The heating turned off overnight, when I complained about that, the hotel recommended me to find another hotel and they wanted to refund the money, they probably don't know the Expedia rules..
The Heating on between 6PM - 10PM (with breaks) regardless of the outside temperature..

Really liked the property and area. However, the registration process left a bit to be desired - too many texts and emails asking to do this and that. Suggest allowing one, simple registration, including paying for parking and pets when booking. The links included in the texts were not active, meaning you had to cut and paste.

Everything was great! The apartment was clean, spacious, and just as described, with well- equipped kitchen area. We're a family of five and felt very comfortable- extra points for the AC and two bathrooms! The building has an elevator, and we were able to reserve parking ahead of time (strongly recommended in Praha!), which was very convenient. We had to contact the property owner once, and they answered our phone immediately and helped us right away. If we ever come back, we will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was incredibly clean and quiet, all facilities top notch, the bed super comfortable. Not to mention the tram stop is literally in front of the entrance door, so the city center and adjacent Prague castle are easy to reach. A big plus is also the nice cafe‘ on the ground floor that has tasty cakes and ice cream to offer for those who would like to have a tasty breakfast. I highly reccommend Dowtown Suites Belohorska!

Very easy check-in via code. Apartment was very clean. Small kitchen was nice. Big pillows and comfy bed.
Metro stop is literally 100 feet from the building entrance. You can purchase Metro tickets using a credit card on the metro itself, which was very convenient.
Or if you prefer walking, central Prague area takes about 30 minutes.
Getting to the airport was fairly straightforward using public transportation as well.

I would not book this again

I do not think I would stay at this aparthotel again. While the location was conveniently located to a tram stop, that's about all it was convenient to. This is quite a distance from tourist sites, and very limited places to eat nearby.
The apartment furnishings were new and in good condition, but there was not much in the way of amenities or any decoration and as a whole felt very basic. A few of the towels probably should have been replaced, but the apartment itself was very clean.
There was a lift, but you had to go up many steps to be able to reach it. Also, there was no air conditioning and only two fans to cool the entire unit which was not sufficient in the summer heat.
Also as depicted, the bed is immediately adjacent to the kitchenette so not much privacy. A screen or curtain would have been nice to block the bed from kitchenette.

Stayed in the 2 bed penthouse with terrace which was faultless. Lots of room and immaculate throughout. Air-con was a god-send. Located on the outskirts so thankfully quiet area but vert easy to access everywhere in Prague via a brilliant and very reliable public transport system. Virtual reception worked fine, I had 2 queries for reception which were answered promptly. Prague is an amazing city and if/when I return I will definitely stay here again.

While a little away from the downtown area, once you understand the Trams it’s very easy to get around. Very clean and comfortable. Disappointment was no A/C which was available in the room on a floor above. We had 2 hot days and building/room was very warm for 4 days. They brought fans quickly which was good but it was not enough to make it cool. We assumed incorrectly that it would have A/C as standard. Our mistake I guess!

It was so easy to do the contactless check in. The property was very clean. I had a suite with bedroom and separate kitchen on 3rd floor. It was specious and quiet. The tram right in front of the apartment took me right to the city-very convenient! I also found this cute coffee shop across from the hotel-they had very good coffee.

Lots of shops & cafes / restaurants nearby. 22 Tram from right outside the property will take you directly to Prague castle area in 10 minutes , Charles bridge area in 15 minutes and downtown in 20 minutes. Suites are very spacious, modern , clean and with excellent facilities.Reception only operates 8am to midday so a bit limited if assistance required, but helpful and friendly if you can catch them. Apartments are not serviced every day but bins always kept emptied and clean towels provided etc.Price paid for this property represents exceptional value for money - I have paid twice or three times as much for inferior accomodation in other cities.

Awesome 1-2 person studio apartment

Fantastic studio apartment. Great size and space for the value. Close to transportation. Attached Gelato company that serves breakfast at very low cost. I would recommend this to anyone one who is single or couple. Not enough beds for a family. At least not the one I stayed in. It was an amazing property and easy to access. About 40 min walk to major site seeing attractions or quick tram like 5 min. I would definitely stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay. I was with a group of people who booked the larger apartments. The double room suited me perfectly, its bigger than the photos. Super clean and good bedding. The lift is mid floor not many steps. You can self check after hours.There is crockery and a kettle. The staff are all really helpful It was silent at night so fantastic for a good sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The 22 tram is the best as stops st most major sights. And Angelo downstairs has breakfast to die to for, don't miss the avo on toast or scramble eggs.

Clean and modern hotel with self service check in. The reception is only open before noon, so you get a code for retrieving the key from a machine. Worked well and very efficient. The rooms have some cutlery and crockery but no kitchen. The area is nice and without bus loads of tourists, and close to the Strahov park and observatory.

The units are newly renovated, very clean and and nicely furnished. The location is very convenient, just a few tram stops from city center. My vacation to Prague was wonderful until my wife had to be admitted to a local hospital and had to extend our stay. The staff at Downtown Suites Belohorska was very accommodating and compassionate about our situation. Management, and especially the wonderful receptionist, went beyond their capacities making my stay more comfortable. I totally recommend this place.

