The air conditioner may made a terrible noise every time it cut on the. Refrigerator leaked into the floor , all of the bathroom tiles in the floor were loose. WORST night ever!! I spoke with the maintenance man the following day and the manager trying to get a refund or at least another nights stay and they told me basically in no uncertain terms that wasn't going to happen.

Rating of poor to terrible. The ice water with lemon service in the lobby was empty. The room was all beat up. The business chair was frayed, and the couch was dirty with grease and grime. The bathroom light had a short and kept flickering and I could not get the shower to turn on. I asked Naomi at the front desk to have the manager call me and give me a price adjustment. It's been several days now and I have not received a call. Very bad all around.

I was unsatisfied with my stay. I had to change rooms upon arrival due to finding several roaches in the bathroom. The second room had bigger roaches and the A/C leaked bad which caused a huge puddle on the floor. The scent coming off the elevator to the second floor wasn't appealing either. I don't think I'll ever stay outside of my comfort zone again which is with HGI properties.

We really liked this place. It is very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants without being in a super busy location. Plus there is an ice cream shop right in front of the hotel! Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. Check in was easy and fast. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Breakfast was good and there was coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available all day. My kids loved the pool! We will be back.

Everything is dirty and worn out. They had 0 clean towels for rooms or the pool, said they were all in the wash and they would bring some to our room when they were done washing and they never came. The hallways outside the rooms were not air conditioned and were stifling hot. They had 4 workout machines and only 2 worked, the AC also didnt work in the fitness room. Barely had a sundry room. They had the audacity to charge 350 bucks a room during the holiday. We will never stay there again.

The bathroom was clean. However the bed sheets when I came I had to ask for them to be changed because it was obviously dirty. When I laid down on the bed a roach crawled on my arm. The a/c unit was dirty and had water leaking and mold. The room had a mildew smell and I spotted two more roaches in the room. The staff were great and they tried to help as best as they can but that whole hotel needs renovation and needs to be updated because even the carpets in the hallways were dirty and had a lot of stains.

About what I expected for a LaQuinta hotel. The room was fairly clean but had a musty smell to it and made it difficult to sleep at night. The beds were comfortable. The TV was old and too small for the room size. The main problem was we got basically no maid service the two days we were there. The first day they came in and just provided new towels. The beds weren't made and nothing refreshed. The second day we didn't even get fresh towels. We had to go to the desk to ask for them. No service at all. The hallway carpets were nasty and stained.

It was stained BAD look like they got it off the side of the road it smelled like someone died on it. Told the lady at the front desk and she got an attitude and told me it’s nothing they can do and they was sold out of rooms. I was able to book another room at the same hotel while standing there arguing with her. So I showed her and I told her she was a liar but I grabbed my family and we checked right back out and left . This was the worst HOTEL EVER going to dispute this with my bank because we didn’t stay a whole hour checked in

We stayed on the third floor for 5 days. 2 adults and 1 teen. This property really needs some maintenance attention and could use some fresh paint. The elevator was broken a couple of times and we were unable to use it, our floor had multiple doors that would not lock for guest, so they left doors ajar, hot tub was out of order during the entire stay, the guest clothes dryer did not work properly, no batteries in the smoke detectors in our room and overheard a guest asking about it as well, remote did not work on the tv. Our shower was not draining because the shower the water pooled away from the drain. The office chair was also not great to use as it kept sliding down. Positives were the breakfast and the cleaning staff were very friendly, breakfast area was clean and decent food. We would not stay here again. Definitely nicer stays on the beach.

Horrible customer service. My family arrived at 2am after traveling for 6 hours. Our room was already paid in full via hotels.com. The hotel would not let us in our room because they did not accept any of our cards, paypal, chime, cash app or venmo, and the one major credit card we had was only available via tap which they also wouldnt accept. They so far have not refunded us for the night and forced me to sit in the parking lot at 2am with my infant and other small child looking for another accommodation. We went to Candlewood suite and checked in with no problem what so ever.

This hotel was not a good experience for us, we booked our stay 4 months ago and upon arrival they told us that someone had canceled our stay at corporate do to being over booked.. Finally was able to get in a room after a hassle even though it was not the king room we originally booked. The hot tub heater was not working. The key entery for outside pool door access was not working so you had to prop a door open to get back in. Morning breakfast was never fully stocked and staff was not friendly or helpful. 20 people trying to use 2 waffle makers cause there was no other food options. The shower in our room did not drain and there was no TV remote in room. This could of for sure been a better experience do better La Quinta.

The rooms were split on 2 floors. The refrigerator in the room on the 2nd floor leaked and we had to change rooms, again. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and wash clothes, no room service. There was little to no food out when we went for the free breakfast. Then we got to the room, the floor was absolutely disgusting and the toilet constantly ran, could hear it even with the bathroom door closed. We just wore shoes the whole time in the room. The shower and tub had mold everywhere, definitely needs replaced. The walls seem paper thin, every noise is so loud. Our floor sounded like a kennel with how many dogs were constantly barking. Not my best La Quinta stay, but I’ll start with what I always like about LaQ’s; the cleanliness! You can count on your room and property being clean, amazing staff, bright white sheets, no broken or squeaky beds, the water is hot and the pressure great, the appliances always work, and you can just count on a La Quinta (IMHO). Additional perk for this specific property was the privacy and seclusion of the location, plenty of green with access to sidewalks — perfect for traveling with a dog.

But the room I was in didn’t have soap, and it was no problem getting a bar from the front desk, but later realized there was no shampoo or conditioner either. Then the bathtub stopper was broken. 👎 The tv is..old tech, pixelated and squished, and you can’t access the menu to fix it - normally LaQ’s are letting you sign into your own streaming accounts. There were a few crayons on the floor? Mostly bummed about the bath with what I paid for the room, and where is the soap? No soap is weird for any hotel

We checked in and out in a total of 15 minutes because online photos are completely inaccurate. My husband and I have a 7 year old son whom is autistic and we had just arrived from driving from our home subdivision here in Pendergrass GA which is a 5 hour drive. My husband called to the facility several times to check in regards to the amenities that are advertised as available and was told that the hot tub was available of which it was not. The light in the room was blinking on and off as soon as we went in not to mention it was not a hotel suite that we explained over the phone that we needed a master bedroom with a king size bed and a separate door to separate the living room with a kitchen and the room was literally a standard room with a pull out sofa. The room smelled stale the bathroom light did not work. The clean level was a negative from the entry of the hotel as well as the room itself we did not remove anything from the roller cart we politely rolled it back out of the room and back down the hall to the lobby. This is a pet friendly hotel and it smells and shows it is filthy. There was another family who was checking out and had just checked in due to bedbugs. No matter how much money you want to save it is not worth it.The young lady that was on staff that night was so sweet and felt so bad for us from doing a 5 in a half hour drive and have such a bad experience. The pet floor is the 2nd floor but people walk them all over the hotel and its very nasty.
