I loved staying at Malostranska Residence! The location is fantastic! It’s 5 minutes from Charles Bridge, and across the street from all of the buses needed to get around Prague. The hotel is located on a beautiful square, close to markets, restaurants, and shops.
The hotel itself it beautiful and very well taken care of. I stayed in a studio apartment, which was well-sized and well-furnished. The shower water pressure was great, and the bed was very comfortable. The view was wonderful.
The staff was incredibly friendly. Our flight was delayed, so they allowed my parents to pick up my room keys. The manager even baked gingerbread cookies for the guests.

The apartment was in a beautiful historic building. It was close to transportation which connected to most of Prague. The easy walking distance to cultural sights, like the Prague castle, restaurants and cultural events made it ideally located. The staff at the Malostranska Residence were welcoming and helpful which has made our stay in Prague wonderful.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Right in the heart of all things Prague. The apartment was spacious for our party of 5 and really beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed ( except shampoo/ conditioner ) but that’s so minor it was no bother to solve. Loved the small touches including the in apartment lit and decorated Xmas tree glowing on our arrival. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

The Malostranka Residence exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful apartment hotel. We rented a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. There were plenty of places to store and hang our clothes. The living and dining areas were large, comfortable, and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a lot of storage, and there was even a cute terrace. It was unusually hot for the first part of our stay in Prague and the air conditioning worked perfectly and cooled every room. The location is also wonderful, It was quiet at night, but so convenient to everything you want to see and do in Prague. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just outside the door. The tram stop is also just outside and made it very easy to take the trip up to the Prague Castle. It is a short walk to the Charles Bridge and across the bridge to Old Town and all the sites to see there. Most importantly all of the staff members were friendly, helpful, and polite and spoke perfect English. The airline lost one of the pieces of our luggage and the staff was very helpful in communicating with the airline and seeing to it that when it did arrive at the airport it was delivered very quickly to our room. We can't say enough wonderful things about this place. We'd highly recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment with a couple of rooms, gorgeous bathroom with a bath and a rain shower, and a kitchenette with a frying pan and a couple of pans, a dishwasher and a kettle.
The location could not have been better! Everything was within a 1/2 hour walk, the view from our window was amazing and there’s even a nearby supermarket to get the basics.
The receptionists were very polite and helpful. They arranged airport transfer for us which worked out to be the same price as taxi with a meter.

This is an outstanding option for a stay in Prague - we got the big 3 bedroom suite room number 301 - we're about to check out and I am so sad to go. Everything was wonderful. It's been snowing for 2 days and the views are so lovely. Staff friendly and just very cool. I wish we could have gotten this for longer but it was booked out - I will be back without a doubt. My husband and I stayed here May 20-25-22. We stayed in the executive apartment and \"loved\" it!! the view of the towers was gorgeous. The room was spacious with a dining/kitchen area. The bed was so comfy!! We were greeted by Zdenek, the most awesome host ever! He was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating, he suggested restaurants and the \"must see\" of Prague. When I return to Prague I will be staying at the Malostranska Residence. The location is perfect. We visited \"Old town Prague\" where the astronomical clock is and I am so happy we stayed on the other side of the bridge. This apartment is a must stay place!! We love and miss Prague. What a beautiful property and amazing location. We were in 201 with a beautiful view. Very convenient for the trams. Not too noisy. Limited on site service / assistance available. Expected a full kitchen and only had small refridge, two burners and toaster. Asked for a coffee maker and received. Would stay here again and recommend.

Excellent location in a heritage building that has been renovated. We can lookout to the plaza from a veranda. Key system is not convenient and can be confusing. We stayed in an apartment unit; there were four of us with 2 sets of keys. One time one of us got locked in. We discovered that locking the door locks from outside and inside and a key is necessary to get out😩. She had to wait for someone to return. Receptionists were all helpful and friendly. however they are not there at night and early morning. Also it would be nice to get free bottled water and for a short stay, kitchen facilities are not needed.

