Said it offered a breakfast bar but it turns out you get a bag breakfast. Nothing I can eat since I’m gluten-free and nothing like the pictures shown. No option for a toaster to cook your own bread. nothing but a brown paper bag with an orange, juice box and a granola bar in it. Rooms are very rundown and extremely small TV and you don’t get all the channels. The only plus is it’s location to the national parks

My first impression was how clean and manicured the grounds were. Check in was a breeze, again I was impressed by the cleanliness of the lobby and friendliness of the staff. Parking was clean, well-marked and sufficient in size. The common areas are super well-lit at night and there are BBQ areas for guest to utilize. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The rooms are not lavish, but everything was clean and in working order. We came to visit family in the area. It was a great choice and the value for the money was super exceptional. The location is awesome. You can eat and shop within walking distance. It is close to the expressway and a short drive to Key Largo. I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

We had a hard time sleeping due to the burnouts and sirens on the adjacent streets. The door to our room locked but didn't feel secure. Vehicles/people came and went form the parking lot throughout the over night hours. The room wasa so stripped down and dated it didn't feel comfortable.

The water was cold we had to wait 10 mins just for the water to get warm and I had to get to my grandmothers funeral. The staff had an attitude when we tried to ask questions. The heat worked when it wanted to and it was cold !

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a young woman that was obviously having a bad day. She told us what we were not allowed to do, where we might be able to park our Harley in the rain and tossed us a map of where our room was. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. A good place to sleep on the way somewhere else. The housekeeper was very sweet, maybe she could work the front desk

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean as well as the rooms. The tv kept giving me issues. The breakfast “bag” was not good. It was a frozen burrito, orange and the smallest juice box I’ve ever seen. The good thing is it’s surrounded by restaurants. Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks are just a few steps away. Walmart is a 5min drive. Overall it was a good stay.

The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful! She gave a lot of recommendations for things to do in the area as well.
I like that our room was close to parking and the pool, and that they provide breakfast baggies in lieu of a continental breakfast. It was more convenient for national park adventures!
The room was clean and also tidied during our stay. I do think the water was too hard to truly feel clean in the shower, but it was okay and didn’t hinder the experience.
The pool was nice to sit by on the first day. I didn’t swim in it, so I can’t speak to that. Check out was easy!

This has become our go to place when in South Florida if we do not have our camper. Only issue is the key card issues at the pool, been that way for last few visits and usually one card of two will never work at room. Wish they could have longer pool hours and would still use the water fall, it was always relaxing. Miss the old full breakfast of the past. But we will continue to come back to this location.

Terrible experience with this hotel. The rooms are in absolutely disgusting condition — it feels like they are never cleaned. The bed sheets were dirty, with hair and stains all over them, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The pillows were dirty as well, very unpleasant to even touch.

The bathroom was just as bad — everything was filthy, and the fixtures clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The floors throughout the room were dirty, giving the impression that housekeeping either doesn’t exist or does the bare minimum.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. These conditions are completely unacceptable.

Room smells like wet and beds-I did not say twin bed in their website. Rooms seems very old. Will not go back. I also had trouble with getting cancellation on a day that I would not stay. Person there says ok we took care of it- it’s only me here and call back. Bad service till this day I haven’t got confirmation of cancellation and refund. Overall bad experience will not go back.

I stayed in south Florida for a few days after a Caribbean cruise and based my stay at the Fairway Inn. The location is good, very easy to find with direct access to US-1, although that can have drawbacks as there were times of traffic congestion. The room was clean and spacious, although it could probably use a bit of an update as some of the furniture is a bit dated, but it did the job. For those heading to the Keys, it's just a simple right turn at the end of the driveway and away you go. There are lots of restaurants, gas station/convenience stores, and shopping within just a mile or so, placing the Fairway Inn in a very convenient location. Although I didn't visit them on this trip, it appeared to be relatively straightforward to get to Biscayne or Everglades National Parks.

My husband and I have two kids who live in KeyWest so when we visit them Homestead/Florida City is a halfway stop for us. We usually spend the night and tackle the drive to the Keys in the morning. This was the first time we stayed here.

Three staff behind desk but took awhile for one of the two available to look up and help me. No special greeting or smiles, like they weren’t enjoying their jobs. Never mentioned the grab and go breakfast or where to find the WIFI password. Had to ask for directions to our building. Room was very clean but when trying to operate the TV (there was a small plaque showing the TV lineup) couldn’t get a channel. Kept saying something about the antenna hookup.

Area around the motel was nice and felt like it was a safe area. Will definitely go back as long as the issue with the tv is resolved.

Our room was very nice. We booked a second room late and staff person helped to find 2 rooms that were close together. Breakfast was a bag affair that we chose not to take with us. It’s right on the highway which is convenient but a little noisy. The pool was nice and there was an area with tables to sit and enjoy a drink and conversation.

This is a very nice hotel, but if you stay here, bring a pair of ear plugs. I realize we were there on a Friday night, but it's right on two main arteries and there were motorcycles drag racing on one and people playing loud music till 3:00 a.m. on the other. Is a beautiful property with very nice rooms and actually a decent breakfast. But you have to be able to sleep, and we couldn't because of the noise. We felt like we were inside of a jet engine at times

First assigned room was not cleaned yet. Second set was better. We asked for adjoining rooms but we did not receive assigned rooms on either try. staff had no idea which rooms adjoined, so we gave up. Mattresses were terrible with springs poking and noisy. Air conditioning was extremely noisy. Cannot recommend even though staff was nice.

Even after booking two bed, we were given single bed. They said all the two beds were gone. This defeats the purpose of booking two bed room. After first night, we had to visit front desk and do a constant follow up to get switched to the room we paid for. Also staff said, we had to wait for the afternoon to get switched and onus was on us to stay and get the room switched. This ruined our trip plans for the second day of the trip.

Cable tv did not work, so zero channels to watch. Clerk sent maintenance after i stated the actual cable cord was severed and needed replaced, but maintenance only plugged bad cord back in, called the front desk clerk again, and then they told us the cable company was coming next day. So... Did entire hotel not have cable? Really? And no coffee maker, no breakfast.

Average property in terms of condition and amenities. Breakfast was \"to go\", not worth counting it as continental breakfast if advertised as such. Bathroom could be cleaner: found hairs in the sink as well as on the sheets. Location is very convenient if you're planning on visiting the national parks. However, if you're going to Miami, you will be battling lots of traffic.

This property looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The only reason we stayed here after arrival was the property had already processed the payment; which it was not supposed to do. This is not a reserve and pay upon check in. The room was fairly clean but smelled musty. The condition of the bathroom room was “meh”; barely acceptable. The plus was a clean iron, working refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. The desk person was very friendly and pleasant.
