We had a very enjoyable stay at Diplomat Hotel Prague. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and feels modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated the separate duvets. When we requested extra pillows, reception delivered them quickly.
The bathroom was spacious with a bath and shower, large mirror and good quality amenities including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The room also included thoughtful extras such as a safe, shoe care items, mini fridge with complimentary water, multiple seating areas and a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. Complimentary breakfast was included and offered a good variety of tasty options.
The hotel facilities are excellent, including a spa, gym, hot tub, sauna and multiple restaurants. There is also parking on site and free water available in the lobby. The location is convenient for both the city centre and airport via tram and bus, with shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only downsides were a slight odour in the room and weak air conditioning, as the room became quite warm at times.

Very nice and comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast buffet with good coffee and anything you can imagine. Definitely my first pick for the next trip to Prague. Very convenient connection to airport. 2 euro and 20 minutes using metro and tram. Door to door.

This is an amazing hotel. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE!! My best friend and I stayed there for 7 days our first time in Prague and it was such a wonderful experience. Public transportation is just feet away and they have this cute convenience store next door. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice property. However, they are misrepresented on Expedia. Although they claimed to have a gym as part of the room package on their premises, there is an upcharge of 10 euro/day per person to use it. The sauna is an additional 20 euro/day per person. I specifically chose this property because it fit my budget. I believe they know this is an issue. Ridiculous.

Hands down the cleanest immaculate hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stay in top hotels often but always find faults with cleanliness etc but this hotel was insanely clean. Fresh new pillows and divers and everything I could want.

Hotel is located not so far from centre due to MHD and available Metro just in front of hotel entrance. Hotel it self quite nice and well equiped.
One thing which is bit let down is there is no bar running later than midnight, also room services ends by 11 p.m. so if you arrive late hungry you are ... Room service ends exactly same time when restaurant = zero advantage, only you need to pay hefty fee for room delivery.
You have option to ask not to clean room / change towels to be bit more eco friendly, only advantage is very small biscuit, but at least something, next time will let room cleaned as it means you get tea and coffe too.
Value is ... this year all hotels went crazy with prices, if i did not have it on last moment and hugelly discounted i would say value is very poor. With discount is quite reasonable in comparision with other options in Prague.

The hotel facilitates in the whole is ok but there is a surprise to me. The reception provide me the room which is already has other customer stay in. When I open the door, it is a surprise. I go back the reception to report this case. The staff seems it is common and without an apology or sorry words . She finally change another room to me.
