was all just very “painted over” if you know what I mean. It could use a facelift. The bed was comfortable though, and the floors were clean. I wore white socks in the room and they were clean the next day.
We were not able to use the pool, we didn’t have enough time. And I can’t rate the gym besides the hours of operation because it was closed when we got back from dinner and our sons wanted to use it. It was not that late it was probably around 10 or so and I assumed the gym would still be open then, but it wasn’t so I think they should adjust the hours.

Shower was in disrepair. Low flow and tepid temperature water.
Stem on faucet stuck so that I couldn’t take a bath.
The staff did say they would send maintenance to fix it, but, it was too late for us to get a hot shower before we had to leave.

Great location and easy parking. Loved that they are very dog friendly definitely would go back and or recommend friends to visit. Only issue, I have a service dog who is always by my side, quiet and well behaved, but when i took her with me to breakfast i was told to leave which was very disappointing and disrespectful

Their internet connection is very poor private and public.
If you suffer from allergies, this is not the place for you, they use some very strong cleaners, you can smell them as soon as you walk into their lobby, they make you sick. other than that is an ok place.

Room was decent, but upon entering the odor of the room smelt moldy.
Most likely the AC needs a good cleaning. Victor at check in was courteous and professional, on the other hand while leaving and dropping off my key cards, I received no good morning, hello or anything, from the front desk person. Breakfast starting at 7:00am is a little late of a start in my opinion, my meetings starting at 7:00am so I have no comment on quality.
In conclusion, for a few dollars less than $400 a night, I expected more from Wyndham.

Very dated rooms. Room smelled very very musty. (Mostly from the condensation on the sealed windows) The door lock was jammed so I had to hip check to open. No cleaning service until I called maintenance to fix it. Cleaning service was spotty. Room was dusty. Breakfast was meh. Waffle maker broken. buttons on toaster broken or missing.
No attention to detail. Staff mopping floor in front of guest checking out.Cleaning staff gathering in first floor hallway, needed to walk around them to get to elevator.

Just not a pleasant experience at $349 a night.

Walking in, the hotel was beautiful and smelled amazing; very clean and welcoming. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. The lobby and breakfast areas were both well done and I loved that they had games available for guests to play at the tables in the breakfast section. It gave the space a fun, relaxed vibe.

The elevator, however, was not great. It made a pretty terrifying noise lol, and since I was staying on the second floor, it was frustrating that the “1” button didn’t work when trying to go down. You either had to wait for the doors to close and let it automatically go down or wait for someone on another floor to call it. We ended up just taking the stairs when we needed to go down.

The room itself was okay. After seeing how beautiful the lobby was, I expected the room to be immaculate. Unfortunately, the shower wasn’t very clean and the bedding looked stained. I’m hoping it was just a set-in stain and not anything left behind from a previous guest. (I always bring my own bedding, so I didn’t raise a complaint.) This is really the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

I didn’t personally eat the breakfast because I had been craving Einstein Bagels, but they offered a nice assortment.. eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, fresh fruit and more.

Overall, we would stay here again!

The room wasn't worth the price. Heat/Cool didn't work well. Water pressure was extremely low. Bed was too soft for my taste and given the cold temps outside would have liked an extra blanket in the room. Staff was friendly and cooperative but often ignorant about how things worked. Breakfast was adequate. Hot water for tea was cold. At least a $100.00 discount per night would have been reasonable.

The hotel is very old and in need of renovations. Our fire detector was hanging from 1 wire off the ceiling. Fixtures were rusted incl the tub. The hotel was mainly filled with workers, who were drunk every night and yelling and slamming their doors until after 1230 am, then beginning at 430 am. We had no sleep. No security on staff at all. The staff advised me to \"go talk to the other guests about their behavior.\" My husband and I were there on bereavement to clean out my mom's house who passed away. We left two days early to go home. It was a terrible experience, and we would never stay there again.
