The place wasn’t properly clean, especially the shower, I bought some cleaning products to clean before use it. They didn’t clean the room any day or change the towels or empty the rubbish bin. Only one key was available for both of us and when asked for another one that said it wasn’t possible. Definitely never going back that place.

It was a good stay and experience for the purpose we needed.
Just have to be prepare to be in apartment and be independent. It’s not that new and polished, but everything was operating fine. Everything very small - the room, kitchen - tiny, but has all described. Clean, convenient.

The bed was not super comfortable and we heard noise from the room above us quite a bit. I also felt like things were not quite as clean as I would expect - I had dropped something that went under the bed and it was incredibly dusty underneath. There was also something spilled on the front of the kitchen cabinets that had not been cleaned off.

On the positive side, the staff were nice and friendly when I called and I would say it was as advertised!

The description of the room i booked was for a family of 4 with a separate bedroom and separate living/dining area. All we got was a room with 2 double beds squeezed in and a table in the corner with 3 chairs and 2 cups.
Pillows were old, worn and awkward. Towels were also tatty and old. Mould in bathroom and kitchen had to be cleaned before we used sink.
Upon check in i had complained about room but was ignored. Wasn't until i was asked for a positive review before check out that my concerns were finally addressed. Apparently there are no family rooms so unsure why the false description advertised.
Not cheap for Zurich apartments so will never return here. Try elsewhere

We arrived at the check in time and no one answered the call box, so we called the number on the door. Someone answered and said they would be down in a couple minutes. 10 minutes later, we were finally let in.

Only two of the three washing machines and one of the three dryers was working, but there weren't any signs saying they were out of order.

Also, there are signs in the unit saying if you don't follow cleaning instructions, you could be charged an extra $60, and daily room cleaning is an extra $10 per day per person. I don't know if this is normal in Zurich, but it's the first time I have seen it.

The unit was spacious and the cost was affordable in comparison to other properties.

The property is generally okay and has basic kitchen utensils. However, I must say the communication and staffing are poor.

Despite the email stating that a team member would assist during check-in, this was not our experience. We followed the instructions and rang the bell for the office, but we waited for 10 minutes with no response. Ultimately, it was a fellow guest—who was also waiting for assistance—who let us in.

Once inside, we waited another 10-20 minutes to be checked in. The staff member who finally assisted us also appeared to be a member of the cleaning staff. Their attentiveness to guests seems unreliable, as we repeatedly saw other guests waiting around the property for extended periods without being attended to.

My wife and I travel extensively and the was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
No hot water first day. Called phone number listed as hotel contact but was answered by owner/manager (or someone). The man was rude, angry that we called, and uninterested in helping. He told us to call the office (his was the only number listed. We had no office phone number). No channel changer. Horrible beds and pillows. Old, run down unit with horrible, offensive stench.
Candy, empty water bottles and a thick layer of dust under the bed. I had to shower immediately after arriving at the next hotel to wash the unclean feeling I still had from Inside Five.
Would NEVER, EVER, EVER stay there again.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The room was late being ready and we had to wait in the lobby even though we actually showed up after the check in time. The bed only had one single comforter for the queen size bed and two people. We wanted to turn on the fan as the room was very stuffy, but the fan was so grimy and almost disgusting, the night table beside the bed was broken and unusable, and overall the room was not well cared for. The walls are very thin and not noise resistant at all. We could hear people talking and using the bathroom etc. It is quite a walk from downtown. While we were aware, it seemed further than advertised. In general, not a great stay!

The manager was very pleasant & helpful. The room was clean but nowhere near as nice as it appeared in photos. There were lots of little things that needed attention, like dodgy light switches, a fold-up bedside table that was wobbly (therefore unusable) & a kettle that poured water everywhere except in the cup. The shower is very small, but water is hot & the pressure good. Having a fridge & microwave was very handy. I probably wouldn't walk the streets at night alone. We were very grateful to be given access to the room 2 hrs before our official check-in time of 3pm.

After reading a lot of reviews, I'm nervous about the stay. Turn out it was a good stay. We travel as three friends and need a bigger room to stay together. The room is good for a family, clean, and the price is reasonable. The area around the apartment has a kind of international vibe, so there are many international restaurants to choose from. 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main train station and attractions. They allow us to leave 1 luggage at the office for 2 days, super nice. The check-in process gives me anxiety. First, the door to enter the apartment was locked, and no one was there to open the door for you. Then we were able to enter the apartment, and where is the office to check in? Turn out the office is the closed-door room across the tiny elevator; we have to press the bell-ring and wait until someone comes to open that office for us. Other than the check-in process, we are happy with the stay.

this is a simple property, neat, clean, well priced, and close to the airport… If you were looking for a reasonable alternative to airport hotels, this is a good spot for you. Neighborhood is residential but comfortable. I took an Uber ride. It was about $25 US, but it was also raining so it might've been surge pricing ... anyway it's not luxury, but it is neat and tidy and very comfortable

The accommodation was suitable for our needs - one night stay and travelling on to Innsbruck the next day by train. We felt that the distance was a bit further than that advertised and booked an Uber the next morning as it was too far to walk with heavy cases.
A small kitchenette in the room was a positive bonus.
The host was very helpful also.

We were 2 guests, we left as soon as we arrived. I was very sweaty from the heat and took a quick rinse but the bathroom wasn’t that clean. The sink had a brown stain. The room was tiny but that wasn’t the issue. The one seater chair was greasy with hand prints and the tv remote controller. Oh my god was it disgusting to touch. I dried up. Got dressed and left the premises immediately. I didn’t even care to ask for a refund or anything. We booked another hotel and ran out of that dirty apartment. It was awful!

