The staff was very friendly and you can tell the property has tried very hard to make it an inviting spot. The room was clean and totally adequate as well. My only complaint is that the people staying there were a bit on the seedy side and I didn't feel the most safe.

I walked in and the room smelled like smoke. I called the front desk. They refused to move my room because they said they were full. I later discovered drugs in the paper cups in my room.

Check in was at 3 PM and we were told we had to wait another half hour for our room before it was ready (cleaned etc)! Room was NOT clean, it was filthy; floors were so dirty our feet were black after showering, the bathroom had 2” long hairs on the floor, the tub had streaks of dirty dried water running down it! The room smelled so musty and moldy it made us feel sick!

I arrived at check in, asked for a 3rd floor room facing out since I get anxiety. The room given was one of the few that faced a stairway wall, noisy, dirty and dark. There was no other window. I called the front desk and explained. The man impatiently told me there were no other rooms. I offered to change floors, bed size....would have paid more. He insisted there were no other rooms even though check in had just started and online there were rooms. We had not settled in ....he just didn’t want to bother.

The room was a DUMP!!!! TV wouldnt come on. Called desk around 830pm, right after we checked in
Said someone would be right up. 90 minutes later we called desk to canas we were tired. \"Oh, he can come now\" . Seriously!? Cant say enough that it is a dump. I have pictures.

The property need some tidying up. Parking was not ample. Phone in room was not connected. TV offered no channels. Front desk assistance was extremely poor when this brought to their attention. No offer was made to get me to another room. No apologies offered. I left after the first night.

The place is very dirty, the staff is not friendly, except one lady working in the breakfast area is going out of her way to please everyone. This morning, my husband and I couldn't shower to go to the airport because they didn't have running water. I am very upset. The worse experience ever. David at the reception tried to blame the city, he also said it's the whole neighborhood which is a lie, I personally checked with the hotel across the street. When I said that I wanted a reimbursement at least for that day, he told me that he couldn't help because I booked through a third-party.
Hope to hear from expedia for this inconvenience.

First room we were given was literally under construction and a wreck so we requested another and it was so dirty and gross. Didn’t end up staying at the hotel, left in middle of the night because I had no desire to sleep in there and drove 2 plus hours home :’) lost my money but oh well. The front desk lady was really nice though.

There was a staff member who was so wonderful. The front desk said all 1st floor rooms were taken. We got the second floor room that was all the way down the corridor. The supervisor of Room cleaning saw us struggling and said we could have a room on the first floor that she just finished cleaning. We think her name was Renee, but she was the supervisor. What an angel.

The tub was outdated with black stains, the bathroom mirror was adjusted or replaced 2 inches down where you can see the wire and nuts. The telephone was not working, there was no internet connection, had to go down to the office to put up a complaint. I would not recommend you stay at this hotel

Before I checked in, I had selected a late check it was listed as $20 until 1 o’clock when I went to check in the girl told me that the system was wrong and that they cannot honor the $20 that it’s actually more money than that therefore proceeded to tell me that it was $50 until 3 o’clock. I therefore agreed because she wouldn’t budge an honor the $20 that we originally agreed on through the app. She said that it wasn’t working. She said she would notate it and it would be done and our checkout would be at 3 o’clock, I was on a staycation for my anniversary the next morning. I proceeded to get Knox at 9 o’clock 10 o’clock and therefore by 12 o’clock we were done we got a third knock and we were out. I turned the key and I made sure that they credited me for the $50 and for the $75. I was very discouraged and my husband was very pissed off. We were really just trying to enjoy our time away and got interrupted about three or four times especially when someone tried to open the door. There needs to be better communication between the check-in in the afternoon in the morning.

First night staff was very rude nonchalant and disrespectful when I was telling her about the room tv wasn’t working and both staff told me I would be working by 730 and 9 am the next morning since we came in so late Friday night we didn’t care for the tv at the time. The next morning it still wasn’t working and we asked the staff do the morning shift and she was rude and said she couldn’t give us another room and they never came to look at it or fix the tv. The supervisor came out and spoke with us within 5 mins she had us in another room and was very polite and professional with the conversation she gave us. She even went to the new room she relocated us at and made sure the tv was working and we all the amenities we need for our stay. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think our stay would’ve lasted the next day at all. As for staying here, I would look elsewhere before coming back here.

Room had all amenities necessary except no coffee pot. I liked the vinyl instead of carpet, but the vinyl floors were still really dirty. Me and my dog left tracks that i wiped up with a rag from my truck which turned black! 😬 The cost for the room midweek was a little excessive for a basic room! Front desk clerk was not overly friendly at check in. There was no mention of a \"pet fee\" at check in until 2 workers went in and told her i had a pet which then i got called back to the office to pay a $25 pet fee on top of an already $203 room charge! I understand that some owners dont respect the grounds when staying with a pet, but i feel that such an excessive fee for those of us that do isn't fair. The pet fee should be refunded when the room is cleared of any pet damage!

Extremely poor customer service!!!! Initially, the keys Joyce (front desk rep.) issued did not work because she failed to register me in the correct room. Later discovered that that the television wasn’t working either & the telephone, iron & ironing board were all missing. Visited the front desk again to request to have the missing items & the TV repaired. David (front desk rep.) confirmed that I was placed in the wrong room and informed me that no one was available to repair the tv until the next day. He refused to move me to another room although several rooms were available. He indicated that I had occupied the room for 30 minutes and therefore, I couldn’t be relocated.

The staff at the front desk during the evening were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we reached out regarding stains on sheets and not feeling comfortable in the rooms cleanliness they did not try to assist with another room. Instead changed the sheet and then proceeded to not clean the room at all during the stay. We had to ask for new towels multiple times and after being told they would be brought in, we still had to go to the front desk in the evening because no one came. The first night that we requested them, they basically told us “nothing we can do”. We borrowed towels from the other room in order to take a shower. When we requested to speak to the manager, they simply said the manager would not be in. No attempt was made to resolve any of these issues. Although it says no pets., there were dogs in the room next-door. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Days inn tends to be a decent place to stay however, this particular location was a complete and utter disaster

It was an awesome stay for the time we were there. The inclusion of pets definitely was worth it and the only thing I didn't like necessarily is how unsafe the surrounding area can be. As a female I am cautious of my surroundings so if it wasn't for the location it would be 5 stars. Definitely would recommend to friends and for future stays!

Horrible experience, we constantly had to ask front desk person for house keeping . They would pick and choose when to clean the room or when to take out trash or even replenish new towels . Our first room the fridge was leaking and we did get transfer a new room which the only person with good hospitality there was Lissette. Sheets are dirty and the floor looked like it never had been mop . In all honesty look somewhere else , I only give it one star because of Lisette who took the day of time to assist with these matters

the staff is OK.. the link they sent for early check-in didnt work, so i ended up in a room i didnt like,, the 1st room had a destroyed (their words) bed and was changed..the 2nd room developed a water leak which they said was fixed.. nope,, next day water leak again,, since i was leaving the next day we stayed there... housekeeper needs to inspect those roos completely,,, make repairs as needed... the area is nice and close to everything, the inconvinience of changing rooms is an added burden to anyone...
