This hotel does not meet five-star standards. The room was very cold even with the heater on. The front desk staff was unhelpful when the issue was reported. Although my room was eventually changed, the second room was also cold.

Such a great stay! The front desk staff was very sweet and gave us a champagne gift when we arrived. The bed was comfortable, the decor was cute, and it was nice that check out time was noon, so we got to seep in. Would absolutely stay here again when I am in Prague again!

Amazing hotel. Great service, breakfast, room quality, within a walking distance to most of the major attractions, and proximity to the subway and tram lines. Despite being in the city center, the street is super quiet at night. The hotel is not on a cheap side but definitely worth the money. Highly recommend.

Quaint hotel on a quiet side of Charles Bridge and walking distance to most places of interest. Rooms were clean, breakfast options decent (nothing in all of Europe I have traveled compares to breakfast spreads in Asia 😊), and very helpful and cheerful staff. I’ll opt to stay there again when I’m back next time in Prague.
Parking spots are few and we were lucky to get public parking space in front of the hotel. But otherwise it’s a hassle to find parking spots nearby. The staff is very helpful and will look for options but still it’s a challenge.

A wonderful hotel with a very nice breakfast buffet, 5 minutes away from the Metro Malostranska (on foot), and a shirt walk to the castle up on the hill. Also, a few wonderful restaurants are a 10 minute walk away (that will provide awesome food and will not break your wallet).

The hotel is a jewel: it was very clean, the staff was friendly and the location is perfect, waking distance to the city castle and cathedral, the Charles IV bridge, the piers and the astronomical clock; you can get to any pf those sites within 15 minutes walk.

The hotel is clean and well decorated and the a/c made the room feel very comfortable. Service was outstanding and the bottle of champagne was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel as 10min walk from Charles bridge. Also loved the free luggage holding place which made day trips easy.

Our stay began with a nice complementary bottle of sparkling wine. The rooms were nice, quite a stylish. The breakfast buffet was nice with real eggs instead of the ubiquitous powered eggs and a custom made omelette was available. Also with breakfast was a feee choice of sparkling, white or red wines and of course various coffees made to order.
The tram runs by the hotel but the rooms are exceptionally quiet and if you don’t want to take the tram you can walk across the bridge into the central square very quickly. You are in the lesser Old Town which is nice with the castle while the bridge is only a few minutes away to the main Old Town.

I didn't realize the spa cost extra money, so I was bummed about that. The breakfast was lovely and they provided me soy milk the second day they realized a guest was lactose. That was thoughtful. The location was great! The staff was friendly. The building made me think of the past in an elegant way.

The breakfast was too simple, they were reluctant to to fill the empty dishes regularly. The room service was not good either, When we asked to turn the heater (it was Spring), the employees did their best just to persuade us that the temperature was OK, and the heater was not needed!

Be very careful booking this hotel. I booked a room with two beds 8 months before my stay and when I arrived was told there was none available and I only have one bed. I mean to be fair they only had 8 months to work out what rooms are available. And they said it’s absolutely fine as the one bed is big! Literally had to book another room in another hotel and was outright refused any refund. Far from a five star hotel this. Don’t expect any help from the reception staff either!!

As someone that had read the description of other reviews, I thought I was in for a lovely time.
First: air con. There is no way for this to be quiet, if you want it any cooler than 28’c then prepare to be kept up all night by the loud fan. I mean loud, I sleep with my window open at night but even I was kept awake by the fan.
Second: deposit. Although not stated when I booked, I was expected to pay a €100 deposit for the room on arrival. 5 days after checking out, I am yet to receive this back - although it shows as pending on my bank statement, I have been told that this can take up to 30 days.
Third: breakfast. The breakfast is awful. Do not order it, there is a lovely cafe that I went to every morning (Belle Vida Cafe) that is about a 15 minute stroll from the hotel that offers a much better breakfast. For the final three mornings, there wasn’t even a cooked option at all.
Fourth: room. Whilst boasting a stocked mini fridge on Expedia, this wasn’t provided. Also yea and coffee station, yes this was provided but due to the furniture- it could not safely be plugged in without bending the cord at a harsh angle. The bed, boasted to be comfortable, was harder than a camping roll with the pillows needing to be stacked 4 high in order to feel any support. And the bath, would be the ideal size for a pre-teenager but no bigger.

This is a beautiful classy old hotel. The room was well laid out and nicely decorated and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning and they were very respectful when I wanted privacy. The bed was very comfortable and there was a fridge and a safe in the room and a deep soaking tub. The WiFi was fine and I was able to use my computer no problem. There was a hot pot so you could have tea or coffee in the room. My only criticisms would be that the air conditioner wasn’t too strong. I’m glad the weather was relatively cool. There was a big standing fan in the room also which cooled it down and I could open the windows as my room overlooked a park and it was very quiet. Also, there weren’t too many tv channels but I had other things to do. The juices at breakfast seemed a little watered down or weak but otherwise the breakfast was fantastic and there was a wide variety of offerings. Also they had wine and champagne and water. I don’t understand online negative comments regarding breakfast. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the blonde lady with the ponytail in the restaurant at breakfast (sorry I don’t know her name) as she was very diligent and hard working. The hotel is well located for tourist activities and I didn’t need a car other than for the airport. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again if visiting Prague.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the facility was not good. The room and hallway smelled of sewer, the phone didn't work during our whole stay even after numerous reminders. The television was not working, but was fixed after a day. I wish I could say more because it is a charming place and close to many attractions and restaurants.

Avoid to prevent disappointment!
Aircon not working. Promises of it being fixed were not kept. Breakfast was definitely not 5 star. A small plate was placed on the table, this had 3 wedges of tomato, cucumber, very small cheese chunks, a slice of ham and a slice of I presume it was chicken or possibly turkey, bread and butter and a few grapes and orange wedges. One coffee per person. Fruit juice was also available. You could also have cereal or a yoghurt. They did also cook an omelette and boiled eggs were available. My wife laughed when she saw the small plate. Having stopped in many hotels, this is definitely not 5 star and I would avoid booking. We did manage to get a fan and noticed they were taking delivery of a number of fans on our departure.
