Location and price were verygood. You can go from HND to Kita Senju via limobus for 1400 yen. No thinking about rail lines ti transfer to with luggage . Just hop on bus and they load yiur luggage. Distance to hotel is real close less than .2 miles. .

A very convenient location that is a few minutes walk from train station, though it is on a busy commercial street with a lot of restaurants, its rooms are sound proof and very quiet inside, staff are extremely polite and helpful, its rooms are much larger than those hotels in the Tokyo core districts. The breakfast is the highlight, we stayed in this hotel for 7 days, and breakfast is different everyday, more Japanese style and very delicious.

Looks bit old (eg only one elevator) but otherwise well updated with most modern amenities, including a RJ45 port for wired internet. And surprise! There is a massage chair in my corner room!

Favourite hotel of our month long trip. Staff were incredible and super helpful. The stone sauna was lovely. And relaxing. I have tattoos so couldn’t use the onsen so I was very glad there was a private sauna in the baths that I could book and use. Amenities were great. Breakfast was fantastic even with diet restrictions (allergies and vegetarian). My partner and I found ourselves comparing every hotel after to Hotel Coco Grand. We are also a lesbian couple and we had no issues (we weren’t expecting any but it was very comfortable and welcoming)

I needed a quick place to stay for 1 night. Onsen open late. It is small but there was no people at the time. I love watching stars from onsen. The room had a massage chair. I actually never tried one before. It was amazing. I actually miss it so much. Hotel is within waling distance to the station. Gyu Kaku and many other restaurants. Convinience store and park is right near by. The staff is very nice. I like the cute note they left after they clean the room. It tells you who cleaned it and a little about them. Very nice touch. For center of Tokyo!!! great stay.

I stayed here as this hotel is only an exit away from my brother, and I will absolutely stay here again. The hotel staff I dealt with spoke enough English for me to check in and understand the house rules, and the rooms themselves are small but comfy. The only thing I can find someone having an issue with could be the pillows as they're a little heavy. Note they do have a spa, but i was advised to make sure, since I have tattoos, that i was there either alone or just not go in at all.

The hotel has a free soda fountain and alcohol that you have access to DAILY and breakfast in the morning. The slippers they offered in the rooms are uncomfortable so I'd pack your own.

The location overall was perfect, as I was a 2 minute walk from two malls, a 3 min walk to the Kitasenju station, surrounded by food options, thrift store locations, and there's a DonQuijote and a Daiso that are walking distance.

10/10 would stay again

The property is about 3-minute walk from Kitasenju station that connects to a lot of lines. What we liked most is the breakfast buffet. They serve different Japanese breakfast each day. Our room (double, corner) is bigger than most hotels around Tokyo even the bathroom is bigger. It also has its own massage chair. There are two separate hot springs which we used every night. This is a great amenity for relaxation! They also restock our room snacks and water everyday. Customer service is great too. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will come back if given the chance.

The hotel is a short distance to Kitasenju station which is very convenient. There are plenty of dining options within short walking distance. Shopping places are plentiful close to the hotel. The hotel room is a little bigger than hotels of same categories. It also has a massage chair. There are 2 water bottles and snacks are provided daily. Room is cleaned daily and cleaned very well. Towels are of good quality. Reception staff are professional, courteous and very helpful.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. First timers in Tokyo and we did not know what to expect, the hotel is only a few minutes walk from a mainline station, both Tokyo airports are easy to get to. The accommodation suited our needs perfectly everything is there to use you can have and its all free, including razors, toothbrushes, pajamas (fresh set each day) tea/coffee in the room and bar area, an early evening free bar with beer/wine etc, there are about 50 places to eat all within walking distance of the hotel. Reception staff all speak English and can help and explain everything we asked them. Highly Recommended

Great little place to stay! Absolutely LOVED the in room massage chairs- felt so good to come home after a day of traipsing through the city and get a massage. We usually went to the hot bath, located on the second floor, first and then sat in the chairs for a bit and passed out. Staff were really nice and polite. Location is great with lots of trains coming to this stop (Kitasenju station). There’s two malls right in the station so you can do all your duty free shopping and drop off your stuff at the hotel before venturing into the city. We only went into the heart of Tokyo once. There’s so much to EAT around the hotel. Would definitely stay a second (and third) time!

They also had coin operated laundry machines. Washing cycle cost 200yen and the dryer cost 100 yen per 30 minutes. The dryer isn’t very hot so we did 1.5 hrs or maybe just don’t wash your jeans… there are two sets of machines on the fifth floor along with a microwave, and another set of machines on the second floor next to the hot baths.

There is only one small elevator in the hotel so you may have to wait at times especially during meal times and check in/out times. There are no safes in the room but the front desk will hold onto your items for you if you need.

Amenities are available in the lobby so grab what you need when you check in so you don’t have to come down.

Would definitely stay a second (and third) time!

Lots of extras. Check in at 2:00 instead of 3 or 4 at some places and I showed up at 1:00 and they let me in w/o question. Checkout at 11:00, while some other places (APA for example) have check-out at 10:00. Then they have a happy hour for FREE, in the lobby from 5-8:00 with unlimited beer and alcohol. I never heard of such a thing. We had two beers, which is no big deal, but it made us feel welcome and was a chance to meet some other guests. The room and bathroom were larger than many similarly priced hotels as well.

Excellent location - less than 4 minute walk to the subway to get to Tokyo CBD, Ueno Park and other sightseeing. Plenty of reasonably priced cafes/ restaurants in the pedestrian alleyways around the hotel, also a great food hall on two floors in the department store adjacent to the subway entrance. The hotel has microwave ovens on various floors for heating takeaway food. The hotel onsen facilities were very good.

Nice boutique hotel at Kita-senju

Given that hotel rooms in Tokyo are quite small, I purposely booked a corner room in this hotel. But it turned out just a room on one end and it wasn't bigger than any other rooms. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Kita-senju station. It is on a street full of restaurants and there is a mall closes to metro station. Although room is small, there were items such as snacks, phone charging cables and a message chair in-room to give some personal touch. The in-house hot spring is really nice in cold weather. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

北千住駅西口を出て徒歩で3-5分程度の近距離です。駅からのアクセスがとてもよく、ホテルも見つけ易いです。2階にある大浴場は露天風呂とサウナを完備していてとても良かったです。5階にある2機の洗濯槽と2機の乾燥機は必要十分な機能ですがリーズナブルな価格設定になっています。コインランドリーは土曜日・日曜日は混み合うそうです。客室へのアクセスはエレベータになりますが、1機だけの稼働なので、繁忙期や使用時間帯によっては待ち時間が発生するかもしれません。
