Very noisy hotel. Harley Davidson motorcycles cruised the streets until past midnight every night, creating a lot of noise and making it impossible to sleep. I've stayed at hotels at the end of an airport runway that were not as loud. The hotel needs to put up concrete walls at the edge of the property to deflect the noise, or install triple-glazed windows.

I chose this hotel primarily because it is advertised as pet-friendly, as it was very important for me to be able to have my pet with me. However, during breakfast, I was asked to remove my small puppy, who was very young and quietly staying inside my bag, after another guest mentioned having allergies.
I understand the concern, but this situation was disappointing, as it contradicted my expectations of a pet-friendly environment. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome having my pet with me in shared areas.

The best things were the location and the first front desk person after that nope. Couch cushions had what looked crap stains on them and the breakfast was very minimum. The last morning I was there we were waiting for the breakfast crew to put plates out and refill food waited 30 minutes we were wondering who ran as no me was at front desk or walking around refilling stuff. A lady had walked over to a gentleman in the corner deep in his phone when she asked if he worked there, then she had to ask him to refill the breakfast and put plates out this was 830a-9a we didn’t really eat the breakfast cause we had no plates to eat on and nothing out to eat and was well before 10a I appreciated the location more than anything but would find another hotel as we felt like we were last thing anyone wa Ted to help wish we had the First Lady helping but oh well

The night staff need more training on customer service and how to properly solve a customer problem, i stayed over a extra night and got no clean towels bathrooms didn’t get clean bed not changed and meaning not made up trash didn’t get picked up out room meaning trash can I stayed a total of 3 night, but will not be returning again I gave them the benefit of the doubt when the first incident happened and then the second one in the same stay I’m done and I really liked the hotel.

I booked 30 minutes prior to arriving and after trying to figure out how to get into the parking lot at night (old people) we checked in. The door was locked which annoyed me at 1st but realized that was a safety measure. Front desk lady was kind & professional, as well as the gentleman that checked us out. Room was nice & very clean. Overall our stay was acceptable. Our first room assignment had dozens of dead ants on the floor and on the two beds. We asked for and received a different room.

Unbelievable how difficult it is to find a reasonably priced place anywhere without bugs, but this place is the cleanest, cheapest place AND NO BUGS! Super friendly gentleman at the counter when we checked in. Lobby area, halls, elevator, and room were all very clean. Check in was a breeze, especially for our late night arrival, and the beds were super comfy!! Great location, quiet, well lit, and a decent free breakfast. 10/10 would recommend!

i was honestly nervous before i went inside, as the outside appears to be a little sketchy. but i was pleasantly surprised when i got inside! the room was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options. bed and pillows were very very comfy! no bugs or mold or anything broken! loved the dove soap as well. the only thing i was disappointed by was that it was too far from the beach to walk even though they have beach-front listed in their amenities.

After a long trip to Panama City beach we needed a room ASAP . I lucked out with this hotel … so clean, well maintained and updated. Came with full breakfast in the morning with a great selection of items . Staff was friendly and accommodating. Awesome, Clean, Family Beach Stay

The location is great! The staff is very friendly. The little girl that does breakfast is so sweet and works so hard. Beds are so comfortable. Full size bottles in the bathroom are very convenient. Bathrooms everywhere on property. VERY clean hotel. Pool was great for the Littles. Walking distance to arcades and restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean, the check-in staff was friendly. Our a/c was not working properly the 1st night. The manager was very accommodating. She offered us another room and even went to check it herself to make sure a/c was working. She also gave us a couple complimentary snack vouchers. The breakfast was pretty good but no waffles which was surprising. Overall a good stay.
