It is an older hotel that appears worn down in a few places (such as the bathrooms and type of mattresses), but very well cleaned. Someone can come and clean your room every day if you wish. The photos are quite accurate. We just needed a place to stay while exploring the local national parks, and it suited my family just fine. It was quite affordable and had no traces of bugs in the room. Breakfast had a variety of descent foods. It is tucked away behind some other businesses, and I actually appreciated the lower profile location.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel in Miami. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. The facilities were great—everything was well-kept, and they even offered a nice breakfast. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked fantastic. As an independent woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and well-treated. I would definitely stay here again!✨🐚🌼

One of the main reasons we booked this motel was because of the pool. The pool pictures are prominent and the site mentions that the outdoor pool is open year round. We were very disappointed when my husband and kids went to go use the pool at 7:30 pm and there was a padlock on the gate. First he was told it was closed because of the weather, and while it was overcast and cooler, they still wanted to swim, And then he was told it closed at dusk. It did not state this anywhere on their website or on hotels.com. Overall our stay was adequate and the breakfast was quite good. My husband felt the room smelled a bit when we first checked in, but he is sensitive to smells from cleaning products.

Toilet clogged went to front desk night shift lady said there was nothing she could do until morning crew comes in . I offered to do it myself and she said that she could not find a plunger…. She was extremely rude !!

This was a stop over on our way to KeyWest. Got in later in the day and left early in the morning. The place was older but clean, had a nice pool area and courtyard. The breakfast was great. I would recommend and I would stay again.

We had a horrible experience with different places from hotel.com from the previous 24 hours until we got here and it was a breathe of fresh air. The place wasn't perfect but it was clean, the front desk was helpful, all staff was kind, the pool was clean, the bed was comfy. Everyone in my party was completely happy with the stay and would recommend it to anyone

Check in guy would not give me the online deal - we checked in at 11pm and I was exhausted so I just paid it- however - bathroom had mold in shower on caulk. Beds were clean and comfortable - slept well. Bathroom a little gross breakfast was fine.

This hotel is an order one where you pull up to the door, which I like. Hotel is old and outdated, but a one night stay, it worked for us. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the wood frame under the bed was too far out and cause us to run into the bed frame with our legs. Homestead, FL area is clean.

Where do I begin? I was left traumatized by this location. The photographs on the website are absolutely a misrepresentation of the actual site. As I pulled into the parking lot I realized I had been bamboozled. I had no choice but to stay as I stood to lose the payment made ahead. This location is nothing short of the \"BATES MOTEL\" The water pressure in the room was a trickle to say the least. Everything about this room and MOTEL was horrendous. We did not sleep a wink and feared for our safety as I saw a guest trying to peak through the curtains in an adjacent room. We used the chair in the room to secure the door and used our own covers to sleep on top of the comforter. I stayed long enough to recuperate some rest and I checked out at 4am. As I look at the picture on the email provided for a review, I am appalled that the site has the audacity to misrepresent the actual look of the rooms. This hotel cost me more than any of the other places I stayed on my trip and it was an absolute waste of my hard earn money and it was HORRIBLE.

The pictures that are on Expedia are not what every room looks like. The room we had an updated floor. Every other piece of furniture had wear spots like they had been there for 20 years.
When we first walked in the room smelled like cigarette smoke. After moving everything in the room we decided to take a shower and found ants crawling all over the shower and bathroom counters. The bed that we had to sleep on had crater on one side so one of us felt like we were falling out of bed all night. The frame of the bed sounded like it was cheap. Everytime we moved in the bed you would hear loud creaking. Aka waking your sleeping baby.

The room was terribly outdated and just gross. Not at all like the photos. There were stains on the sheets and towels and the room needed a lot of maintenance with rusting metal, holes in the curtains and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The staff was not particularly friendly. Breakfast was ok but not great. We did not use the pool. We were shocked at the quality of this place for paying almost $200 for one night.

The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. The room was about 40 years old and smelled like it. Had the red velour drapes and all. Shower valve wiggles of the tile, the toilets was not bolted to the floor and the carpet and tile looked were stained and smelled. The photo they use to get you to be interested in the hotel is misleading at best. You get what you pay for.

The sheets on the bed were absolutly covered in mystery stains. The toilet was not clean. The entire property was absolutly filthy. My wife and i walked out after 5 minutes and refused to stay at this place. I will never recomend this place to anyone to stay
