The price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. Unfortunately, our first night wasn’t ideal as we could hear every possible noise from the neighbouring rooms, and staff were talking loudly outside our door at 6am, which meant we barely slept.
After speaking with reception, they were very understanding and promptly moved us to a different room on the upper floor. From then on, it was peaceful and quiet for the rest of our stay. They were extremely accommodating and ensured the new room matched the standard of the one we originally booked. Supplied us with everything we needed for our stay including slippers as the room has a stone floor .
Overall, despite the rocky start, the staff handled the situation well, were very friendly and made sure we had an enjoyable week.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and warm in January. The staff was helpful and friendly. 10 min easy walk to the Charles bridge. Just across the bridge from the Czech national theatre. I’ll definitely stay there next time! I 100% recommend this hotel.

The hotel stated i will be picked up on the date of arrival at the airport i provided at the website. I stayed waiting for an hour, tired, and unfamiliar of the place. The shuttle did not show up. Customer service was poor. I asked for a wake up call as my trip will be early in the morning.The desk staff just told me, just set your alarm on your phone. You dont need me to call. I asked again, he gave me an attitude , called me 15 mins before the taxi showed up in AM. The best was VeroniKa Slavikova, the best tour guide. Kind, open to ideas, she loves Prague. Bathtub is very slippery, high fall risk when standing. Housekeeper- the best!

Great hotel for a city break. My only issue was construction noise coming from the building behind the hotel that my window looked onto, lots of power tool noise from builders that went on until 9pm some days, I prefer to have the window open but I had to shut it which blocked a lot of the volume. My double room was quite spacious and well equipped, bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet had a lot of options and tasty and well laid out. Location is brilliant, right by the Ujezd tram stop, but also very walkable for Lesser Town and even Old Town if you like to walk. There are restaurants within walking distance, I didn't find a supermarket but there is a very expensive mini-grocery around the corner towards the bridge. I would stay here again. I also took advantage of the hotel private transfer since I was arriving late evening, friendly English speaking driver brought be straight from the airport to the hotel.

Overall great hotel in a nice convenient location. The only major concern was the hair dryer in the hotel room (used once) overheated and sparks flew out and could have caught my hair and the room on fire. Severely dangerous!

We stayed for 6 nights, the hotel Roma is in a brilliant position, easy access to Prague 1 Old Town and Charles bridge and the castle. The tram stops opposite the hotel, making journeys to and from the airport very easy as well as accessing the surrounding district. Nice bar and reception area, we loved it and will use again if when we return

The main issue I had was the lack of sound proofing and how much noise the cleaning team made very early. Every morning I was woken up to the sound of chairs/furniture scraping - as early as 6am. I ended up buying ear plugs but they didn’t help. The cleaning team need to be more mindful of the time they’re cleaning the rooms and the level of noise they’re making.

Regarding the VIP offer: there was no upgrade offered for the room. The spa is actually just 1 hour of sauna. The air conditioning was broken and we asked at the reception numerous times to have it fixed, no one bothered. We were told each time that the technician fixed it, but they did not. The furniture in the room was very outdated. The location of the hotel is good.

Great location. Public transportation was steps away. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Location is on the quieter side of town which we liked very much. I think we were supposed to get some VIP benefits (like wine) but we didn’t. Also supposed to get free spa service but only service available was a sauna which we weren’t too interested in. Breakfast was very nice though. Would stay here again.

The hotel manager, Tomas is wonderfully accommodating. He was very kind and upgraded me to the large family apt on the 4th floor. The hotel’s location on the Mala Strana has excellent restaurants in the vicinity and one can stroll in the Kampa park or along the river’s edge, which is only two blocks away. The tram stop Uzjezd is across the street which whisks you to any part of the city. You can’t beat the location - Prague 1!
