They provide parking (behind 2 large steel doors) at hotel Arbes, just around the corner (+-100m), where you also have to check-in.

The hotel is in a not central part of Prague. It's a converted apartment house. Very clean, very friendly and close to all sort of transport. The breakfast is brought to the room and so abundant that it allows to make snacks for during the day while walking around town. Saved us a lot of \"mom I'm hungry\". Cozy, like the rooms I had visiting my family there many years ago. Loved it!!

We have no complaints, the building and room were suitable for what we required. No complaints. It wasn't luxurious but can't expect it to be.
We had a breakfast of rolls cheese and breads delivered each morning and the time we requested. Also complimentary cereal, fruit and yoghurt in the room.

Good location off the tourist zone in a lively area where locals carry on with their daily lives. Check-in location is at another location (Hotel Andel was the name I think, about a block away from Austria Suites). Well equipped kitchen for self-catering. Tesco and Albert near by. Shower needed some fixing (door handle missing, did not close properly) but bathroom was clean and functional. Loved the spacious room.

You have to go around the corner to another hotel to check in, and you have to go outside to get to the elevator, but this is a really nice hotel, one of the best and most comfortable in a 3 week trip. It has a stocked kitchenette, and they bring your continental breakfast to your room. There's a small balcony with a tiny table and an ashtray - a nice compromise in a non-smoking room. Two tables, three chairs, and a couch. And I counted 19 electrical outlets in the bedroom, not counting those in use by lamps, etc.

For a student it was an excellent hotel, the staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast was included and made a great lunch too.
Some rooms came with a small balcony and the rooms were bright and cosy.
If you're staying for a few days the small kitchen was really helpful (no cooker) if you're not eating out every night.

A great place: huge room with kitchen nook and bathroom, as well as terrace, and a daily breakfast basket that frankly did for lunch, too!

Very comfortable accommodation in fair condition. Room surprisingly large that easily houses comfortable sofa and large screen TV. Small balcony another plus. Staff very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping of a high standard. Breakfast a bit dull but adequate. Our room was very quiet and although lacking air conditioning a fan was provided. Great location especially for Andel Shopping centre. Would be happy to return.

I picked this hotel based upon price and its relatively close location to an event I was attending in Prague. Initially I was looking at price as well as an acceptable level of comfort, but this place was great value for money. Spacious room, good facilities and if I ever go back to Prague this is where i will be staying!

we had a lovely stay at Austria Suites, the only down side would be the low hanging shower, still not sure how you are suppose to stand under it. The breakfast was a great idea and set us up for the day. A very enjoyable trip and glad we picked Austria Suites

Location was PERFECT! Very close to the Charles Bridge and other tourist spots. Loved that the fridge was stocked (included) and fresh pastries, bread and lunch meat & cheese delivered for breakfast each morning.

Stay Away from this place
Checked in and they have given our apartment to some one else, so they offered me a room instead an apartment. I said no, so they made arrangements. Booked and paid for 4 days, we only stayed for one night--that was enough. The place smelt mouldy, place was too dusty that my daughter had allergies overnight, you need to shower sitting down or all the water will be all over the place. Wifi never worked. Far from city centre.

Convinient location. Big and clean 2-room apartment. Staff didn't even try to be friendly, always with the sort of aggressive attitude. Breakfast was ok. Don't think i would stay there again.

Warm reception Clear instructions. Spacious and clean room. Strong and reliable wifi connection. Hot and high pressure bathin water. Breakfast is plentiful though a bit dull. Tram stop is a few steps away and the metro station is just 3 minutes walk.. A huge shopping centre is nearby where you can buy everything and eat whatever you like. So, what more can you ask for.

Good for family trip at reasonable price
The room is spacious with a kitchen. Quantity of breakfast is too much for ladies. The receptionist of hotel round the corner who handles the registration is nice and helpful. However, the hotel deducted the full fare of stay after my booking instead of upon checkin is deviated from what it stated in the term . I were confused as the confirmation do ask me to pay again upon my arrival. Luckily I don't need to pay again.

A real problem with parking for your car. There is no safe place for your car. Parking lots can be very creative and you pay a price. Hotel condition is pristine. Close to all atractions. We strongly recommend that hotel.

Un peu loin du centre mais tout près des transports en commun (metro - tram). Personnel très aimable. Chambre avec cuisinette, en retrait de la rue, donc très calme. Mais pour les personnes (surtout les jeunes) qui veulent passer seulement quelques jours à Prague, il est plus commode de se loger au centre historique où se concentrent tous les endroits intéressants à visiter à pied.

아침마다 배달되는 조식은 오직 빵과 햄, 치즈 뿐! 정말 푸짐한 양이었으나 우리 가족 입맛에는 도저히 안맞음...직원들 모두 너무 친절하였고 교통갑인 곳이라 트램만 타면 프라하성. 레트나공원. 까를교. 바츨라프광장. 화약탑. 기차역 모든 곳을 갈 수 있음! 까를교까지 트램으로 10분정도. 트램도 12시 넘도록 다니고 무섭지 않음.
테스코 도보1분. 안델역 걸어서 2분거리. 체스키가는 버스터미널 캐리어 끌고 5분정도. 까를교에서 강변을 따라 걷다가 숙소로 돌아올 수 있는 충분한 거리!

De entree van het hotel is niets bijzonders maar de vriendelijkheid van het personeel overtreft alles. Het appartement met kitchenette was sober, groot, schoon, goede matrassen, ontbijt op bed (want geen ontbijtzaal), wifi doet het goed, rustige kamers. Prima uitvalslocatie, mede door het goede openbaar vervoer op loopafstand.
