Check Inn was a mess, their was a new guy who had given our room to someone else, then it took over 30 min to check inn.
The room was dirty, with dust balls flying in washroom, I was promised that it will be cleaned the next day and other rooms are unavailable.
Informed the reception staff the next morning before going out, they assured it will be resolved.
I cam back in evening, asked the reception - they said that they don't see any request in system of cleaning but the room is cleaned, i get back and the same problem and the same excuse, dont have any other rooms!!!

Very clean hotel. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. The spa was inexpensive. I tried the Thai hot oil massage, amazing! Convenient location just a short walk to the main tram. Language was a minor barrier but we made it work.I very much recommend this hotel.

When I checked in, I asked the front desk if I could receive a receipt upon check-out, and they confirmed it. I also double-checked the day before my check-out. However, on the day of my departure, the front desk said they couldn’t issue one. We sent you an email that same day, but received no response the next day. When I called to follow up, the front desk told me they would not provide a receipt.

Amazing stay at Hotel Golf! Very nice and cozy rooms in a very quiet environment. Transport is just outside the hotel and it’s very convenient and fast to reach Prague city centre. Breakfast is excellent, with a vast choice of both savoury and sweet. This is my second visit and I would definitely go back if I’ll visit Prague again one day.

Walls are very thin and i could hear everything from neighbour rooms.
A dog barked all night…
I left early and i ordered a lunch box. At check-out i was informed that the receptionist didn’t had the fridge key and i was asked to wait… when you have to catch a flight, that’s not the answer you want to hear.

The hotel is after the reconstruction and I liked it. The room has some complimentary drinks which was nice, overall very smooth and enjoyable night for an early flight that was 15 minutes away. The only fun moment was that during the check in they gave us a meal voucher for their restaurants (nice), but when we asked how to use it, the front desk person apologized that it is actually a mistake - the voucher is not for us and took it back :-)

Classy European hotel & Best Breakfast EVER

Check in was speedy with walking directions to a few nearby pond/forest sights. Spacious & very clean room w/AC. Golf motif on headboard is a nice touch. Small & large pillows provided for great night's sleep after 2 days of air travel. Hottest water for entire 5 min. shower so everything was in perfect working order. Glasses in bathroom (not plastic) with safe & mini fridge in room. Separate room for toilet a plus Botanical shower gel/shampoo/lotion in larger quantities than most hotel's usual single use. Has fitness/wellness center with treadmills, weights & Thai massage. Fantastic breakfast--best ever from our experience in Europe OR US: boiled/scrambled/poached eggs, mushrooms, bacon, pancakes, 4 cereals, croissants, bread, coffee/juice machines, cold cuts, fruits (pineapple, apple, blueberries, cranberries, prunes, bananas, oranges,) cashews, small cake desserts, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc. BEST BREAKFAST EVER! We will definitely go back when in Prague as 20 mins. from airport. Only downside is it is 20 mins. to Old Town but one can catch the electric trolley around the city just outside the hotel.

Very functional hotel with great availability of services. Prompt and reasonable priced food and beverages at hotel lobby bar/restaurant. Very attentive staff. Access to the tram to take us directly into the center of Prague was just a couple of stairs away. Parking was ample and secure.The only thing I found that was not excellent was the room decor. The room decor was very modern bordering on harsh. Very functional, but not warm or inviting. The sitting room/second room in the suite was akin to a detention cell.

We just had one huge disappointment when the hotel could not give us a room close to our children's room, and with small kids that was a big issue for us.

Adriaan at the reception was wonderful, the level of service he provides is stellar. The rooms were clean and the vibe in the hotel was good.

The service was wonderful at front desk. We booked at the last moment and needed three beds. The room that was available only had one bed made up and not the other. The front desk clerk said if it wasn’t done to please let him know and they would get it fixed right away. We left for dinner and came back to find everything was as he promised. The hotel was extremely clean, very nice-looking, amenities were wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed here because it was \"close\" to the airport. The hotel was clean, spacious and safe.There was a heat/air condition unit on the wall, but we didn't actually use it. If you are not looking for a hotel in the city center, this may be a place for you. It is about 1 hour on public transportation from the airport, which I would say is the only downside.

