Didn't like as follows:
1: our room card didn't work 2x that the whole system had to be replaced in the door
2: was told hot tub is out of service
3: a dirty filthy stained arm chair was in your room
3: we had our do not disturb sign hanging outside and a staff member knocked on 2nd day
4: fire alarms went off on our 2nd and 3rd day
5: elevator was out of service on our 3rd to 5th day we had to use stairs with our luggages and bags we were on the 3rd floor

So we will definitely ever stay here again or recommend it to anyone

Just the bed everything else was a hole in the wall ..elevators down then was working then got stuck for 10 min had to call for help because no buttons worked and had to carry my 50 pound suit case up 3 flights of stairs..it was so dirty there .

Air condition didn’t work,room door wasn’t closing properly,I was being bitten in the sheets,but couldn’t see what was Biting me,the strong weed sent from the other rooms or hall was coming into my room, but the pool and hot tub were pretty clean,also the breakfast was really good.

The front desk employee at check in acted liked she hated her job. We are very easy going and talkative but she just barely said a word back. Then we got to the room, the floor was absolutely disgusting and the toilet constantly ran, could hear it even with the bathroom door closed. We just wore shoes the whole time in the room. The shower and tub had mold everywhere, definitely needs replaced. The walls seem paper thin, every noise is so loud. Our floor sounded like a kennel with how many dogs were constantly barking. We barely got any sleep. The price was great but you definitely get what you pay for.

Elevator went down on Friday afternoon, was not repaired by Sunday when we checked out, no offers to help carry luggage etc down the stairs. Hot tub was also down the entire weekend. Floors in the room were so dirty that bottom of feet were black and we wore socks the rest of the stay while in the room, not sure if black will wash out or if socks will be thrown away.

They have a good breakfast area. I got down there at 8:30 and there was still food. The pool was open, but the hot tub was closed. There was no sign in the hot tub is closed. Kids kept trying to play it.

The soap and shampoo was out didn’t have any front desk said waiting on shipment you don’t wait until you out then order supplies breakfast everything was out no waffles no juice fruit looked old not fresh no oatmeal just a bad breakfast smelled liked weed during my stay the hotel does not deserve the ratings it had it was probably a high 3 will never stay at that hotel again it’s in the same group as roadway and hotel 6 just trashie hotels

Not my best La Quinta stay, but I’ll start with what I always like about LaQ’s; the cleanliness! You can count on your room and property being clean, amazing staff, bright white sheets, no broken or squeaky beds, the water is hot and the pressure great, the appliances always work, and you can just count on a La Quinta (IMHO). Additional perk for this specific property was the privacy and seclusion of the location, plenty of green with access to sidewalks — perfect for traveling with a dog.

But the room I was in didn’t have soap, and it was no problem getting a bar from the front desk, but later realized there was no shampoo or conditioner either. Then the bathtub stopper was broken. 👎 The tv is..old tech, pixelated and squished, and you can’t access the menu to fix it - normally LaQ’s are letting you sign into your own streaming accounts. There were a few crayons on the floor? Mostly bummed about the bath with what I paid for the room, and where is the soap? No soap is weird for any hotel

Everytime we get in the room, we have to go to see receptionist to activate the keys about 10 times. We askesd to switch the room, she said the rooms were full.

We checked in and out in a total of 15 minutes because online photos are completely inaccurate. My husband and I have a 7 year old son whom is autistic and we had just arrived from driving from our home subdivision here in Pendergrass GA which is a 5 hour drive. My husband called to the facility several times to check in regards to the amenities that are advertised as available and was told that the hot tub was available of which it was not. The light in the room was blinking on and off as soon as we went in not to mention it was not a hotel suite that we explained over the phone that we needed a master bedroom with a king size bed and a separate door to separate the living room with a kitchen and the room was literally a standard room with a pull out sofa. The room smelled stale the bathroom light did not work. The clean level was a negative from the entry of the hotel as well as the room itself we did not remove anything from the roller cart we politely rolled it back out of the room and back down the hall to the lobby. This is a pet friendly hotel and it smells and shows it is filthy. There was another family who was checking out and had just checked in due to bedbugs. No matter how much money you want to save it is not worth it.The young lady that was on staff that night was so sweet and felt so bad for us from doing a 5 in a half hour drive and have such a bad experience. The pet floor is the 2nd floor but people walk them all over the hotel and its very nasty.

Easily, hands down the worst hotel in the panhandle of Florida. Got charged my deposit for smoking in the hotel room, when I never smoked in the hotel room. They claimed I disconnected the smoke detectors? Like how TF am I gonna do that? Staff is trash. Front desk is literally incompetent. They have mild-ok interpersonal skills. It’s not that hard. Be honest. Don’t lie. People respect that. Ashamed I’ve spent as much money as I have at this rate a** hotel. All over a 100$ deposit is crazy.

Room 312 bath tub was not clean/sanitized. Resulted infected my feet and had to seek treatment.
Secondly, the laminated floors needed to be mopped and cleaned with sanitized chemicals. The floor was BLACK and I had to use Lysol wipes to clean the floor so that when I walk under my foot would not be BLACK. The Bathroom light works occasionally. Comes on some times and the other times it does not.
The water was cut off during my shower. When I called the front desk it was due to a water repair caused by a leak on the third floor.
Please use my feedback to improve your facility so that the next paying customer will not have to go through these situations.

The room was nice but they tried to scam me on a smoking violation because they knew I smoked. Made me sign extra paperwork more than usual. Requested excessively high deposit and were just acting suspicious. The next morning they attempted the scam, i video tape the room and smoked outside before i checked our. I knew they'd try so no smoking was even thought of. Nice try, wasn't worth it.

The room had a third guest who kept us up all night, ( A RAT.) They did move us to another room for the rest of the stay. However, the room keys did not work so we were let in and out of our room by a worker for the rest of the stay. Having breakfast the final morn there was a large hair in my muffin. I DON'T THINK I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. This place has really gone downhill from what it used to be. Oh Yeah, the constant smell of pot smoke wasn't wonderful either. I am rethinking the La Quinta chain altogether. PS there was supposedly a credit issued for the first night.

We stayed 2nights, the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, there were stains on tiles around the tub and sink. There was no daily housekeeping though the website said there was. When I called down to the front desk I was told there was none. When I requested clean towels a very nice man came up and gave us clean towels and took the dirty ones. He was the highlight of our stay. I will not stay at this hotel again

When you go down the hallway there was some damage to wall doors, they were dirty as well.
There was no hot water the whole 5days we were there the water kept getting turned off out of nowhere so couldn't use the shower sink or toilet. The tub was clogged, the hottub had no hot water.
The soda machine we're sold out the whole trip the mini mart didn't have much variety and empty.

We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub very much. Staff was always trying to keep the hotel clean. There were portions of the hotel that were dated and a whole countertop was missing in the dining room, but every time we asked for towels they complied without hesitation. I wanted to bring to your attention several concerns regarding my recent stay. Upon arriving at the second floor where our room was located, there was a strong odor of marijuana in the hallway. Throughout our stay, we also heard dogs barking and people arguing nearby, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.

In addition, the room itself was not in the best condition. The bedding appeared worn — the sheets had visible stains and were not bright white, and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. On Sunday morning, we also discovered that the air conditioner was leaking, leaving the floor covered in water.

I wanted to make you aware of these issues so they can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
