Loved this hotel & would definitely stay again if we returned to Paris . staff were great as was hotel room with fantastic shower.its in a mainly residential area but walking distance to champs eleysee and around corner from Eiffel Tower. Local shops and restaurants and close by .ww didn’t have breakfast but room service food was good .has lovely roof top bar also.nothing not to like here

From greeting us with champagne, to upgrading and decorating our room and just going above and beyond for anything we wanted. When we return to Paris this will definitely be the only place we stay!

We stayed here for our 14th wedding anniversary, and it was a decision we are extremely happy we made. The location was perfect, the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly.

A special mention to Mr. Adel — he is very approachable, and his customer service is top class. The spa was the perfect finishing touch to our stay.

We would definitely stay here again, especially when we visit Paris as a couple in the future.

We have no complaints about the hotel. We’ve just checked out this morning, the receptionist kindly helped us find a taxi since it was difficult to get an Uber. We were told there would be a flat rate of €65, but the driver charged us €72. We did not argue, as we truly appreciated the receptionist’s help; however, we don’t think this was right. Hotel should consider a different taxi company.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The property was extremely clean, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to assist with any questions or requests. We had a king bed and the room was very spacious.

The location is fantastic, very central and only about a 10-minute walk from both the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées. On rainy days, the hotel thoughtfully offered umbrellas, which was a lovely touch.

We also enjoyed drinks at the bar, where we were treated to a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Overall, our experience was outstanding, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The spa area could do with a little updating (for example fixing the jets on the jacuzzi).

This hotel should not be consider a 5-star. It started with a poor check-in experience where some guests were offered champagne and water but forgot to ask us. The rooms are extremely small with not enough lighting to see in your luggage. It took > 30 min to get an iron and 4 calls to the front staff. I would not recommend this hotel if you want a 5 star experience

Staff were not clear. Got charged over€200 on monds and m&ms following confirmation from frint desk they were complimentary. Bargroom tsps were eratic. She didn't work. Won't stay here again. Too expensive fir West its worth

There is nothing 5 stars about this property. It is a small simple hotel with zero luxurious details or amenities. We felt it was a huge disappointment for what we paid, the photos are misleading it is a small hotel with small rooms. The junior suite was an average room you would have at a basic 3 star hotel. Simple things like cotton pads or a box of tissues are missing. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing. Everything in the room was built for comfort and relaxation. It was clean quiet and the bed was exceptional. It was medium hard which was great as I have a bad back.

The only issues (which is very small) is that the room we were in did connect to the hotel WiFi. But as soon as we went outside the door it connected.

And the check in and check out was a little time consuming as we had to provide evidence that we paid the city tax to say for a couple of nights.

Other than that it was amazing and we will definitely come back!

Great hotel in a really good location

We may be a little jaded, because we had just come from possibly the best service experience at a hotel we've ever had, so they fell a little short for us. All in all, this was a very nice hotel in a convenient location, with a cool style. We were comfortable in our room. The absolute only negative is that for a 5 star hotel, they didn't make the guest feel 5 star.

The hotel and room were nice but it did not seem like 5 stars (4 stars tops). We also did not receive any VIP property perks.
The room was smaller than we expected but it was nice and very clean with a comfortable bed. However, the bathroom pipes kept making a terrible noise. There were dead plants outside the windows.
The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very nice and accommodating, although we would get asked for our room number 2 or 3 times each day. The breakfast area also had a view of the top of the Eiffel tower which was nice, but it could be seen on top of a noisy building construction. The construction could also be heard from the room. It would have been nice to know of the construction ahead of time.
One person at reception promised to make reservations for dinner but forgot. Another one had to pick up the slack and managed to make it short notice.
We did not have time for the spa.

Hotel Juliana aka Alma One was perfect! The location is excellent, literally walking distance to all the best Paris has to offer. For those looking for luxury, authenticity and charm, this is the spot. Don't be dissuaded by the outside, it's a small hotel with an incredibly big heart and 5-Star service. Note, there is a lovely breakfast buffet on floor 7. Be sure to check it out!

The service was excellent, I can't complement the front desk concierge service it was impeccable. The Hotel is beautiful with views of the Eiffel Tower from the 7th floor breakfast.

Fantastic spot, short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower but on a nice quiet side street. Also 2 blocks to the Seine and an easy walk down the river to a lot of the big sightseeing locations. Very comfortable bed! Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic Hotel in Paris

I have now stayed at the Juliana Hotel a few times. Each time has been delightful. This has become my go-to hotel in Paris. The location is great. The hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable. The staff is lovely. Emily and the rest of the team are fantastic.

Phenomenal 6 night stay here in March. The staff is exceptional and attentive to every possible need. Our standard room was spacious for the EU and spotless. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood , bistros are a block away. All major attractions are a 15 min cab ride away. Being so close to the river provided great walks and the taxi stand is at the corner. Our rate included the delicious and freshly made , hot and cold breakfast. The attendant at the breakfast buffet was lovely and always made sure the tables were set and ready. This top floor area was a nice space to relax in with a great partial view of the Eiffel Tower.
