This was an amazing property with all things and amenities done exceptionally well. The views from the lobby and restaurant were stunning and the restaurant dinner foods were great. The breakfast was plentiful but typical buffet stuff. Staff was top shelf as they handled a very unique issue with skill and professionalism. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we will be back.

The property is nice but my biggest complaint is that they make you pay for parking. This hotel was not nice enough to make you pay for parking and there was no getting around it. Had I known I would have stayed somewhere else. Much better options nearby.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! We stayed for a total of 3 nights. The only issue I had was housekeeping not cleaning our room after requesting it several times. They did bring clean towels and they made up one of the beds but they did not change the sheets because there was sand in the bed when we got in it that night.

We recently stayed at this property and were very disappointed with the lack of housekeeping service. Upon check-in, we were informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day. However, throughout our entire stay, our room was never serviced once.
We had to repeatedly request basic necessities like fresh towels and clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, which became frustrating very quickly. Despite being told what to expect, those expectations were not met at all.
Additionally, we requested to speak with management on two separate occasions and never received any follow-up. That lack of response only added to our frustration and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
The hotel itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but the lack of follow-through on something as standard as housekeeping—and the absence of communication from management—significantly impacted our experience. Consistency and accountability are key in hospitality, and unfortunately, both were lacking during our stay.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have a similar experience.
We had to repeatedly request basic necessities like fresh towels and clean sheets for the sleeper sofa, which became frustrating very quickly. Despite being told what to expect, those expectations were not met at all.
Additionally, we requested to speak with management on two separate occasions and never received any follow-up. That lack of response only added to our frustration and made us feel that our concerns were not being taken seriously.
The hotel itself is in a great location and has a lot of potential, but the lack of follow-through on something as standard as housekeeping—and the absence of communication from management—significantly impacted our experience. Consistency and accountability are key in hospitality, and unfortunately, both were lacking during our stay.
We hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements so future guests don’t have a similar experience.

So, checking in and night one were hectic and chaotic. I get it's busy and spring break, but it is still very frustrating to have to deal with such issues. Trying to order pizza after a 15+ hour drive and having it not show up for over 2 hours when the time quoted was around a half hour. That's crazy—then to be lied to and say, \"Oh, I tried this number on my cell\" over and over, and I'm like, \"What?\" No, you didn't. Not one call was made until I gave y'all plenty of grace, and I called asking where the pizza was after such a long wait. Then to say they were knocking at the door for over 20 minutes, and that too never happened. Come to find out, after the poor girl brought up the pizza, it had the wrong room number on it! So I had received the incorrect pizza order and cold pizza at that. The front desk staff said they'd let them know, and I said I wanted a refund for it. She said ok. Still haven't received it. They said they would make sure it was credited, and I was like, \"I didn't order room service.\" I paid for it with my card? So then they said, \"Ok, also I added a hotel credit to your account.\" I said, \"Ok, thanks!\" So, assuming I have this credit and I have to go downstairs and they charge it to my room, but I was still billed for the charge at Jelly's, on my birthday I got stuck in the middle of the elevator the entire time; it wouldn't go to the 14th floor. The maintenance guy was very nice and rode it with us and said, \"Yes, I keep having to reprogram it.

My family and I came here for Spring Break. We have three children ages 12,7, and 6. We all loved it. Property has amazing views. Not too rowdy with younger spring breakers. Staff is friendly. Clean, comfortable room. Nice pool. Provides towels. Right on the beach. Literally a short walk from the pool. Has a fire pit which was nice for the evenings. Hot breakfast was decent, could switch up options a few times but can’t complain. Close to restaurants, stores, gas station, mini golf, other activities ( we went snorkeling and saw dolphins and loved it) The only issue I can think of is the wait times for elevators were long sometimes. I would stay here again for sure. We had a great time.

The 8 foot parking should be for trucks only or taller vehicles.Many SUVs and lower vehicles should be made to park in the 7 foot area instead of taking up space in the 8 foot area so taller vehicles can park, especially since parking is paid.

Everything was great, except they had no water due to a pipe bursting, it took 12+ hours to resolve so want able to shower or flush the toilet and brushing my teeth I just used the bottled water.

The parking fees at an additional $20.00 per day plus fees and taxes should have been shown much more clearly at the time of booking. It was a bit of a disappointment to find this out at check in. I took all the excitement out of the arrival and the trip. Additionally, this is a 14 story hotel and one of the three elevators was out of service most of our stay. This left large groups waiting for elevator cars and was a pain to move luggage with bus carts among the large groups. There is no direct access to the lobby other than the elevators from the parking decks. Will likely not stay again or recommend.

The service was amazing here!!! When we arrived our room wasn’t ready yet so the kind desk lady gifted us a free drink from the bar there! The bar has amazing views of the ocean!!! The room was clean and the best part was the balcony with the amazing view! I would say the breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast but complimentary so can’t beat that. The pool was super cold when we went in winter but absolutely love the look of it and the hot tub was really nice. The direct access to the beach was phenomenal!!! All in all a really great place to stay with incredible views of the ocean!!! 10/10 will go here again

We were later informed the request was denied, resulting in a complete loss of our money. I would not recommend ordering room-service coffee—your best option is to go downstairs and order it in person.
4. I called to request an extra blanket, and after waiting over an hour, it never arrived. Since the heat in the room was not working properly, my child ended up having to sleep without it.

The restaurant food was excellent! Breakfast hours need to be extended because everyone comes down at same time making it hard to maneuver around to get your food and no where to sit.