Good location - not touristy. The staff was nice and pleasant but definitely NOT a concierge! Property is old and seems not as clean or well - kept as it should be. Laundry facility was dirty and two of three dryers were out of order. The \"nightstand\" shelf was broken, as were the shower doors, and the shower drain was clogged. Lastly, the room was WAY too small for 3 beds and 3 people. This property would be great for two people who simply need a place to sleep that has easy access to the transportation system or who want a local neighborhood experience.

Zurich is a very expensive city and this location had one of the more affordable prices. With that said, with no air conditioning and a June heat wave, the indoor conditions were difficult to deal with, especially a night. They did provide a floor fan that helped a bit. Aside from that, the room was comfortable, with a smaller Kitchenette that included a stove, microwave, and fridge. There was also a generous closet and even a small ironing board and iron. The use of space is very well thought of. It’s also conveniently located 10 minutes from the train station. I would stay here again but not in the summer months.

The room had everything we needed and the WiFi was good. Was really hot which made sleeping difficult, there were fans which helped a little. Can’t blame them for this though as property does say no air conditioning.
Main issue was communication. I had to chase for check in instructions and I also asked about leaving luggage on the last day which is available but nobody replied to the message and nobody was in the office to ask.

Expensive stay for very poor room. Photos in ad do not show how tiny room is. So incredibly hot with no AC. Fan provided was disgusting dirty and was clipped shut so I could not clean.
Stains in ceiling. In disrepair. Stay away. It was the most expensive hotel I had in 3 weeks in Europe and by far the worst quality.

The best thing about this place is it's location. We were a 6 minute walk to our tour/excursion and 8 minute walk to the train station, so we didn't have to worry about transportation. We knew it would be a tight squeeze for our family of 5, but the price was good. We had to arrive late at night and we received an email after hours with a code to a key box. Everything went smoothly. Place was clean. For as expensive as Zurich is, we found this to be a more affordable option, and knew we would not be spending much time in the room. Would recommend based on location, cleanliness and affordability.

Got a rash after spending the night in the bed with my boyfriend, bathrooms looked dirty, door handle FELL OFF as we were leaving one night and when we notified a staff he said he’d have to fix it tomorrow. No one let us in upon arrival, we had to wait for other customers to arrive to be let in. Once we arrived we realized the front desk was right next to the door bell, so we have no idea how they missed that. Upon returning to the hotel after exploring the city (with a key), the key COULD NOT unlock the front door so we had to wait for ANOTHER resident staying at the place to notice us struggling with the door to let us in. Smelled weird in the room, dusty and dirty, but alas it worked for us by pure luck. Still have a rash.

We found the room crowded as could only get in to bed from one side, they did clean the room but it still had dust around the windows and on top of surfaces the one thing that left us not feeling that they clean the rooms well was as we opens the freezer we found it to be covered with frozen blood and that night wife woke up saying she felt something crawling on her leg.
Check in went well on one room as could leave bags in room and second room was 30 minutes late and the bed was a double not a queen as requested

Even with directions, check-in is confusing. The directions sent via Hotels.com were outdated. There is an office, but the person wasn’t in it, although they were on-site.
The place is pretty worse for wear, and isn’t worth the value we paid for the one night we stayed. Basic cleaning and dusting of high-contact areas was done, like the sink/shower/toilet, but not the walls and moldings. There were stains on the wall next to the table, and underneath, sliding down the side of the wall.
The sheets and towels were clean. The comforter on the bed was made for a twin size bed, not for two people in a double.

Easy after hours check in. Place felt like a collage dorm room. Bed was OK. Only two pillows provided for two people. The very small single bedside table is crooked so things slide off. Bathroom light switch is dirty. No luggage stand for a suitcase. No counter to put personal care items. Shower doors are broken and don’t close all the way. Kitchen appliances are good but it would have been nice if there was coffee or tea provided. So kitchen not useful unless staying more than one night (which I wouldn’t).

Early morning loud machinery directly across the street was not communicated.

We planned on storing our luggage to go explore but even though it’s indicated someone is in the office at 10:00AM they still weren’t there by 10:45. So we had to take our luggage to the train station. We weren’t able to find somewhere to store it there either so spent 4 hours in the train station unable to explore Zurich. Not impressed. Way over priced!!

My daughter and I had one night stay. The day of departure, we booked a tour around the hotel office hours of 10-6 as we needed to leave our bags. We waited for 35 minutes at the office, until 10:35. Our tour was at 11. While waiting we sent an email and received no response. Email I received informed there would be someone there from 10:00 to 6:00 for clients who would like to leave their luggage. We ended up leaving our luggage with a couple who was able to wait longer. When we returned to leave the staff told us she arrived at 10:45. I find this not good customer service.

The accommodation at which we arrived was cramped, unclean, always uncomfortably warm to an extent that was honestly impressive, and provided the absolute minimum in terms of equipment for its kitchen. We had a pleasant check-in experience but received no reply to our attempts to contact the host later. We had the luxury of being able to check out a day early and felt much better having left.

There is no sign other than on the door recessed in the wall. Thankfully, a guest passed by and told us where it was located. Check-in is by code after hours. As we were traveling, we didn’t get the email telling us we needed to send a picture of our passports to get the code. We were able to do this using wifi from the front door, but it took about 5-10 minutes. Rooms are small and a bit hot, but otherwise it fit our needs.

Walkable to the main train station. Good choice of restaurants around the hotel. Small grocery stores nearby. Comfortable room with everything needed for a few nights stay.

Very clean apartment loved how they incorporated some appliances that’s really convenient,and overall pretty clean and tidy good place to rest !!
