Location was central to everything, right at the beginning of Charles bridge. The rooms were spacious and clean. Too notch service! We came back to our room and were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday by the hotel. George on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Even mimosas:)

One of the best properties we have stayed in, across our Europe tour. Rooms are super cozy and have all the small things (water bottles, full stocked minibar, shoe shiner etc) that a full service hotel would. Staff is very warm and friendly. Their own restaurant next door is very high quality and serve an excellent breakfast (and other meals). The location cannot get any better - you will know when you get there - literally at the entrance to the Charles Bridge, right next to the Bridge Tower. The property also has a nice and quiet terrace which we personally enjoyed in the evening. To sum it up, the hotel truly deserves its high ratings.

Nice boutique hotel split across two premises. Triple room was spacious, with a separate room for the 3rd person. Bathroom was ok, but stepping into and out of bath could be quite dangerous. Breakfast was good and contained all of the basics. Overall, a decent hotel in a good, quiet location!

The staff was helpful in every way, they gave us suggestions for activities, Irish pubs and transportation needs.
Breakfast was an amazing European buffet. I am GF and they had delicious whole grain GF brown bread(not the typical pasty white bread) and offered to make GF pancakes which I didn’t need because there were so many other tasty offerings.
The room was beautiful and offered a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
The location is perfect for touring the city or finding transport to other areas.

This is a really lovely hotel! It is easy to find, and it is wonderfully located right next to the Charles bridge. The staff is fabulous, and everybody at the front desk is very helpful, and friendly. They also have a great restaurant, and an outdoor dining area. My room was so special, and lovely that I did not want to leave! It was really spacious, well lit, and since it was on a corner of the main building I was able to enjoy nice views too. I highly recommend staying here!

Booked this based on reviews and was very pleased. Highlights include: efficient and helpful reception staff, very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner offering local dishes, silent room overnight in the annex to the property adjacent to it, good room temperature too when outside was -8⁰.

Even better if - not complaints, just thoughts.... pillows could be less lumpy, fresh milk for the room would also be good for us tea drinkers - but otherwise, I highly recommend and have thoroughly appreciated the quaint, historic property.

The hotel was perfect!! The location is great! It’s right by the bridge tower in lesser town side. Easy access to any major attractions. The room was very comfortable. They brought a small bottle of Champagne on our last evening as a gift!! We talked 2 reception people, they were both very friendly and kind. At check-in, one of the recipients gave us good information about Prague. He also told us perfect spots to take photos! Breakfast was served in the restaurant. It was a nice buffet and place was cozy.
If we have a chance to go back to Prague, I would definitely stay this hotel again.

Greatest location, super friendly staff, had to leave for airport at 3:30am and they provided transport (for a fee) - pick up right in front even though it’s a busy street. Right near the best part of town but tucked in a bit so quite - great view. They offer free passes to go up on the bridge tower for a spectacular view (normally $20 per person)

The hotel is in a perfect situation for exploring both sides of the river. It is very quaint but very quiet despite the crowds outside. The room we stayed in was very spacious and impeccably clean with very good toiletries and amenities. All the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good with a wide range of food and drinks. We had a superb evening meal in their restaurant with an excellent bottle of red wine from Czechia. Again the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink. I would say that our stay at Hotel Pod Vezi was better than some 5* hotels we have stayed at and I would highly recommend Hotel Pod Vezi.

This hotel is in a great location right at the end of the Charles Bridge under the tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast is very nice with a wide selection, and the staff is super helpful. They helped us with how to navigate the city, arranged a car for our departure to the airport. Since we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast opened on our last day, they even put together a bag of breakfast items for us. They even have metro tickets you can buy at the front desk and they offer little gift items in your room each day. They also have a very nice restaurant.

This is possibly the best experience that I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere! This is a lovely old hotel but old as in extremely charming. The staff is incredible. The young man that checked us in was so knowledgeable about the city. We could tell he is passionate about Prague. He pointed out some must dos and some definite don’ts! We missed our initial flight and arrived a day late. Our room was non refundable and we honestly expected nothing and didn’t ask. He informed us that because we missed one night, they had upgraded us to a larger room! We were so surprised and the room was lovely. Sparkling wine awaited us as birthday surprise. Breakfast was quite nice with a mimosa bar and assorted pastries, fruits, meats and cheeses. The location was incredible! It’s close to lots of shops and restaurants and almost attached to Charles Bridge. I’m so happy we chose Hotel Pod Vezi and will happily recommend them to anyone!

