This was away from the tourist madness very quiet but close enough. took a while to figure out instructions to get in as in building opposite the main reception and no 24 hour reception so need to watch out for the instructions and two codes one for entrance and 2nd for bedroom. Good breakfast

Great value for money. All the areas of interest are within walking distance. I liked the hot breakfast selection, cleanliness and room amenities. The one negative was the lack of TV (no cable signal). I informed the front desk and even after the tech came the issue was not fixed. Would recommend this hotel

Lovely location if able bodied, room full of character. Very confusing set up when we arrived as the room was the opposite side of the road to the check in and there was no hotel name “Green Grape” on view, but there was a green light that looked like grapes. Really disappointed that parking was €25 per day and the car park was about quarter of a mile away in a hospital. On a positive note the breakfast room and food was lovely. It’s about 20 mins picturesque walk to old town Prague and near the Castle. The mini bar was a god send when we wanted a late night toast to our amazing winning team Westham Utd. COYI 😊

The property is in a great location, close to the castle and to the Charles Bridge. Lots of options for dinner and sightseeing. We reserved a superior double room and it didn't have a king size bed as advertised. Our air conditioner dripped the entire first night all over the floor and was not able to be used afterwards. They did provide us with a fan for the remainder of the stay. Breakfast was really good and the staff generally kind. I'd advise paying a bit more and getting a higher level room with more room and amenities, but would recommend the hotel overall. Our room was nothing special.

Very cute property if you know what you are getting into. Only 8 rooms- lots of stairs to climb (60 stairs to get to the top room). No elevator so luggage makes it a good workout. :-)

Great location. Easily walkable to both sides of river but off on a quiet street. Close to US Embassy so cars/Ubers/taxis coming up have to stop for a security check (very quick). Had ok wifi and free breakfast (too many little flies on the food and in the juice so I stuck with packaged yogurt and covered pastries).

Staff was friendly though the front desk operates across the street late/early which made tracking someone down to check out for early flight a little challenging.

Overall very charming place.

Cozy hotel in a really nice location. The area is very safe and quiet. It is very close to Prague Castle and St.Nicholas Church. Also there are a alot of good restaurants in the area. In addition, since it’s not in the middle of it, you are not swarmed by tourists and the noise that goes along with them. The rooms are quite nice, with an antique feel to them. The only observation is that the rooms hace Air Conditioning units that don’t manage to cool the rooms well, so it gets quite warm. Other than that, I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

On a very quiet street but only 2 minutes from the busy tourist zone, so it is perfectly located. This is a small boutique hotel, where everything is custom made and interesting. The entire operation was professional. Parking for the car was available. The breakfast was good.

Comfortable and great location

This classic Prague hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect for visiting the castle district and close to the tram stop and the Charles bridge to reach the old Town square. Great because it's away from the tourist crouds. Breakfast is served where you can eat in their courtyard. The food was great and tasty.

This hotel is a gem! We ended up reserving a room after our vacation rental fell through and could not have been happier. The location is perfect, and seemed to be on the quieter side of the Charles Bridge which was a plus for us. We were able to walk everywhere.

The room was beautiful, spacious and airy with a comfortable bed. The staff was delightful and the breakfast each morning was 5-star!

We will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague!

A romantic tunnel into the past

Its a great place to stay. Walking distance from the old town.
The house (8 rooms) is an historical place. When you walk in, you feel that you just passed through a time tunnell into the past, but at the same time the facilities are modern with a buetifull design.
The breakfast was great and the staff were nice and helpfull.

Quaint hotel near the castle

Very quaint historic hotel on the hill near the castle and monastery. We upgraded the room to a superior which they gave us one on the first floor, overlooking the courtyard. The only slightly disappointing thing was the furniture that was reminiscent of the 1980’s, which seemed a bit tacky. But supposedly other rooms are more period and contain antique furniture.
The breakfast was very nice and hotel staff were very nice as well. We would definitely come back.

This is a small boutique hotel in Little Quarter/Lesser Town,which is within walking distance of all the main sites. It made a lovely change from staying in a traditional brand-name hotel. The staff were lovely, and very helpful. The complementary breakfast was very good, and there were lots of good restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.