They make check in really easy. The Hotel is relatively new in a quiet part of Prague only about 15 minutes from the Castle and 20 minutes from the center by tram. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Never again would I book a property managed by Downtown Suites. We reserved this one because we needed to be near a hotel where my grandchild would be staying on a school trip. Because of a fragile health condition, we needed to be nearby. A few hours before check in (as I was riding on a train to Prague), the management called to say we could not have the apartment we had booked well in advance. They offered to put us in a place across town. When I explained our need to be in Belohorska, they offered a lower valued apartment. I had booked the executive penthouse. They did not offer to refund the difference in value. Instead, they urged us to take the penthouse in the place across town. They said the two places were just 15 minutes apart. That wasn't true, and our family suffered serious crises as a result. The \"penthouse\" was spacious but shabby. A soap dispenser fell off the wall the first time I used it. No hot water in the one real shower. The \"fireplace\" was covered by an ugly sign saying it was for decoration only. Nicks in the counter tops. The kitchen was sparsely furnished: no real coffee maker, no linens or even paper toweling, not so much as a grain of salt and pepper.
Maybe you can find better value in one of the lower-end units offered by Downtown Suites. But I won't be back.

Convenient, large, quiet, wonderful.

Our large family LOVED this hotel. It was conveniently located, right by the tram; a short ride to the Old Town and Prague Castle. At the same time, it wasn't noisy - which we expected to find when we saw the tram run by. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen, and clean. There are places to purchase groceries within a short walking distance, a few restaurants, and cafes. If we go back to Prague, we will definitely stay here again.

perfect location. Take the 22 or 25 tram/bus across the street to town, to the lennon wall, to the Charles bridge or all the way through Praha till it stops. Cross the street for dinner, or breakfast. Nice safe and clean area. Walked the first night I got there to the Charles bridge.. a bit of a walk but was nice and scenic. Markets across the street. Affordable city (half of London). Go to the castle.. old city, new city.. wow! best ever.

It was fairly good. We arrived at 8.30 and the front door was locked. Though they said they sent an email with the code, we never received it, fortunately there was a girl walking by who helped us to call them to get the code to,open the door,
Otherwise, room was very good. Though it's not close to the main attractions, the tram every 5 minutes, took us straight to the old town. There are many eatery places next to the place.
On the whole it was good, but we won't say excellent.

This suites are very nicely furnished and clean. The customer service was great, getting and leaving the key was really easy. We did find out that the walls are somewhat thin as a family was staying there that was loud until one in the morning. The hotel is still a great value for the price.

Staff on front desk are helpful and informative.

You can get a tram 22 to centre although we walked a couple of times and got ubers the other times.

The rooms are nice and big, clean and have everything you need if you did want to cook although we didn't cook.

I would stay again here, the wifi was good.

Its not really in the Centre though, but its close enough.

Direkte Lage an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Supermarkt und ein Bäcker direkt gegenüber. Parkplatz direkt am Appartement für 20€ ist auch OK. Leichte Probleme beim Check-In, da keine Rezeption vorhanden. Ansonsten alles bestens, hatten ein spitzen Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern.

Familien på 5 med bil og takboks. Greit å finne frem, grei parkering, grei kommunikasjon. Ser ut som hele bygget er til utleie så føltes helt greit å være der. Store og fine rom. Ingen klimaanlegg desverre. Stor altan. Mye vinduer og høyt under taket. Føltes luftig lyst og moderne. WiFi fungerte fint, stor kjøleskap og grei kjøkken med spisebod og greia. Så for 5-6 stk helt perfekt. Men burde hadt klima. Toalett uten vask, badet med dusjkabinett, kanskje litt lite toalettet for 6 stk. Transport til byen med trikk som går rett utenfor. Mye små butikker som er nesten altid åpent. Rolig og fredlig nabolag. Opplevdes rent trygt og fint i den delen av byen.

Es ist alles ziemlich Neu und sauber. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Kellergeschoss und es ist sehr schön. Großes Bett mit Fernseher und neuer Küche. Das Badezimmer ist auch neu und ziemlich sauber mit neuen gewaschenen Bade und Handtüchern. Wir hatten zwar bei Ankunft Probleme in den Parkplatz rein zu kommen. Wir hatten den Kundenservice angerufen und der konnte uns per Fernsteuerung das Tor öffnen und sogar die Eingangstür am Parkplatz. 5/5 Sternen.

プラハ城まで徒歩20分、トラムの駅から徒歩1分とロケーションは良い。
周りのレストランの数はそれほど多くはないが、プラハ城や旧市街周辺のお店と比べ、値段はリーズナブル。

問題点としては、備え付けのお皿が、前泊者が香辛料の強い食事をしたのか、強いにおいが残っており、非常に臭かったこと。および、荷物を預ける場所が地下にあったが、そこが使えなかったこと。

それ以外は、ロケーション、値段、設備としては非常に満足がいくホテルでした。

Etwas ungewoehnlich da das Hotel eine virtuelle Rezeption hat und niemand vor Ort ist. Jedoch: alles hat tadellos funktioniert. Direkt in der Nachbarschaft gibt es ein paar nette Cafes und Restaurants und die Strassenbahnstation ist auch direkt vor der Tuer.
