The hotel is in an excellent location at Andel Metro and shopping centre, also 300meters from a lift direct to train platforms.
The room was clean except for a few black hairs The breakfast was good. Reception staff were excellent.

We had seen the reviews about poor receptionist service, but it was indeed appalling. After a late night train, we checked in to Akcent hotel and found there were at least 5 living and 5 dead big green houseflies in our room. We requested a room change but this was not accommodated. The receptionist refused to even have a look, and said that flies are normal everywhere and it was not the hotel's fault and there was nothing they could do. He couldn't even offer anything except for tissues (not even a broom). We spent half an hour chasing flies out of our room. Horrifying experience and terrible service. The breakfast was decent.

Staff! The room was great, the lady on reception was so nice and The Breakfast had everything in abundance . Metro 10 metres outside the hotel and 1 minute walk to buses and trams and over 40 restaurants within 1 km! Forget staying at The Savoy or The Art Draco or Cosmpopolitan? Stay here at a fraction of the cost 5* service without the cost

chose this hotel for two highly sophisticated reasons: the price and the fact that it was closer to the airport than downtown. First impressions were a little… curious, but any doubts vanished at the front desk. The woman there was fantastic,she happily stored our luggage until check-in and then handed us a map that looked like it had been personally curated just for us, complete with circles around the best nearby places to eat.

The real surprise was the room. Booked for three, it was enormous. After several stays in rooms where opening a suitcase felt like a strategic exercise, having space to spread out was a luxury. Clean, spacious, and refreshingly comfortable, exactly what we didn’t know we needed.

One night before flying

Unfortunately the bathroom and particularly the toilet was not cleaned prior to my stay / quite nasty. The room was fine but one elevator means elevator waits at times. Breakfast was just ok, could have been better but I have had worse. Great location with metro stop 10 m from door and grocery store equally close.

La fachada del Hotel no esta bonita, cuando llegas la verdad que no te rsperas lo que ves, no tiene nada que ver con la foto.Pero cuando entras el lobby esta antiguo pero limpio, el staff muy agradable y la Habitacion esta muy bien equipada.Tienes el desayuno incluido ,pero la verdad que esta muy antiguo.

Breakfast was great but i would definitely recommend a sanitation station because after seeing someone coughing and sneezing into their hands then touching the serving equipment I lost my appetite immediately. So Get a sanitation station and ensure prompt guests to use the service after their attendance was verified.

Worth the price. Location is excellent as it located across the first bus stop, which is easy for people to catch the bus to the airport (do not have to worry about the seat on the bus). Very clean and safe (for solo traveller). Facilities are all in a good condition. Convenience as the Lidl (grocery store) is next to the hotel, as well as the Metro. It also 5 mins walk to the shopping mall and Andel tram station.

Comfortable room, clean with good maid service. Breakfast was simple but good and hearty. Location was very convenient in the centre of Smichov (shopping centre etc) near metro station, across from bus station and close to many tram stops.

I would recommend this hotel. Room was gorgeous with a wraparound balcony and great views of Prague. Rooms are on the 7th floor. Room spotlessly clean. V comfortable and spacious even though it was for two only.
There is a speedy lift but if you are mobility restricted, there are 7 or 8 steps to navigate in order to get into the foyer.
Bus and metro right outside the door. Very handy. Trams are a 4 min walk away, turn left when u exit the hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast varied and tasty.

The hitel was in the 7th floor of an apartment building. The staff were helpful. The room was very spacious. They served very good breakfast. They served hot meals like eggs ( cooked differently daily), ham, bacon and sausage, deli, fruits, vegetables, porridge, bread, yogurt, pastries and drinks. There's transportation around the hotel like streetcars and subway. There's a mall less than 5 minutes away. There were restaurants, fastfood and stores within minutes walk away.

Stayed in this property in July. Great location, staff were friendly and helpful , you can get the bus to and from the airport just outside. Convenient to the local bars and restaurants also.

The room was clean, bathroom really nice and fully air conditioned.

Someone opened my room door in the middle of night while i was sleeping. Luckily i had my dog with me. The dog was barking and that scared the person away. I tried to call the reception 3 or 4 times, nobody answered. Later the guy at reception told me that someone came into his old room and they changed his room. The story sounds cheesy. Never again will i stay in this hotel. Only one elevator for such a big hotel.

