This was an excellent stay! You don’t even need to leave the property. There’s so much to do. Restaurants, pool, lazy river, hot tub, kiddie pool, kiddie mini splash pad. There’s a movie at the pool nightly as well as nightly entertainment. The hotel had bonfires on the beach. Fruit infused water and tea available all day. Watermelon slices given out daily—a refreshing treat. Parking was simple and a golf cart took you to and from the lot. Hardly ever a wait for the elevators. The rooms could use a little updating but not enough to deter me from staying there again.

I didn’t like the idea but f adults drinking inside the pool and spilling beer in the pool with kids swimming in it. And none of the staff would say anything. Another thing I didn’t think was right was the big floats in the pool. There was a group of kids with a boat inflatable with hand held paddles hitting people in the pool because they were too big. Also my daughter got hit multiple times because people were playing football inside the pool

The property was beautiful. Although the parking lot was across the street, there was a tunnel that went under the road to safely access the parking lot. The pool was large and friendly staff was present. My kids enjoyed the daily bingo and activities. The ice cream shop was closed which was a bummer, but there are other ice cream shops across the road and within walking distance. We did not use the restaurant onsite.

I loved the ocean front room and balcony. The pools and property were clean and the landscaping and flowers gorgeous. The view from balcony was breathtaking.
The umbrella and chair rental was in my opinion high ($60 daily) and that was a drawback for me since I love the beach but we did manage to sit by the pools each day after.

Beautiful beach view, clean pools/lazy river.. overall staff was great in hotel and restaurants. The location was wonderful .. right in between a bit of everything and close walks to food/breakfast. Splash pad could use an upgrade as most of them do after a period of time but it was a great stay with lots of hotel activities. We would be definitely go back.

Our vacation at the resort was awesome. Very clean facility and friendly staff. The Polynesian dance show-the pools—lazy river—the outdoor bar/grill—everything was perfect. Can’t wait to come back next year. If I had to make one complaint—it would be the low water pressure for the shower in our room. Besides that—we will be back next year doing it all again. The view of the gulf and sandy white beach is breath taking from every room at the resort. I couldn’t be any happier with our vacation choice. This was our first time ever vacationing with holiday inn and can’t wait to book with them for future vacations.

AC went out in the room and we told the front desk as we were leaving to go ride the Sea Screamer . By the time we got back they had replaced it and it was working great . Clean room , staff was awesome and the beach views were great .

Found this property to have so much potential, but left us disappointed! Great beach access, but the pool tiki bar was so understaffed food and drinks took too long to receive . Leaving everyone on the verge of a meltdown. Kids pool play area was a selling point but closed for repairs the entire week we were there . Lazy river ? Another selling point , but the water was too cold to use . Found rooms to serve their purpose but nothing special. We were also very surprised the resort would not work with us to buy additional wrist bands or day passes for family to join us for a meal or pool day . Only option was for them to buy a stay to a resort that you couldn’t get served at ? Need more food options than a 40 dollar breakfast buffet or a bar that takes too long to be served!

Loved being right on the beach. Loved the pool, hot tub and tiki bar. Our only issue was that our room wasn’t ready at the 4:00 pm check in time, we had to wait until 5:00 pm. I know it’s not a huge deal but we only had 4 days.

We really liked the convenience store in the resort. The room was clean and had a beautiful view. We did wish the restaurants were a little more budget friendly. The ice cream store was not open. The lazy river was freezing but for the time of the year it was expected.

Our A/C went out, maintenance guy George was down within 5 minutes and was very professional, he seen that AC needed work , he made sure we were switched to another room. This was my 5th trip down and I will continue to come there, I know what to expect every time. Thank you for making my vacation great.