Our stay at Hotel Pod Vezi was fantastic. The property is older but very well maintained. The location, directly under the Charles Bridge gate, couldn’t have been better. The surrounding neighborhood was lively, but noise wasn’t an issue. Breakfast buffet included was very good. There is an excellent crepe shop in the hotel annex which is not included. Our room was spacious & clean.
But the biggest kudos would be the desk staff. They were friendly & most helpful. They were quick to answer any questions or provide advice. Top notch!

The hotel location is top notch. Many tours begin 1 to 5 minutes away. I stayed with my father in a suite in the main building. All the staff helped with questions and logistics. The last night my flight was early and the front desk provided a take away breakfast which was much appreciated. I also loved the in room coffee machine. I enjoyed many stores and restaurants nearby. We stayed at Hotel Pod Vezi for a couple of nights and would highly recommend it. The location is perfect for exploring both the Old Town and the castle side of Prague, with everything an easy walk away.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay, with a special mention to George who was brilliant and welcoming in every interaction.

Food wise, the onsite restaurant was lovely for dinner on our first night. Breakfast is a little limited in terms of variety compared to a large chain hotel, but all the basics are there and the quality of what they offer is very good.

Overall, a fantastic stay, highly recommend.

They had a huge variety and it’s all included: custom espresso coffee drinks, prosecco, you can make fresh orange juice, etc. It was fantastic and we enjoyed eating breakfast there every morning. You get free access to the Charles bridge tower, which is an amazing view so I would highly recommend getting the free passes at the desk! Our room was so spacious with all the amenities you need. They even left chocolates and sparkling wine! The location is awesome and for being right at the end of the bridge in the heart of all the tourists, it’s SO quiet! We never heard a sound in our room (main hotel 2nd floor). I will recommend this hotel to everyone going to Prague, and happily stay again!

We enjoyed our two-night stay here. It’s an older hotel and not swanky, but our room was a great size and it was quiet and comfortable. There was almost no counter space in our bathroom so that was kind of a pain. However, the staff was as nice as they could be, the free breakfast was great (excellent scrambled eggs!) and the walk across the bridge into the Prague city center is one of the best things we’ve ever experienced. This was definitely a good stay.

The location is top notch...literally adjacent to the Charles Bridge in Lesser Town which made it super convenient to everything. The hotel staff were very helpful. The restaurant breafast had waffles, eggs, meat and cheese, breads, fresh oranges juice and other goodies...really a nice buffet. The restaurant served a nice dinner too with a full bar. We had room 24 which was huge and looked out on the bridge. We will recommend this to others...great hotel...and lots of shops and restaurants nearby too.

Lovely small hotel convenient to all major attractions. Located at the base of the tower at the end of the Charles Bridge, we enjoyed our stay at Pod Vezi and would definitely book there again. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and well stocked. To get a beer from a mini-bar for less than $4 is amazing for someone used to being gouged at mini-bars in US hotels.

Perfect hotel!

Staff were very helpful, attached restaurant was very good (food and prices). Room was spacious and very clean. The location was in the center of the old town. So much to see and do. I definitely hope to go there again.

Very good location, walkable to all the sites we had on our list for our short three night stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff are approachable and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they didn't miss a beat. Room decor could use an update, but super clean and everything we need.

This was the perfect boutique hotel in the perfect location at the foot of Charles bridge, but it was blocked from the noise and traffic of Charles Bridge so it was perfect. It was so convenient to walk to the old town, new town or explore lesser town and walk to the castle. The restaurant's outdoor patio was perfect and there were 2 other adjacent patios from 2 other boutique hotels side by side. the atmosphere was great. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were super. So very friendly. When we come back to Prague, we will definitely stay here again. Oh and there was even a rooftop terrace where we brought up a bottle of wine with a little music and had a great view. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

Location was amazing - right by the Charles bridge on the castle side - easy walk to most everything. Check in was a breeze. Got in late evening and asked for recommendations for dinner and they happily provided a couple of restaurants. Our room was very nice. The bathroom was updated. Had air-conditioning that worked well. Breakfast buffet was very good. Only downside was the bed was a little uncomfortable and would have preferred hard floors over carpet.