I can not believe how perfect the location is. Right around the corner from St. Charles Bridge. 10 mins from the Prague Castle. Also my room was really nice! The staff was great. When I come to Prague again this is where o would study. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property is perfectly located within walking distance of the famous Charles Bridge or a bit further, but still walkable is Prague Castle. The tram line is conveniently located right outside the door-and will quickly get you to any part of town.
The property itself contains a lift, if needed or traveling with elderly parents. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, knowledgeable about the area.

The email and face to face communication from Veronica was great assisting us with trams, tours,places to visit. We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The location was great close to transport, restaurants and the palace. I would stay there again.

Ended up booking this at the last second due to an issue with the air bnb we were staying in. Check-in was super easy, staff were very attentive and informative. The rooms were very comfy and clean. Bathroom was perfect, great shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided.

The penthouse was beautiful with great views of the city. The location is very close to the Charles Bridge and the Palace. This place was good, but could use a few improvements.
Towels were very thin and scratchy. We ordered breakfast and it took 2 hours to get there. Apparently the staff was distracted by helping a guest who had been cheated out of money. The room was kept clean, but one day they only did half of the bedrooms, so one bed was left unmade.

Door in the front is closed at all times. In case you leave your luggage with them after checkout, allow time for the reception to open the door. Filthy rooms with no AC, there is a 20 eur fee if you check in past 11 pm, which Is absolutely ridiculous! Breakfast is not included with the room, as is with all other hotels. There are other surrounding hotels at same rate or even cheaper, so opt out of this one if you can.

This hotel was being words. The reception goes above and beyond. They were so extremely welcoming and friendly. The penthouse room and its rooftop terrace was breathtaking. This was easily the best room my wife and I have ever stayed in. Truly the highlight of our (unfortunately short) stay in Prague.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location
Centrally located near the Charles Bridge and within walking distance of every major site in the city. The staff was INCREDIBLE. When we discovered that the washing machine in our apartment wasn't working, the staff had our clothes laundered at no additional cost. They were knowledgeable about various activities and made good recommendations for boat trips, etc. I plan to return to Prague someday and will definitely stay here!

We stayed in the presidential suite. Family of 2 adults and 3 pre-teen/teens. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect just steps from the Charles bridge. Loved having the washing machine right in the room (but no dryer). Pretty well stocked kitchen, we did make breakfast but beyond that who wants to cook when on vacation?

Location was fabulous. Right in the heart of the tourist attractions. Service was relatively helpful. Double check room type at point of booking to ensure photos align with room type. Note there is no a/c and the upright fans are not very good and need to be serviced/cleaned or better yet replaced.

We finished our European Holiday in Prague, we were a party of 2 couples and this hotel gave us plenty of room. We all loved our time together and this hotel was a remarkable finish. We saved the best for last.

We stayed for 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment with another double bed in \"main room\" which also had a full kitchen. Jetted tub, large well equipped bathroom and a - wait for it - washer/dryer!!! Wonderful location - 50 metres from Charles Bridge and a short (steep) walk to the castle itself. Really nice facility. Only 2 downsides - busy and loud outside so needed to close windows at night (ok though bc there's air con) and small TV with no comfy chairs to watch from - Eurocup was on so TV was relevant for a change. This would be great for families or two couples. We travelled with our 21 year old son and this place gave us all space and privacy.
The driver they use is great - book and use him for airport connections. He is professional, friendly and reliable!

Found a great deal on the Presidential suite and we were very pleased. Three of us and there were three rooms. One room had its own bathroom, one room was quite large and one was smaller than the others, so someone will get the short straw, so to speak.

Presidential suite is a massive 3 bed apartment which is extremely ornate and we felt like visiting royalty there. Only issue was we went out each day and evening to sample Prague so did not spend as long in the apartment as we would have liked!

Stayed at the penthouse with multiple picturesque views of St. Nicholas Church, Prague Castle, Old Town, and even the Charles Bridge. The penthouse has 2 bedrooms (one with an actual king sized bed and the other with a queen), fully equipped kitchen with a living room. 2 minute walk to the Charles Bridge and across the street from a major tram stop. I highly recommend staying here and it made us fall in love with Prague even more.