Great hotel to stay

Golf hotel was really amazing. Very close of metro station from where we went everywhere using a day pass. The area is very quite and there is nothing around to see or a restaurant to eat.
The room was very clean, spotless with very comfortable bed, pillow and sheets. The bathroom was also very clean. The towels seems to be new and very good.
Breakfast was amazing with many choices including rice, chicken, cereals, breads of varieties, eggs, milk, yogurt, and a selection of fruits and fruit juices. The breakfast service was also very good. The daytime front desk person was always very serious, no smiling?
The only downside was our room was very small and difficult to move around otherwise it was a great stay in the Golc hotel

First impressions were not great. Arrived at about 11.15pm due to no show of transport I thought I had booked through emailing the hotel. Never mind, quickly got in a local taxi outside. The taxi booking was literally just shrugged of by hotel staff who told me to wait until the morning when more staff are in. I couldn't be bothered to actually mention it again, as no harm was done, just beware other customers in case this happens to you! I was a lone traveller, so no great problem, just an inconvenience.

For $500.00 per night this hotel is extremely overpriced. It would be worth maybe $120.00. It compares to nicer motel, like Motel 6.
Horrible beds, mediocre food, cheaply remodeled hotel from post soviet era.

There was even complimentary champagne in our room :) My only complaint is that the bathroom is very tiny but that’s not that big of a deal.

It was refreshing to stay in a modern hotel, which looked like it was one step further in using technology to add to it's comfort. We only stayed for one night, and did not have the time to check the area. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, the room were modern furnished and equipped, although one of the two rooms we had was clearly not having everything working properly. The breakfast was good quality and variety. Overall it was a good experience, I would use this hotel again.

Fantastic hotel, easy commute to centre

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the rooms large (we booked Deluxe Twin) and amazingly clean. Food, both at breakfast and dinner, was fantastic. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the cleaning staff are happy to adjust the room to any and all requirements.
You can buy tram tickets from reception with a card or notes, but tram machines (outside the hotel or at tram stops) tend to only accept coins (except Andel, which takes card payments).
Had the most perfect stay here and would definitely come again!

Well the room is fantastic but do not stay on the ground floor rooms 206 and 207 as they are very noisy you look out the window and you are looking at a construction site, which doesn't tell you when you book it,the bathroom is outstanding especially the shower the room is cosy but unfortunately the noise just spoils the effect of it all, the staff ok not very friendly as I asked for a bottle of water at reception as I could see you sold them but I was told it is in the mini bar in the fridge,which costs a bit more from reception I don't think she could be asked to stretch for it. The next morning I asked for two tram tickets and was told 620 Kc with no please just a 620 Kc straight abrupt answer, I asked how it worked just put it in the yellowbox I was told so not much information given, so I afraid staff very disappointing. I think you need to put a partition door leading to the ground floor as it is far too noisy and you can actually hear other guest asking questions at reception.

Hard to beat!!

Located just outside Prague and it is VERY easy to get into Prague using the public transportation. the receptionist informed us of the options for moving around and sold us the tickets. they have plenty of parking available for the cars. because of the available public transportation we didn't need to move our car once during the stay. breakfast was delicious and room was spotless. they DID HAVE air conditioning in the room (the hotel description says they do not).

Fabulous place to stay with great staff.

Only one night stay prior to a very early morning flight. Unfortunately had to leave before breakfast but there was a bottle of Champagne on ice waiting for us on arrival. Great hotel. Wonderful and the best raspberry Mojitos ever made by the lovely Monika. All staff spoke English well.

Stayed two nights, took the tram into downtown very easy. Desk clerks were very helpful with directions in English. Tram stop has the same name as the hotel.easy. Hotel delivered a bottle of champagne to us the first night.
