Terrible place to stay. The pictures on the website are NOT accurate. It looked close to an abandoned building inside and out and is in a sketchy part of town. As soon as we entered there were cockroaches everywhere. We left immediately and did not stay the night. The hotel and hotels.com refused to refund us. Do not stay here.

The pictures make this place look way nicer than it is. The lobby wasn't open and the room had mold, roaches, and fleas. The bathroom shower head was rusted and the water dribbled out so I ended up not being able to shower. The door had a nice gap for any creatures to sneak through so no wonder there are these issues. Whole place just needs rebuilt. The bed sheets were clean and the beds were actually comfy so I slept good but I kept all my clean clothes in my car and changed elsewhere. The pool did seem to be open and clean though. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay a night you'll have a nice bed to sleep on. But if you're going on vacation looking to relax don't Come here.

The room was not dirty, but it was very dingy and outdated. The bathroom and counters needed to be wiped down, and I ended up buying cleaning supplies from Walmart to sanitize the area myself. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. While the room was livable, it definitely felt run-down and could use a deep cleaning and updates.

Not a safe area to spend the night, a lot of homeless, people roaming around the hotel parking lot, we didn't stay, we were afraid, we requested a cancelation a d the staff wasn't helpful at all after a 5 and half hours drive, we don't kniw the city and the ratings didn't indicate anything about safety, we didn't travel gor pleasure we travel after a family tragedy to a funeral

First of all this not at all worth for the price $225, Expedia charged high. Very poor maintenance and the room is very old and dirty, smells badly. There is only one light for the hall and that too broken , worst windows curtain, did not sleep properly because of noise from the next room. There was a rat hole in bathroom wall. Bathroom facet was very tight. I never had worst experience like this and I never book any hotel thru Expedia.

I had to buy Clorox to clean the bathtub and the bedroom floor, and I bought Lysol and a scented candle to disinfect the whole room and try to get rid of the bad smell

First, the lobby was always closed. Second, the clerk demanded a $40 cash deposit. Normally I don't carry cash, but luckily I had some this time. Third, the shower handle nearly fell off. Some simple maintenance would help. Fourth, I woke up to two dead cockroaches on the floor.

The room was very dirty. There were stains and hair on the bed linens, dirt on the floor, and stains on the curtains. The place asked for a $40 cash deposit, even though I had prepaid. Another customer mentioned “bringing a gun” in passing. I ended up leaving immediately and booked a different hotel that was cleaner and safer.

It was the most unsafe dirty hotel I have ever seen. The bed sheets were not even clean and torn. The toilet was plugged full of poop, it smelled like marjana, there was what looked to be poop smeared on the walls. The bathtub was in terrible shape. I could keep going on and on how awful it was. We ended up leaving and staying else where

When I 1st arrived at this motel there was a dead roach in the restroom.
There isn’t any good restaurants nearby. Other guests hang around late at night on the sidewalk talking loud and drinking.
This motel is a dump with very rude front desk employees and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this location.

Stayed in Room #109 ..this is my 3rd time staying my other 2 time things were good but this last stay was terrible the room STANK and is because of the carpet they need to yank that carpet out and put flooring had to buy febreze and spray continuously, -the last two times I stayed they have floors not carpet I should’ve asked for another room because next door was this guy sitting in front of his door talking loud as hell on his phone all day then when it was night more men came they blasted music and smoke marijuana, I hope the manager gets more control and have guests have more consideration for others we come to rest not party. Just sad because I was liking this hotel the last two stays was great no noise, rooms were decent check in and check out was easy. Really hope they change for the better is very affordable for a night.

The room was filthy, our socks were black before we realized we needed to wear shoes in the room. It smells terrible. The walls were all really dirty. We went to Walmart and got air freshener and cleaner and cleaned the whole room.
The pool area did not have any chairs, like in the pictures, so we had to buy chairs too, so we could sit outside.
Every time the bathroom fan turned on, the smell of cigarette smoke came into the room from the other rooms.
Housekeeping only changed the garbage bags. Not the sheets, didn't clean the room.

