I keep coming back. This hotel is within easy reach of airport and town, but away from all the unwanted noise. Staff is friendly and nice and even acknowledge my repeat custom. Facilities are great and lot of eating options around.

Rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. Amenities in the room were lovely (robes, rituals toiletries).
Spa facilities are extra, and the pool can get crowded (especially during rainy weather) but with a well-equipped gym there is plenty to do.
Breakfast was a high point. Something for everybody, everything was fresh and delicious, the coffee was either from a machine or barista-style if you like that.
Also, there was always an abundance of staff on hand to make sure the tables were cleared and that there was very seldom a queue for anything.
Another nice touch was the fact the hotel provided food to take away for a packed-lunch.
It is situated in a quiet (largely residential) area, but with a tram (stop just outside) you are in the centre of Prague in 15 mins.

Long story but items stolen by staff?

This was my second stay in a month at this hotel and I was excited to return. On my previous trip I accidentally left a small bag of medication and contact lenses at the hotel. They offered to send it but I said as I’d be back in a month could they keep it.
When I arrived this time I told them and the nice guy on the reception went to get my bag.
Had it been lost or misplaced that would have been one thing, sadly that was not the case.
The nice green bag itself had been stolen (presumably by staff) and all the contents dumped in a paper bag.
On closer inspection even some of my pills were now missing.
The guy on the desk was embarrassed but it was pretty obvious someone on staff liked the look of the bag (and certain medications) and decided to steal them and leave what they didn’t want essentially in a paper trash bag.
Sad really as it’s a nice hotel and although more expensive than where my colleagues were staying I still chose to go back there.
I won’t be returning again as I don’t necessarily feel my belongings would be safe.

The Hotel Pyramida Prague was a good place to stay for a night while I was in transit from one city to leaving the next morning for another destination. It is close to the tram that can take you down to the more touristy sections of Prague if you are interested in that. Being away from Old Town is nice though because it was quieter. The only downside is that the room was quite warm despite turning on the AC, and then opening the window.

* Location (7/10): The hotel is located right next to a tram stop, which will take you to the center of Prague in 15’. It’s a 5’ walk away from Strahov monastery.
* Room (9/10): We had a triple room for us and our kid and it was spacious. The room had crystal walls facing the street, which brought in plenty of natural light. There were 2 beds. Both had comfortable mattresses. It had a large bathroom with a shower (no bath) and toiletries (not including toothpaste).It did not have neither microwave nor fridge (we did ask a couple of times for ice at the bar and they filled our glasses at no cost). The carpeting was old and there were places where colour was gone but it was clean, just as the rest of the room. The TV was large enough with a wide selection of Czech and German channels. It also had Youtube.
* Facilities (10/10): The hotel has a nice pool on the ground floor. There is a restaurant that serves american and mexican food but we did not try it. We did have some drinks there that were offered to us (home-made lemonades).They were great and the waiter was very friendly.
* Breakfast (10/10): The breakfast buffet was great. It had everything you might want for breakfast, both cold and hot foods. It had traditional Czech breakfast but also international fare.
* Parking: We did not use it but the building had a parking lot.
* Staff (10/10): The guy that checked us in was very attentive, offered to give us advice on the things to visit and gave us complimentary drinks.

This hotel had promise. Nice lobby, friendly staff. The bar / restaurant are nice and fancy. We got free drink tickets on arrival. They have a cool baby / kid play area. We arrived at check in and inquired about a massage at the spa but they were booked for the day which was disappointing since we were only there one night.. Rooms were just okay, bathroom was dated and small. We had a few issues. First, the room wreaked of perfume and gave us both headaches. Second, the room was terribly hot and the thermostat seemed 40 years old. Unsure how to use it and couldnt lower the heat so very uncomfortable night... Hotel is also right next to a train / trolly line so also loud.

Our toilet would not flush properly. Our shower was very difficult to use due to the configuration of the nozzle attachment. The shampoo dispenser was not working properly. Kinda made the overnight stay uncomfortable.

The breakfast was superb with endless variety, and the Castle area, Strahov Monastery, wonderful brewery pubs and tram stops all within easy reach in minutes on foot.
It takes 40 mins door to door from the airport on public transport for approx £1.45, bargain!

I needed a hotel a little closer to the airport, this looked ideal and was an excellent price.

After checking in, I realized I got a room facing street. Although I had notes requesting a quiet room, I understand they sometimes get missed. The staff at the front desk was quick to move me into a more ideal room.

Later, I tried to grab a bite at the restaurant/bar. The bartender was a little too busy for me, so I ventured out to a little restaurant across the street. This worked out great as the restaurant I visited had phenomenal schnitzel, and Urquell on-tap. You can’t beat a traditional Czech meal for under 400czk!

I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

Nice enough property. My colleague and I shared a very narrow room with a very small separate toilet and a very small bathroom with shower that had a steep side to step into.
The bar and bar staff were good. The breakfast was busy and although there was plenty on offer sometimes the food came out cool.

Helpful staff, clean comfortable room, very good breakfast, close to tram stop. On the edge of the main centre of Prague - but the tram is very convenient and direct to Charles Bridge and the centre. The castle is walkable - about 15 minutes - as is the town - 15 minutes further - downhill - although it is uphill coming back!

I had a \"Classic suite\" on the 7th floor and it was very nice. Spacious, clean, well appointed. Housekeeping did an excellent job refreshing my room each day. Couch and chairs were comfortable to sit in and allowed for good visiting with friends. My only negative observation is that the hotel needs to be painted on the exterior, but the inside felt well cared for.

It was a wonderful stay. We shall always choose this hotel in future. There's a swimming pool, gym, restaurant and a bar. Dinner was absolutely delicious and for breakfast there was a huge variety of choices. There's also a parking lot which was a bit expensive but still good to have your car safe next to hotel. Sheets were new and the bed was quite comfortable. Bathroom was clean. There was a big TV on the wall. AC worked perfectly. And the view the window was spectacular.

Very lovely hotel , staff is super friendly and I got a free upgrade ! Best breakfast buffet I've had ! Really easy public transport to Prague old town and main attractions.

I'd say the only minor con I've had is that the TV only has Czech and German channels with no possibility to even change the audio of some programs so can be quite isolating if one didn't bring a laptop or other media player.

Otherwise excellent stay would really recommend!

soviet aesthetic to the building which looks cool. Gym is decent for a hotel gym. Room was clean and staff were extremely attentive and professional. Tram and bus stops 20 feet down the street, 5 stops and youre in old town. Good parking, but for roughly 16 euro a night ( common in europe, parking is a luxury). Only thing would be the elevators seemed kinda wonky. Like 3 isnt enough. Maybe take the stairs down to breakfast if youre on the first few floors. Also breakfast is great

I enjoyed my stay at the Pyramida hotel. Good price, It was clean, quiet, transportation near.

I wish they had more free weights past the 10kg mark but besides that it was adequate for a gym

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! I would stay again just to get another go at it!

An amazing stay for my birthday celebration. They met my expectation.
Enjoyed the DJ evening on Thursdays and Fridays. Excellent breakfast with lots of option to choose from. They went above to assist in a room decoration for my birthday and gave me some free treat. Enjoyed the swimming pool and massage. I stayed in executive room. Hotel is very clean and well maintained with metro stop close by.