I loved my room at Akcent Hotel! I had beautiful views from my corner room’s floor to ceiling windows and balcony. My bedding was very comfortable and clean and rain shower head felt like a spa day. There is lots of public transportation options just outside the hotel and the area attracts homeless individuals. However the hotel staff ensured me the building is safe and is only accessible by key cards after office hours. I never felt in danger while at the hotel.

This hotel is ridiculous! It’s way too perfect !
Open the hotel door and there is a Metro station ! There is a supermarket downstairs open until 10pm, trolley station a few steps away, H&M , Zara and a huge mall with excellent food options, bars and restaurants
Hotel is extremely well manteined , they will clean our room and even vacuum it daily

Breakfast is excellent
I was hesitant to stay here but best value for money and seriously I will come back again

Everything was perfect 10 out of 10 all day long

Very convenient location next to Andel Metro entrance. Tram stops are not far and Na Knizeci bus station is just across the road. From there you can take a bus to Cesky Krumlov for a day trip.
Our room was clean, with good shower and comfortable bed. The pillows are very soft. There is a small balcony. The hotel is based on the top floor of what looks like a block of flats. Location is quiet after 10pm.

Decent, excellent location

We stayed in one of the executive rooms with 270 degree balcony. The room is very spacious and comes with a sofa bed. The downside of the room is that it was a bit dark in the room even with all the lights turned on. Breakfast in buffet style, with a small selection of eggs, sausages, cold meats, cheeses, salad veg, bread, cereal etc, like what can be found in many European accommodation. Food quality overall is quite good. The location is extremely convenient & accessible, with one of the Metro station exit right outside the hotel entrance (follow the \"BUS\" exit when get off the metro train), and a terminal bus stop right opposite (bus 191 goes directly to/from the airport terminals). There are also a big shopping mall nearby (5-7min walk), and a selection of excellent value & quality, and far more tourists friendly (than in the old town / near the castle area) local gastro / asian dining places in the area. With the location & spacious room, we will probably consider to stay here again if we return to Prague.

This was a great value for our stay in Prague. Right next to the Andel metro station, therefore very convenient to get around. Room was otherwise clean and spacious however there was still a smell of cigarette although all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. The bathroom was updated and the rain-style shower was a awesome. Would stay there again if I come back to Prague.

We were very pleased. Room very hot on returning after some hours but air con quickly reduced temperature. Enjoyed the breakfasts but could have been hotter (as appropriate). Very comfortable bed. It was a quiet room and linen changed daily. Everywhere was very clean. Staff friendly. We would recommend it.

The hotel is located very close to transportation with food and shopping everywhere. There were several boutiques as well as a shopping mall steps from the hotel. There were numerous international restaurants, grocery stores, and convenience stores in the immediate vicinity.

The metro, buses, and trams made it easy to get to the center of the city to see the sights. I like to walk and the 30 - 40 minute walk to Prague 1 was nice.

I had a single room with a twin bed. There was plenty of room for my suitcase in the closet. The bathroom was huge.

I would stay here again without hesitation.

I haven’t stayed in a lot of European hotels, but this one met all my needs. It’s located literally at the terminus of the 191 bus route from the hotel, and across the street from the main bus station, making it a perfect place to crash for my first night in Prague. It was 100 degrees in my room when I arrived and it took me a minute to figure out how to work the air conditioner but I got it working. There’s free WiFi that works great. And a clean bathroom and comfy bed - that’s all I need! No complaints at all.

The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout the stay and facilities topped up daily. The wrap around balcony was fantastic to sit out on in the evening, whereas the room was very spacious for the four of us. The metro was just outside the door which made it easy to navigate anywhere in the city. Note when buying passes within the metro only coins are accepted in the machines but there is a machine to convert to coins by the toilets.

Convenient and good hotel

We first stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and it is still just as good. The rooms are of a typical Premier Inn type layout with twin beds pushed together. Large bathroom with small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Right outside is the Andel metro station and a 2 minute walk takes you to the Novy Smichov shopping centre with a large Tesco. You can walk to the centre of prague in about 20 - 30 minutes, a lovely walk along the river or via Ujezd with lots of bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. It's nice to escape the bustle and crowds.

Big problem was room I had room 738 had two beds where it should only be single, hardly enough room to get roundabout the bed. Have stayed in this hotel before with no problems in both single and double rooms but was a bit disappointed I got a room that was nither one or other
