My room was good and clean, and the area was really quiet even though there was an active construction site right outside my window. Getting checked in was quick and easy and their is a 7-11 right outside along with some good food options a short walk away.

However, the building is 13 stories with only a single, small, elevator and no stair access. You WILL be waiting on the elevator. Also, the train line nearby is ALWAYS busy. From first thing in the morning to late at jight, expect to get crammed into the car. Finally, i got a non-smoking room, but my room reeked of cigarette smoke AND it was obvious that they hadnt cleaned the AC in awhile as turning it on added a musty, dirty, smell to the room.

Reasonable if eco-friendliness is your priority.

APA hotels are all very sinilar, focused on eco-friendliness, so rooms are small and a/c can’t t be adjusted so it can get either too cold or to hot. They clean rooms every third day. Water was nice and hot, employees were very friendly,

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms are small but have everything you need. There is a 7/11 right next to the hotel for food, as well as a small convince store in the hotel, that doesn’t charge outrageous prices. It’s also very close to Ayase station, which can get you just about anywhere, and isn’t very confusing or crowded. I loved the hotel and I love Ayase

Usual APA hotel, small rooms (as expected) but clean and comfortable with everything l needed. The daily fresh towels, robe and things like tea, coffee and disposable cups left in a bag next your door is a good idea and works very well. Staff were very helpful.
Hotel is next door to a 7-11, and is a very short walk to Ayase station.

There is a construction site across the road (although it looks like the building is nearly completed), work starts at 8am weekdays - well it serves as an alarm clock! no issue at the weekend, or if you don't have a room at the front of the building.

Booked for myself. Room reminded me of a cruise room. Small and compact but when it got cold it didnt take long for the heater to heat up whole room. The sink was kinda of weird. To turn on, the pressure was hard and i had a hard time keeping it on it Would turn off by itself. Bed was comfy. Loved the free breakfast option. The amenite's were great. Theres a 711 right next to the hotel. It has its own store in the hotel as well. A laundry room. Didnt use it but loved it was there. Employees were attentive and helpful with me. I needed help getting to a tour i booked and the employee helped me. Great place to stay. The price was reasonable for 3 days 2 nights under 300 US $

A lot of bang for your buck. First everything was clean. Right when you walk into the building you get the feel of a luxury hotel without the cost. Check in was really easy and quick. When you get to your room it is small but the way the room is laid out you don’t notice it. You put your baggage under the tall bed and you have plenty of room. Every three days the come and service your room but they do drop off amenities daily. You do get a meal voucher for breakfast at a restaurant a short walk away and the food is delicious. There are also many dining options around the hotel to choose from. Need to get around, that’s easy. It is a quick walk from the Ayase station. If you are planning to stay a longer period of time they do have a washer and dryer available to use. Want snacks? The got a little area to buy snacks. I highly recommend this location.

It was a nice stay, for the most part. The TV had an HDMI port that I could plug my switch into, the convenience store (/kiosk) within the hotel was 'convenient but didn't really offer all that much choice' (eg. no sandwiches, yogurt, onigiri, fruit/vegetables other than Kagome Greens Smoothie and some kind of apple juice, etc.), the front-desk staff was lovely, the cleaning staff was pleasant-but-clearly-harried...and that's all that comes to mind, for up-sides.

One down-side is that there's construction going on around the hotel, although I didn't really hear it in my room (which was on the top floor). Also, the bathroom seemed extra-narrow this time, and I had to sit at a really weird angle to get the washlet to \"hit the mark.\" Hmm...

Side note: You might not want to stay here on...what was it, July 24th, 2024? Elevator inspections will be going on that day, and the sign makes it sound like it'll be REALLY unpleasant to be there (from 9am - 2pm or something like that). (\"Sirens and announcements will be taking place constantly,\" \"Your room will be entered as part of the inspection,\" etc.)

It's June, and I caught a cold while I was staying here. Yes, there was some rain, but what I think sealed the deal (in catching a cold) was that the AC points right at your head while you sleep. Ah well, at least the HDMI port on the TV was accessible so I could plug in my Switch and play it for the day where I was coughing and sneezing.

Also, there was ongoing sounds on construction (during business hours), but I suppose I knew about that before booking this stay.

After staying there for most of a week, I'll say this: Ayase is a bit dull. And I think the 7-11 next to the hotel is sick of me. (It's a shame the convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel doesn't have sandwiches and yogurt or I might have gotten away with not going to 7-11! By the way, lately I'm in love with the pork cucumber sandwiches that convenience stores sell. That and the Danish bread. mmm, tasty.)

For the price, this place was great. The room was small, the bathroom was a bit cramped, the TV was huge, the staff was lovely -- but what I remember most of all was convenience store with self-checkout in the lobby -- that made this place pretty great. I hopped on the train to either Kita-senju or Kita-ayase a time or two to get food, but that's just me being unadventurous.

Bit far from other hotels within Tokyo, and it takes a transfer at Nishi-Nippori to access a lot of the JR lines, but it's an excellent hotel stay if you need a bit more quiet compared to other places.

Lobby has a 24-hour self-check out convenience store, but there is also a 7/11 Next door if you need a better selection.

Would definitely recommend staying while in Japan.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Staffs are mostly proficient in English which makes things extremely easy. The room is very clean albeit a little too small for couples- we barely had walking space after putting our luggage on the floor. Single travelers are still ok. The toilet is extremely small as well, but packed with amazing amenities. The water pressure was great! If I were to travel to Japan alone, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything went smoothly for check in/check out. Rooms were comfortable and well set out. Instructions for everything were on the TV which was awesome. Great stay and lovely area, right next to Ayase Station which gets you to centre Tokyo - be warned however that this train is one of the busiest I've seen and there are staff paid to push people to fit everyone in. If you like your space then you will not enjoy the trains in Tokyo haha. There is a beautiful gardens walk just north of the hotel, which was fantastic and there is also Kosuge Gardens not too far away which extremely beautiful - highly recommend. The only downside for me was the pillow was extremely hard, like a brick. Staff were pleasant, so I'm sure they could have probably changed it if I asked.

The hotel is gorgeous! They say luxury made simple, and this is true. The room was VERY small, but very elegant with a great view of the city. The hotel is very clean and in a wonderful location so you can easily walk from the Ayase station.
