2nd stay - first one about 8 years ago. Rooms super clean, trams and buses 2 mins away. Nice 15 mins walk to Old Town. Plenty of newrby restaurants and nice coffee shops. Tesco nearby. Reception staff friendly and small bar very reasonably surprised.

Place is very clean, room was as described and quite close to the city centre with tram and buses down the road. Uber is very cheap. Small let down was the lack of enthusiasm by the staff, as one of the male staff members was a bit dull, sluggish and not willing. Kinda experienced this on both days of my one night stay and rather talked to the female staff who were much more helpful. I had to pay a 100Kč fee (£3.50) for not being a local to Prague (I am Czech but from a different city). This may have been small printed but I was advised. Room was clean and fresh smelling and good quality all around. Bar is small but good and practical lounge area in one. For the price it is worth it.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. However, the room had not been cleaned properly; there were thick layers of dust on surfaces across the room. The bathroom in particular was dusty and the bathtub had stains in. Disappointing and not what I would expect for the price charged.

During our stay the property had some issues. When we arrived we had no running water and then that evening we didn’t have any AC. We were told that the ac wouldn’t be fixed until Monday- so we had to move location. I agree they found a solution, but while on vacation it’s not enjoyable to experience these events. The first room was significantly larger than the room they placed us in. The second room I call the basement ( they call garden) was NOT what I wanted. We had a shared patio with no furniture and the room was much smaller. They told us it was one of the best rooms. Red flag- that means the worst.

Very uncomfortable pillows. We had 2 very terrible nights sleep. Clean. Hotel is a 20 minute walk from the old town. We had the bottom floor - bar was very noisy! We booked the airport transfer - clarified 3 times that the taxi would accept card twice from the reception & once from the driver before getting in the taxi to arrive at the airport and the driver would not accept card - she became very rude. The price mentioned was also 15euro MORE than the advertised cost at the hotel!!!! Personally I’d stay elsewhere again for the price of this hotel.

Stayed here for a three nights. The hotel is decent, the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean though. Breakfast was a bit basic for me, wherever that’s the hotel or just how it is here I’m not sure. There is no restaurant here to have lunch and dinner but there plenty of places nearby.
The location for me however was great, short walk to Prague Castle and Petrin Gardens and a twenty minute or so walk to Charles Bridge and the Old Town. It was quiet at night where I was as well, some may want to stay in the thick of things near the old town square anyway but for me this was ideal.

Superb hotel, in my opinion it is the best hotel in Prague. The staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Check-in was fast despite it approaching midnight at the time. The lobby and bar area is kept super clean and warm, exactly what you need coming in from the cold.

The room i was in was on the top floor with a sky light which i loved and lots of space, with a work/desk area and a good sized bathroom.
Decorated to a very high standard - making a super relaxed environment.

The bed was super comfy, fell asleep in minutes.

As a huge added bonus they held my bags on the last day

Will absolutely be staying again in the future.

We found this to be a Modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a quieter area of prague but within easy reach of all the main attractions. Getting around is very easy using the tram which stops at the bottom of the hill. There are a variety of good restaurants
within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Prague.

It is a reasonably priced hotel close to the large Kinsky Park, public transport, the city centre and the river. The breakfast is very good and the cafe area very pleasant. The only complaint was that the bathroom lighting could have been better. Other than that, the hotel was excellent and we would stay there again. Exceptional small hotel with super staff

We spent a memorable short break here with our closest friends .The weather was \"seasonal\" but only added to Prague's amazing architectural wonders! The stay at this lovely hotel could not have been nicer.The manager Maria and indeed, the other reception staff Jitka and her colleagues could not have been more helpful and attentive. The warmth of their welcome was truly exceptional and the cosy bar was much appreciated after walking for hours around the city in sub zero temperatures!
All of the hotel's amenities were 1st class with modern clean rooms, excellent breakfast choices constant hot water and warm rooms etc. It's ideally located close to, but not in the busy/ noisy tourist part of town.
In summary, we could not have wished for a better introduction to the delights of this great city and would love to return to this hotel at some time in the future.

Perfect relaxing hotel in Prague

Our stay was perfect. The hotel was super good and located in a quiet neighbourhood, still close to restaurants, cafes, shopping and only minutes away from the old town by tram or metro.
