Not sure what’s wrong with the air conditioning. The cooking smell and smoke will leak out to the room even the air conditioner is off. Something went wrong and has no room to change. Has reflected to the staff but there’s nothing he can do. Therefore, had to suffer for a night.

The property appears like it has recently been updated as it was clean and comfortable. Its shortcomings relate to customer service. The lady that checked us incas friendly enough, but we had to sit in the foyer for over two hour as the hotel doesn't allow check in until 2PM.
The room was comfortable, but the TV didn't work, and we did realize that it was unplugged as all the wiring was tucked up behind the TV. The bathroom sink was also plugged and very slow to drain.
Luckily for us we only need the room for a few hours as we had an early morning flight.

Was very helpful having a shuttle from the airport. Note - it's not free but it's convenient. Location was perfect for a quick overnight stay between flights - the restaurant was great and served our needs. We didn't venture out but there's an outlet mall very close to the hotel.

2 btl beer in the Minibar where filled with water, it is noticed in the FO - Log book. I got 2 beers for free. FOM was aware of the problem since HK is informed frequently about the problem of guest using minibar and refill BTL with Water. old Trick in the Business:-) as long as the situation is dealt with in professionell manner for the guest I have no issue with it since it is a more or less internal issue with HK.

Shuttle bus was good, we rang the reception and the bus came round pretty quickly, 2 euro charge per person was added to the bill. Maybe the bus should be free? Anyway its not a massive amount but for a family of 4 it would be 16 euros return trip!
Check In was slow, but no major issues, the room was clean, if a little dated. The shower head was hanging off the wall, which was just a bit annoying rather than anything else.
The Bar/Restaurant was again clean but dated. There was 1 guy behind the bar, we called him \"Captain Cheerful\" as he wasn't the happiest guy in the world. Was muttering to himself when we asked for drinks, and again when asking for food. It was approx 21:30 before we got to the bar, closing time was advertised as 23:00, we were asked to leave around 22:30.
The Breakfast was basic, the fruit juice was watered down, it basically tasted like flavoured water rather than fresh juice.
Would I go back?.....Yes, but it wouldn't be my 1st choice of airport hotel at Prague, The Marriot and Holiday Inn would be my 1st choice places

It was an adequate if tired hotel for our last night in Prague before an early morning flight. I appreciated that they had a shuttle available to take us to the airport, as well as a restaurant on-site for dinner. My only real complaint was that the staff was fairly unenthusiastic. They did the job OK, but they sure didn't make me feel like they were happy to be there. The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found when we first got there, and when he finally showed up it felt like he didn't enjoy us interrupting his evening. When we went down to the restaurant it seemed like we woke up the only person working there. As I said they did the job, but didn't make us feel like we were all that welcome there.

It was not great ... what you would expect from a cheap airport hotel. No toothbrush/paste, no individual shampoos or soaps (only refillable dispensers). Noisy halls with guests coming and going at all times. CERTAINLY not what I had expected from the price or the Ramada/Wyndham name. Very disappointed, and will never return or recommend.

Stayed for one night at Ramada Prague Airport, it is a very basic hotel for airport overlay. Room is clean and spacious enough. No toiletries, just soap. Hotel is NOT within walking distance from Terminal 1and 2, you have to call the hotel to arrange airport shuttle that costs 2euros, take a cab or take the city bus no. 59. Beware of the taxi drivers outside the terminal building, some were trying to scam me to pay 25 euros for a 5 minute ride. I end up paying 1 euro for the bus no. 59, just 2 stops. The bus stops right outside of terminal 1 and 2. Overall this hotel is ok for an overlay stay. Serves the purpose.

I reserved this Hotel because it INCLUDED a shuttle to the Airport - when we checked in we were told it was no longer included, and we had to pay a small fee. I received all the products and services as advertised and that are expected from an airport hotel. All staff was friendly and helpful. It appears that the bathroom was newly renovated, beds were comfortable and storage space was ample. I took one star off for Property Conditions because the carpets need to be replaced. They had bleach stains in some areas - but, importantly, the carpets were clean!