Good value, Near the castle, Great atmosphere

This hotel really gave a feeling of being in Prague and not just staying in a standard chain hotel. The rooms feel authentic and highlight Czech history. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Breakfast was good, there were enough choices for me and everything was good quality.
The location was great, outside of the bustle of the \"Old Town\" but close enough to walk everywhere you need and near a tram stop for when you don't feel like walking.
Overall, highly recommended!

Lovely and intimate

Little gem in the embassy quarter. Loved it there. Make sure you reserve car space before arrival. Close to everything but with the benefit of being tucked away when wanted. The hotel's room was rustic and charming. The breakfast fresh and delicious and the staff helpful. Only 8 rooms which makes it delightful in my book.

Wonderful boutique hotel in Prague

Wonderful hotel. Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient. Great breakfast. Simple elegance. Close to Prague Castle and tram stop. Would definitely stay there again next visit. Only one issue is that it is a bit of a hike up a hill to hotel location and rooms on upper floors require stairs. So, if mobility is a concern, I would consider an alternative location across the bridge where access is likely to be easier. Otherwise, perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Excellent, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast was very good. Location was good - only 5 minute walk to the castle. There are three amazing restaurants nearby - Delice, U Magistra Kelly (?) and another I can't remember the name of!

Good for the soul hotel

I couldn't imagine going back to Prague and not staying here. Everything about this hotel was perfectly lovely and convenient. There literally was not one facet of our needs that weren't met with a smile. Needed to check in late due to delayed travel? No problem. Wifi, breakfast, coffee in the room, help with dinner reservations? All no problem. We had the suit and I highly recommend the suit over the standard room. The beds were so comfy and not the smushed together twins we had in the rest of Europe. Location was ideal. Can't wait to return.

How Terrible!!!

When I arrived at the hotel, a receptionist said that there was water problem in a room and I had to move another hotel which is the same group and the same level. But, it was not true. After moving, I found the room was cheaper than the hotel I booked and prepaid. It was a noisy, old, and terrible room. I asked the hotel to refund. The receptionist could not anything and would ask the owner. I am waiting for one week, the owner have never answer yet.

The hotels, which I have experienced in my life, always gave me upgrading rooms like sweet rooms or something great services, when they have a trouble and I have to change a room.
In the case of U-Zeleneho hotel, I was sent another hotel which was degraded ( a cheaper room than the room I booked and paid) and they gave no compensate. This was an unbelievably terrible experience and really disorganised.
I am extremely disappointed.

Great location & great service

If you dont like the idea of staying with the crowds of tourists in the old town, this hotel is perfect. Its a small (8 rooms) boutique hotel near the castle in quiet, narrow cobbled streets. Yet with easy access to Charles Bridge and across to the old town. Clean large rooms and great service, nothing was too much trouble.
There isnt a large choice for breakfast but what they have is fresh and good quality.
No restaurant at the hotel but there are plenty of good value options nearby.

17th Century attractions; 21st century comfort

Fantastic hotel - ancient building done up sensitively and comfortably; we had cherubs on our wooden panelled ceiling! Close enough to the Charles Bridge to walk everywhere, but lovely quiet neighbourhood. Extremely friendly, but not intrusive, staff who offered excellent restaurant recommendations and made bookings.

Everything about this hotel was excellent but please ask NOT to stay in Room #8 as it is on the 4th floor with no elevator and a very tiny room. Also, it is very plain in decor with not even a picture on the wall as it is done up in the post-war era. From the photos that I saw on the website, I thought we'd be in a highly decorated room!

We had the most enjoyable stay at Hotel U Zeleneho Hroznu. The hotel is beautiful and situated only a stones throw away from the castle and nearby amenities. The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful in recommending local restaurants/activities. We couldn't recommend it enough!

Perfect for a Romantic Stay

This hotel was perfect for our three nights in Prague! Beautiful 17th Century building, with an amazingly large room, bathroom and bed. The breakfast selection for a small hotel was wonderful and the staff genuinely wanted to help us and give us the best stay possible. Close to Prague Castle (we had views of the Castle from our room) and Charles Bridge, but a little out of the way of the overly touristy Old Town. Lots of restaurants nearby + tram station.

Great all round hotel

Highly recommended hotel in every way. Lenka and Mikaela worked very hard to ensure a perfect trip to Prague. Their advice and suggestions worked well for us. Breakfasts were good, room large, clean and comfortable etc. The Hotel is very well located; especially for the Castle, and the surrounding park area; - well worth a visit for the views and to have a quieter time away from the Old Town. Also, try not to miss a visit to Vysehrad for wonderful views over the river and city.