We stayed in Prague for 2 days and Malostranska Residence offered us a very comfortable stay. The hotel had a very unique appeal to it - less of a commercial place and more like a very lavish home. All the famous attractions like the Charles Bridge and the castle et al were very close by. Special thanks to the hotel partner - Marketta for the hospitality. An elegant hotel in the perfect location. The room was outstanding in every way -- high-end design and furnishings. An incredible view (probably the best in Prague) And, great comfort -- the beds, the shower - everything. All very clean, new and contemporary inside a historic building - the tallest in the area. But the aspect that put our stay over the top was the warm and helpful treatment from the staff. The hotel manager gave us personal service from the moment of our arrival. She even parked our car in the garage for us, since we weren't sure where to go. We have travelled far east and west, and have never met such a professional, personable staff at a hotel -- not to mention, they are locals who speak perfect English. She also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and best places to go in Prague -- things most tourists might not know about. It was a 5 star experience at an incredible value. I hope we can return again. I will highly recommend the Malostranska Residence to anyone I know who is visiting Prague. I feel like we found an undiscovered gem, the room was such a good deal! We were ready to \"move in\" permanently but sadly had to go... Thank you so much for the wonderful stay.

Perfect location in an absolutely beautiful historic building about 50 meters from Charles bridge. City street below hotel is the main tourist walking route to bridge which is lively, often crowded with people and performers and has some noise but that is part of the fun.

Good location but poor value
Great location. Stayed in room 203 sold as presidential suite but not what was expected. No 4 poster beds as shown in pictures. English TV channels fairly non existent. Website says 2 balconies. This apartment only has 1. Is less modern than the 2nd presidential suite on 3rd floor. Floor is not cleaned so we ended up with black feet especially kids running around barefoot. Bath missing a plug on one of the jacuzzi entries which hurt the kids while in bath. Microwave not working properly. Dishwasher labelled as broken. Shower cubicle had a crack. Water leakage around taps in bathroom. Checked out at 11 am but flight only at 5 pm. Was told by staff no toilets in lobby. Had to use starbucks across the road. Room cleaners came mid afternoon and did not clean the apartment as we were in it, for 3 days.

My family and I spent 3 days in Prague at the Malostranska Residence and it was so incredible! The penthouse suite was beautiful -- very clean, new, modern apartment. The VIEWS from the ROOF were breath taking. I went up everyday to take pictures. Marketa was awesome -- she recommended the best of Prague and made so many reservations for us. She was able to provide anything we asked for. Made it feel like home! Wonderful staff!! The LOCATION was AMAZING. Right next to the castle and the Charles Bridge -- walking distance everywhere. Right in the heart of Mala Strana -- in my opinion, the most beautiful town in Prague. A very short walk to Old Town Square and other sights. The wifi was fast, the whole residence was beautiful, the breakfast was delicious. No complaints at all!! When I come back to Prague, I will definitely be staying here. No other place I would stay!

The hotel is well situated in the centre of everything, walking distance to all the top spots, just around the corner from the famous bridge.
Marketa the manager was so welcoming and helpful, incredible, she goes out of her way to help, couldn’t do more to help throughout our stay, including directions to post office, supermarket. She also showed us the 360 degree views from the penthouse roof of the hotel. She was simply a breath of fresh air and although we had everything we could possibly need in the residence the experience was that much more enjoyable because of Marketta and her hospitality. She just could not do enough for us, and we could see she was the same with all other guests. We have travelled quite a lot and never received such great hospitality before.

When we arrived our name was found, but we did not receive a room. The hotel was full and we had to go to a different hotel nearby. Once we checked out at the other hotel, we were charged double the amount. Instead of one 4-bed room, we were given two double rooms. We ended up paying double the amount of what we expected.

It was definatedly the best hotel in our entire journey. we booked a three-bdrooms apartment, the living room was big and with big tv and other accessories, all of my friends gave me big compliments for booking this hotel. however it took us a little while to find the main gate.
