Arrangements by the hotel from airport to hotel very professional. Making our arrival smooth and stress free. Received warm and sincere welome. Hotel staff assisted us in all our needs. Dining room staff for morning breakfast was very attentive. Always smiling and made us feel very comfortable. Food choices were varied. With many choices and made to order. After 4+ hours of training i had dinner reservation 21:30. I came 21:36 and then the sous chef left already and there was only appetisers, soup and ham and cheese sandwich for me to eat. Not enough food after 4h+ of training.
But the worst part? They didn't try at all to make me happy afterwards. I can accept mistakes, but if you don't try to make up for it afterwards then... In my opinion, then you don't care.

For breakfast, there is small buffet area along with an option to order from menu. The whole hotel is in the theme of musical notes, which I found to be quite unique. We were used to Aria in Las Vegas thus probably had wrong expectations for this property. It is centrally located next to a beautiful garden, which was great. Staff service was also good. But the hotel is small, nothing like even a 4 star, let only 5. The room is extremely small with a small window perched very high past eye level. The bathroom is very small and the shower door was not functioning properly (which was fixed upon our request). But the water coming out from the showerhead was sporadically hot and cold. Breakfast's spread is limited but the menu options are decent. Overall, not good value for money.

A perfect place to say closer to Prague Castle. We stayed at two different hotels in our time in Prague. One hotel close to the main square, and this hotel. Prague Castle is quite a hike from the main square, but from this hotel it is a much more convenient walk. You also have access to countless bars and restaurants, only steps from this hotel. The hotel itself is also beautiful. We loved our room, the common areas, and the rooftop terrace was so wonderful. We cannot wait to return to Prague and this will definitely be where we stay next time!

This lovely, luxurious property is in the heart of the Mala Strana. A short stroll down the cobbled streets leads to local treasures (i.e. the Lennon Wall), convenient trams, historic buildings and lovely boutiques and small local shops. It's a short walk to the Charles Bridge and there are wonderful restaurants both in the Hotel and in the immediate area. The location couldn't be better. The hotel itself is lovingly cared for and beautifully appointed. Filled with art. Our Junior Suite was roomy with a lovely armoir and luxury amenities. Even a tablet to do some web surfing for local sights/activites. The room was spacious, with two queen beds, extremely cofortable beds with soft luxurious bedding. Many small touches gave a lovely high-end feel to the experience of staying there. The breakfast was in a bright room filled with art and artful touches. Seating was on couches and comfortable chairs. Good choice of pastries/breads, fruit and hot and cold breakfast options. The staff were very professional, helpful and proactive in their manner. The conscierge couldn't have been better with thoughtful recommendations that hit the mark. The rooftop restaurant is an experience not to miss. The view has got to be one of the best in the city. A huge benefit to staying here is access to the Vrtba Gardens. A hidden gem and on the UNESCO World Heritage list. I couldn't rate this Hotel any higher and will stay here next time I come to Prague.

I booked my stay at the Aria Hotel to celebrate my mother's 84th birthday. We were allowed to visit the rooftop terrace only for half an hour, but what a disaster - the hotel would not allow us to dine in its restaurant even though we were staying there! So I had to drag my 84 year old mum through the centre of Prague for over two hours to find an adequate substitute, because dining Czech cuisine in the tourist-oriented restaurants around here I had simply refused. Finally, one owner of an art food restaurant took pity on us and opened the restaurant just for us. The end is good - all good, but I will try to forget this experience that the Aria Hotel prepared for me as soon as possible.