Nice Little Hotel

The Hotel at the Green Grape was a very up to date looking like it had recently been renovated. Room was nice and had multiple windows on opposing sides of the room which was great for ventilation. Bathroom was spacious by European standards. Only complaint about the room was the hair in the bottom of one of the glasses in the room that we left out for room service to exchange and they left it. Breakfast was ok - nothing fancy and the bacon tasted stale (freezer burned) but the pastries were good. Staff was friendly and helped us book seats for a classical show one of our nights. Location was ok, but not super convenient to the Prague sites - basically between Prague Castle and the Charles Bridge, but the walk wasn't too bad. Train station was about a 15 min cab ride - but the hotel helped by booking us a car service so we wouldn't get ripped off by Prague cabs. Also be aware that the Czech Republic still uses its own currency - wish we knew that going in; Euro is supposedly coming - nothing against the hotel on this one, but good to know if you are headed to Prague.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff were helpful, booked trips for us, arranged taxis, recommended sights and restaurants and were just overall brilliant. We loved this hotel. It is quiet, clean and the location is perfect. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was just what we needed. The hotel was actually recommended to us by a friends who had the same experience.

Un bel hôtel situé en plein coeur du quartier historique de Prague. Tout est accessible à pied : le château, le pont charles, la tour Petřin, les musées...
Un bon petit déjeuner est servi avec un menu varié chaque jour.
La chambre est spacieuse et très agréable et le lit est très propre. Cependant, l’entretien n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de la gamme de cet hôtel : la tasse de café sale et les verres utilisés n’ont pas été changés durant le séjour...Quant au nettoyage du sol, il n’est malheureusement pas fait systématiquement. Il a fallu que l’on demande le passage de l’aspirateur...
Le personnel est à l’écoute, mais certaines tâches mériteraient d’être revues afin de préserver la qualité de ces lieux, qui demeurent si précieux...

A unique hotel in the old city, close to the area of the Small Country, famous historic part of Prague. Narrow streets, old houses and nearby restaurants add the charm and peculiarity to this hotel. Rooms are small but charming with the old fashion furniture. No elevator in the hotel. Staff is effective and professional. 10-15 minutes of walk to the center of the city, the Charles Bridge and places of interest. If you go to the hotel by car, get ready for narrow and hilly streets and police control near the American Embassy. The parking is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, we paid 38 Euros for the night, which is quite expensive for Prague.

Perfekt placere bare hvor alt der stille i gaderne omkring hotellet. Det var en fin gåtur foregik. Sengene var til den hårde side, og vores King size space som vi havde bestilt var kun en Queen size. Men ellers er det et fantastisk sted. Damerne i receptionen var smadder søde og meget meget hjælpsomme. Vi kan kun anbefale stedet til andre

プラハでリゾート的な滞在をするのに適した、隠れ家的なホテル。カレル橋とプラハ城のちょうど中間にあり、観光に便利。古い家屋をリノベーションしてうまくホテルにしてある。前にあるホテルがメイン棟の役割を果たしており、朝食はそこで、8時半から。この遅さがビジネス滞在には向かない理由。そもそも場所も。朝食は、小さいながらも気の利いたおいしいものがそろっていた。

Camera Doppia Superior molto ampia, pulitissima (ogni giorno) e calda. Colazione ottima e molto varia. Unico inconveniente, l'aspiratore nel bagno che non si staccava mai e che il personale non ha potuto disattivare. Anche con le porte chiuse e i tappi per le orecchie, il rumore purtroppo si sentiva. Per questo non mi sento di dover dare 5 stelle ma 4.

Hadde oval weekend med et barnebarn, standard rom, men det så ikke ut som rommet på bildet. Kun en stol i tillegg til seng, et nattbord og krakk til å legge bagasjen på. barnebarnet kom på krykker, men likevel var det bare plass i fjerde etasje.

Fantastiskt boende nära till allt

En helt fantastisk upplevelse! Vi fick en hel våning med innergård helt för oss själva. Mysig och unikt inredd ”svit” med gott om plats för en familj. Servicen i receptionen var fenomenal och frukostbuffén gjorde oss inte besvikna. Läget i staden är kanon, nära till allt och ändå lugnt och skönt. Vi kommer tillbaka!