The property is rundown every room looks like a dope hole. The staff are too busy fighting with each other to do their job. After paying for a week through hotels.com I get to the property to check in and I get charged a $20 deposit for a remote control for the TV And then when I check out, they kept my deposit which I think the fat lady kept it for lunch that day. Horrible experience I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemy.

We stayed one night and didn’t have any issues easy check-in. It has a fridge and microwave a TV. Everything worked the sheets were cleaned. Air conditioner worked lights worked, shower hot water. Close to a lot of restaurants. Overall, no problems.

I had my wallet with all my credit cards stolen that. morning. So I was unable to stay at the hotel even though I had paid in advance. This is because the person behind the glass screen simply would not allow me to stay unless I gave $50 cash as a deposit. I went to many places to try to get the money but because all my cards were stolen I could only use my Google Wallet credit card and this was not acceptable at any ATM. I said to the person behind the glass screen that she could hold on to my passport - I even offered my wedding rings - but still she would not budge. I asked if I could talk to the manager but she said that, *it was not possible because he was \"out of State and when he's out of state he does not like to be contacted\" . I don't know how it's relevant that he is in another state in the USA!! Honestly the service was shocking and actually non-existent. So I lost my money that I had paid to prebook the Hotel. I could never recommend these people to you and I am well used to staying in budget places. But the service was just shocking. It was the lack of empathy or any sort of care or concern or flexibility that was the most galling of the whole thing. I have no idea what the persons name behind the screen was, but if she was to get in trouble because of this review then it sounds like a good idea to me.
This is the first time I've ever complained about a hotel in my life

booked room at noon asked for early check in they said 2 which was perfectly fine we new the 4pm check in policy so we waited till 355 was screamed at threw a screen to wait till 4 that was so very rude i’ve never experienced customer service so bad, they had zero chairs around the pool like advertised, when we walked in the room the cob webs were so bad room didn’t look like it had been cleaned chunks of concrete sticking out of the floor was so bad we checked out right then. i get it’s a budget hotel but just being polite would have gone along way still wouldn’t have stayed. this hotel
should be removed from all advertising companies

I would never come back to that hotel again not even to visit a person she act like you can’t have no visits Without checking in with her so then the down payment the person who you put on the room she act like they can’t get the damn payment is just very nasty the way she when you come up to the window she take a very long time like you not even there. TERRIBLE! They broke the law surrounding my service animal and then forced me to pay a pet fee even though its against florida law. They then refused to return the pet fee and when asked to speak with the owner I was told the owner doesn't speak to anyone. Then when I asked to speak to the manager they were conveniently \"gone for the day\" at 2pm. The room was dirty upon check in, there was a puddle of water on the floor, this is the worst experience I've ever had in a motel. stay away frmo this place.

This was a absolutely terrible stay!!.. The Hotel was filthy Very unfriendly staff No interest in accommodating customers just there to collect money and sleep. You have to buy your own wash clothes. Microwave didn't heat anything up the bathroom was gross i scrubbed it clean. The shower curtain smelled like pee and mildew so obviously not cleaned . Toilet didn't flush. Place was nothing like the picture show the building cindition and surrounding are not well take care off look dirty we end up not staying when I went to the little window the lady super rude and with attitude said that if I'm not staying I have to contact the company if I have my $227 back that she have nothing to do never give me any info so I guess I'll google it since this app only offer the location phone number and address it was a bad experience we was traveling and driving for over 10 hrs we have to look around for another place to stay thankfully we find other hotel with even better price for more days plus the promo said that service animals are excepted of fees and she still. Want to charge us when we already inform her that we was not staying anyways this one goes in the list of never look at it again plus area wasn't safe there's a lot of homeless and lot of police action around is in the ghetto a lot of weird activities close to the hotel location
