My second stay at this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, they even have miso soup, and beetroot juice, as well as all kind of food you'd expect for breakfast.
The room was spacious, water in shower is perfectly warm, and bed is comfortable. There is also an (empty) fridge in the room.
Last year I was there the rooms had capsule coffee maker, this time it was just a kettle with nescafe provided, but still a lot better than nothing.

Perfect location next to a major transit stop with a subway station and trams going to all parts of Prague. Old Town and the touristic sites all within an easy 10-15 mins tram or subway ride. Staff at the hotel were cheery and helpful. Great breakfast. I’d stay here again.

Lovely room which was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was very spacious. Lovely nibbles and drinks in the executive lounge. Breakfast was excellent, amazing selection for a continental breakfast and also cooked items. Very impressed and would certainly recommend.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the afternoon snacks were a real highlight — offering fruits, nuts, sandwiches, salad, pasta, dumplings, the soup of the day, and a changing meat selection (we had meat wrapped in bacon on our first day and pork ribs on the second). The room was spotless, beds very comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Highly recommended!

Truly love the breakfast bar. It has so many options and everything is fresh. Each coffee is hand made by a professional barista.
Front desk staff is amazing. We arrived by train; front desk organized for us pick up from the station. We arrived 40minutes late, yet there was no problem with the pickup.
As we were about to check out our flight got canceled. I couldn't call from the land line in our room the airline. That was a bit inconvenient, but at the front desk after a failed attempt with the land line I was provided with a local cell phone.
The grilled dinner (Friday - Sunday) is okay. Not bad, but only okay.
Overall, I would absolutely recommend. Close to Subway, trolley.
The market by the Subway on Friday was an absolute treat with a fantastic harpist/singer performing live.

A great stay in Prague!

I would highly recommend this hotel for traveling in Prague! The staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I traveled with my two kids-- ages 6 and 13. There was no noise from other guests that we could hear. The included breakfast had many options, though the dining area was very busy on the weekends. The lobby bar stayed open all night and there was a lot of seating in the lobby to spend time there and relax. The terrace was nice in the summer. The location was great! Close to tram stops and there was a big shopping mall just a couple blocks away.There was also a really fun outdoor food court nearby. It was quite easy to get into Old Town or other popular sites. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again if I was in Prague. Rates were great. Don't hesitate to book here!

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly. Many food places in the vicinity, local restaurants and fast food too. Easy transport links with tram stop round the corner but you can also walk if need be.

Solid modern hotel only 10 minutes from Stare Mesto (old town) by metro. First class buffet breakfast as well. Bright clean rooms ideal for a city break like my trip. Hotel is always busy - that tells you a lot, an old truck driver friend of mine always said never walk into an empty restaurant/cafe/pub. This place is busy for the simple reason that they tick all of the boxes at this price point.

Great location, great staff and amazing breakfast! Loved the stay and welcome you get staying there. If you want a hotel in a busy area then not for you, if you want a hotel in a quieter bit around the corner (5min) walk then this is perfect. Shopping centre is literally 5min walk and same as station and trams.

This was my second stay at OREA Angelo while visiting the Czech republic and I can recommend it to everyone!!!
My stay was once again very enjoyable the staff hotel amenities and location is just perfect for what I need and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic (great job chef and all kitchen staff!!!)
The rooms are specious and comfortable and very quiet to sleep in, the bathroom is great size and spotless with wonderful luxurious toiletries (love the lotion!)
The hotel is very close to a huge shopping mall and walking distance to Vltava river which will take you to all that Prague has to offer !! All walkable … no need to take any transaction at all to tour the main attractions unless you are elderly.
I will be staying in OREA Angelo again and again while back in the CR and I will be sending everyone to stay there as well!!!

Free VIP drinks were very limited. We’re told about non-alcoholic, beer and wine are included in the offer. When I had ordered some fancy water I was refused and they brought me something else. Then I asked for freshly squeezed juice. I was also refused telling I can go for the one in a bottle. I am Orea lover, but not for this particular hotel. Also, it looks very plastic comparing to the other branches. Breakfast was excellent though!

Le séjour s'est très bien passé: la chambre que nous avions réservé était très spacieuse et très propre. La salle de bain est tout aussi propre. Le rez de chaussée est très grand et les fauteuils sont ideals pour s'asseoir et passer un bon moment. La réception était sympathique. Enfin, les petits déjeuner étaient délicieux ! Pour un prix très raisonnable, ça vaut le coup de jeter un oeil !

Terrible place to stay if you are sensitive to noise. Apparently all rooms have ventilation shafts and they make noise through the night. Either that or they couldn't bother changing me from my room. No a good sleep at all and staff are super arrogant and condescending. Breakfast was boring

Traveled as a couple and stayed one night. Great service all around - reception, bar, staff. Clean room and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and bars and shopping. I’d skip the breakfast and enjoy something close by instead.

We were worried about being on the 'other' side of the river but the no.9 tram was just around the corner and it was very easy to get around, Much quieter over New Year as the business district was closed.

Nice area with good transport links

Lovely hotel. Very clean and the service was very good. Breakfast was good although the evening meal we had wasn't exactly exciting. Drinks at the bar were very expensive. Two gin and tonics coming in at CZK820 - or approx £28.
Location of the hotel was in the quieter side of the city but well within walking distance and on a tram line. Nice shopping centre just around the corner.
