This hotel was just okay. The reason I booked it was because it was close to the airport, and stated it provided a shuttle. Once I got to the hotel the front desk person looked miserable, and wouldn't speak English to me. They informed me that they did not offer shuttles. Breakfast was okay. Customer service was awful.

I’ve stayed in countless hotels across more than 40 countries, and during this one-month trip alone, I stayed at 20 different hotels throughout Europe. But this was the first time I encountered a hotel with a toilet lid that didn’t even fit the toilet properly — truly unacceptable.
As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was greeted by oversized, cheap-looking paintings hanging in the entrance and along the hallways. They mostly featured flight attendants and airplanes in exaggerated, awkward styles that made me uncomfortable just looking at them. Honestly, they were quite disturbing — the kind of decor that makes you cringe rather than feel welcome.
Thinking back now, those pictures on the walls were downright awful. I’ve never seen anything like it in any other hotel I’ve stayed in.

Thus hotel is not as close to the airport as I thought (6+km, no bus or shuttle). An uber cost about €12 and took 12 minutes so plan accordingly. My uber took 15 minutes to show up. Breakfast included is a perk, and I got mine to go since I had an early flight but it was very basic. On the plus side the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Overall a nice property. If you are going to catch a flight it is not far from the airport. If you are or were a guest and have a car and about to catch a flight you can park on their property for up to 7 days at no cost. Plus they will give you a free shuttle to the airport, not from the airport.

This was perfect, Close to the Airport. We dropped our rental car to the airport, shopped at Grocery Store in the Airport. Got dinner at the Airport and took Uber back to the Hotel. Scheduled a free Airport vehicle to take us to the Airport in the Am. Front Deck service was perfect and we dealt with 2 different shifts. Amazing pricing, Clean & Highly Recommended

Perfect transactional hotel convenient for airport. Cordial if not frosty receptionist. Biggest risk is the level crossing for the trainline, that sits between you and the airport when their airport shuttle runs you there for your flight. Breakfast room clean and neat and tidy.

The desk lady that helped us was not very accommodating to begin with. The rooms were not as advertised. The picture shows two beds in the twin double rooms but there was only one bed. There were blood stains on the sheets in one room. They replaced after asking but shouldn’t have to ask for clean sheets. The place was very clean. From the airport, I took a bus and the driver did not speak English so I had a hard time finding the hotel from the main street as I didn't know where to get off the bus. It took an hour to find the hotel. as it is not on the main street. You must get off the bus after the train tracks and down a hill. Out my window several teams of kids were playing soccer on the field adjoining the hotel. Noisy, but, I am sure they would move you if you asked. I wanted the early morning ride to the airport and it went perfectly.

This hotel served its purpose. It was close to the airport. The staff was not friendly and the murals in the hall were creepy and made it feel closed in and, to be honest, a little dirty. This is not a hotel I would stay in for more than 1 night. The room was very small with little room to move around. The area around the hotel was just unkempt and industrial. Even if we wanted to be close to the airport again, we would not stay at this hotel.

Unhelpful desk staff day and night , no airport shuttle available, 10pm at night and spent €35 getting to hotel when it specifically states airport shuttle. No one answered phone . When I finally arrived he passed blame to airport end . Lady in kitchen was nice but again receptionist in morning was blunt and rude when needed advice. Was put in a room near reception so could hear every conversation so barely slept. Very clean though and breakfast was very fresh and nice . Staff need lessons in pleasantries though.
