Our vacation at the resort was awesome. Very clean facility and friendly staff. The Polynesian dance show-the pools—lazy river—the outdoor bar/grill—everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back next year. If I had to make one complaint—it would be the low water pressure for the shower in our room. Besides that—we will be back next year doing it all again. The view of the gulf and sandy white beach is breath taking from every room at the resort. I couldn’t be any happier with our vacation choice. This was our first time ever vacationing with holiday inn and can’t wait to book with them for future vacations.

AC went out in the room and we told the front desk as we were leaving to go ride the Sea Screamer . By the time we got back they had replaced it and it was working great . Clean room , staff was awesome and the beach views were great .

Found this property to have so much potential, but left us disappointed! Great beach access, but the pool tiki bar was so understaffed food and drinks took too long to receive . Leaving everyone on the verge of a meltdown. Kids pool play area was a selling point but closed for repairs the entire week we were there . Lazy river ? Another selling point , but the water was too cold to use . Found rooms to serve their purpose but nothing special. We were also very surprised the resort would not work with us to buy additional wrist bands or day passes for family to join us for a meal or pool day . Only option was for them to buy a stay to a resort that you couldn’t get served at ? Need more food options than a 40 dollar breakfast buffet or a bar that takes too long to be served!

Loved being right on the beach. Loved the pool, hot tub and tiki bar. Our only issue was that our room wasn’t ready at the 4:00 pm check in time, we had to wait until 5:00 pm. I know it’s not a huge deal but we only had 4 days.

We really liked the convenience store in the resort. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We did wish the restaurants were a little more budget friendly. The ice cream store was not open. The lazy river was freezing but for the time of the year it was expected.

Our A/C went out, maintenance guy George was down within 5 minutes and was very professional, he seen that AC needed work , he made sure we were switched to another room. This was my 5th trip down and I will continue to come there, I know what to expect every time. Thank you for making my vacation great.

The hotel set up was phenomenal. We would definitely return. We were on the third floor and we had an ocean view. I’m not sure how the first and second would be I would not want to be any lower. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of food the location of the hotel was great and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed the fact that we had the ocean, a large pool, a kitty pool, hot tub, lazy river and splash pad. I felt it was a larger variety than most hotels had in the area. We would definitely go back.

This place was sold as a resort with \"all you need\". It is not that. Beach is absolutely beautiful. Rooms were gross. Food was ok but overpriced and took a very long time. 1 elevator for the entire place, no where to get coffee, 1 bathroom for the beach in the pool that's located near the lobby that is gross.

Traveled with 2 small kids, many positives but also few negative.

Positive first, great location with free parking, heated pool was great especially during early April, access to clean beautiful beach and nice landscape. Kids get coupons for free meals with adult food purchase. Movies at night for kids and descent entertainment. Food overall was ok , pretty pricey for what it was. Drinks ok.

Negative: kids splash area needed maintance, resort offers daily light cleaning ( garbage out, new towels) we asked multiple times to make sure we get the cleaning but it just didn't happened. Night before check out cleaning came at 7pm when we were already putting kids to sleep.
Out of 6 nights, we had cleaning twice ( again we were asking daily for it, due to sand everywhere and wet towels) Rooms overall were ok but there was the moldy smell due to the carpet under the beds. Restaurant service was ok but super long wait times. Ice cream shop was closed almost all the time. Resort needs a cafe to get coffee.

I would recommend the place for families but it definitely feels like 3.5 star hotel.

This place was a lot of fun, and the staff was always friendly with fun attitudes! However our room did have used nicotine patches on the floor and a spot on the tile floor that looks like stepped on gum. I also would not recommend staying if you have an early flight, the resort is loud until about 12am!

The outside area with a couple pools, lazy river, tiki bar, and beach within 20 steps was amazing. You don’t have to leave there all day if you don’t want to. We will totally stay here again. They aren’t so strict with rules and the pool stays open late. The nightly big screen movies were a hit with our 7 year old and the bands that came to play. The only downfall is that the tiki bar wait time for food was over an hour but the staff was so amazing. I hope they also add more games to the arcade for rainy days.

While being on the second floor is nice as far as being able to hit the stairs if the elevator is to long of a wait, the view of the beach was obscured by the palm trees and and few other things. Food at the bar area was delicious and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was cheap toilet paper.

HILTON or a resort. Amenities not properly displayed all of the staff but one lean up person was short. The “top tier” restaurant was absolutely mediocre. The prices were not displayed… kids eat granny mom and dad’s food is $100 before gratuity! They are feeding cats at the beach bar so yea at night the cats are looking for scraps. The fire dance didn’t start on time to it pushed dive in movies for the kids back and none of them watched from the pool because it had gotten so cold! Absolutely not worth the money spent! I would never stay at this hotel again!

Game room and restaurants were closed our entire trip. The one restaurant that was open, took the server an hour to try to get to out and by that time we were already ordering at the bar instead. Sat on her phone most of the time. Beautiful view and potential but we paid so much for half the stuff to be closed and bad service. Front desk staff were good!

Cleab rooms, friendly staff, convenient shop, no need to go outside resort for entertainment. Super kid friendly. We felt safe at all times. Checking of wrist bands to make sure you belong at resort. Activities for everyone. Close proximity to all sorts of entertainment. Warm pool for the cool spring weather. Loved the lazy river. My family enjoyed it and we built new memories together.

Nice hotel rooms, comfy beds, beautiful views and great access to the beach but the resort fees at off season are a bit much when nothing they advertised is happening. It’s why I picked this place! The pools were cold and not many staff around it seemed. Everything closed early if it was even open. We will more than likely come again but not during off season.

Well the rooms were nice I ended up paying $600 with me booking online they charged me more when I got there like 200 more dollars for two nights and then you had to wear a wristband the whole time you were there and they're fine print somewhere I still haven't found it where if you went out for a night and you brought a woman back she couldn't go on the property because they weren't on the guest list I didn't even stay the second day I was so upset because I looked at my card they had took $215 out I went down there and told the lady at front desk she said I don't know why they took it out but I'm going to put it back on your card but every time you ate there it was 25 to $30 for one person I will never stay there again my opinion to y'all is to stay at another motel that was the worst experience I could have

It was a pleasant stay. Wish there was more entertainment other than the movies at 7pm. As adults it would have been nice to have some music and fire shows that was on the website. One of the reason why we booked this hotel as a part of our honeymoon.
