The staff at your facility could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed our stay, but the first night (of the two we stayed) the toilet would not flush even toilet paper. We called the front desk, and a maintenance worker came up right away. He tried to alleviate the problem, but we wound up having to switch rooms. I was traveling alone and really enjoyed the on-site dining and bar. I did not have to leave the property for anything. The staff was excellent, so kind and professional. The ocean views were wonderful and the pool area was very relaxing. I think it would be a great place for families with small children.

First time traveling to PCB. Very disappointing stay. Third shift staff was very rude and not helpful at all. After driving all night from Ohio I was treated very poorly when we arrived at 6 am. The hotel IS NOT handicapped accessible. My mother booked a first floor room and even called prior to Make sure she would be given a first floor room and well it don’t happen. We ended up on the sixth floor. The elevator’s do not work the whole time we were there. The ice machine on the sixth floor was also broken. The lampshades in the room were so dirty it was gross.
The staff that worked during the day were extremely nice and helpful.
I would not stay again.

The pool and the bar at the pool were the best part of the stay. The property is definitely an older building, but the rooms were pretty good. They have a free hot breakfast, but we didn't enjoy it very much. The elevators were probably the worst part of the stay, as they were not always working as they should. I would certainly come here again. Very family friendly.

I like the uniqueness of the pool and because it has a shaded area close to the bar. Clean and fun activities for kids. Also the pirates were walking along the beach telling people about the events and took pictures and all. Clean rooms, friendly staff and breakfast was on point every single day

We stayed here more than once and each time was great. However I will be honest about a few things . Housekeeping please check behind the beds, there was sand and trash behind both beds other than that the room was clean. The staff was awesome, really nice however there was a lady who was walking around in the evening time (Black older lady ) she made me and my spouse feel so uncomfortable as she asked us to see our wrist bands while we’re inside of the pool with our children having a good time . As she walks away we noticed she didn’t ask anyone else, there were adults next to us she didn’t ask them or people standing around, it’s like she singled us out because we were black. She didn’t greet us , just aggressively asked to see our wrist bands now maybe a smile on your face or a hello how are you all today sorry to interrupt your fun may I see your wrist band for security purposes would have been more professional! The rest of the staff we encountered were always polite. Kitchen staff was awesome, we left nice tips because you can’t beat a nice breakfasts to get you started! The amenities were nice , the mermaids the activities by the pool. We also love to see how Days Inn went above and beyond to keep the outside clean as well.

We were skeptical about the property initially because of the exterior of the building but once we got into the room we were pleasantly surprised. Fresh clean rooms with plenty of towels . The beach front was beautiful but how does one mess up an oceanview? You can’t. Now comes the part that was not good AT ALL, the breakfast. They provide the same thing EVERYDAY. Frozen waffles, frozen French toast, FAKE eggs, frozen hash browns , biscuits & gravy, sausage & sliced orange. No other fruit or options. Quite underwhelming to say the least. I would not recommend DAYS INN but I would definitely recommend an ocean view if you decide to go to the beach.

I am disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Prior to arrival, I paid for my reservation in full through Travelocity and completed the online check-in process. At no point during booking or check-in was I informed that any additional balance was due.

Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $33.92, with the explanation that the amount had not been collected through Travelocity. Unfortunately, the front desk employee appeared unsure of the situation and was unable to provide a clear explanation regarding the charge.

Customer service throughout my stay was below expectations. Basic information, such as parking instructions, was not provided at check-in. I was not informed that if the main parking lot became full, overflow parking was available across the street.

The condition of the room was also concerning. Shortly after entering the room, I observed small roaches in the bathroom area. In addition, several bed sheets appeared worn and stained with what looked like paint marks, making them appear unclean and in need of replacement. The air conditioning unit was also poorly maintained, with the front cover partially detached and falling off.

Overall, the combination of unexpected charges, poor communication, lackluster customer service, cleanliness concerns, and maintenance issues made for a disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property based on my stay and hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

This place is outdated, but still functional. We had a room with a kitchenette that was nice. The pool area is nice with a bar. Check In and Check out was easy and the front desk associates were pleasant. They have a decent breakfast bar and a grill for later in the day. The beach access is nice.

This place is not where you want to bring your family. We requested a top floor, got second floor. Right from the lobby elevator was not working.(Good thing we didn't get that top floor!) Got into room and TV was not working, went to call and the phone was broken as well. Back down the stairs to let them know. They moved us a few doors down. This was in the first 20 minutes of our vacation. The place is old and run down with rust and broken tiles everywhere!! That's fine but not for this price! We won't stay here again. We stayed on the second floor so the view of the beach was great! The hallways and outside of the room entrance was filthy. The room was not clean and the free breakfast was not good at all on either day. If you’re on a budget or plan on shopping and being out and not being in the room except to store your luggage and sleep this hotel is tolerable especially for the price for two nights. The staff we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable. Pictures are not at all in person what they advertise online.

I am extremely disappointed by my most recent stay. What makes this even more frustrating is that I stay at this hotel regularly and have chosen this property many times in the past. Because of those previous experiences, I never expected to encounter a problem this serious.

The nightmare started when a cockroach crawled across my pillow while I was in bed. As the night went on, we discovered more roaches throughout the room. We spent the entire night killing them because they kept appearing in different areas. Instead of getting any rest, we were constantly checking the room and trying to keep bugs away.

Needless to say, we got virtually no sleep. We paid approximately $350 for this stay and ended up spending the night dealing with a roach infestation. The following day was completely ruined because we were exhausted from being awake all night.

What disappoints me most is that I have stayed here many times before and trusted this hotel enough to keep coming back. This experience has completely shaken that trust. A hotel charging these rates should provide a clean, safe room—not one where guests are afraid to lay their heads on the pillow.

I understand that issues can arise, but seeing roaches crawl across a bed and throughout a room is unacceptable under any circumstances. Management needs to take this problem seriously and address it immediately.

I will not return!

Room had roaches. 1st impression as soon as I unlocked door. 1st thing to see was a roach. Called front desk. They came immediately and sprayed the floor but it didn't help. I had went to get groceries and as we put food in the refrigerator it went out. My husband moved it to reset it. As he moved the refrigerator, roaches ran everywhere. Staff stated all rooms were full for the night. Two days later they had vacant rooms but too late! We had spent a lot of money and traveled a long way with no other place to stay, so this left a bad taste for any other experiences at the hotel. Only good thing was pool was kid friendly and entertaining! As we checked out, worker ask about my stay. I made a sad face and told her. She checked and genuinely seemed to care. She said we would discount for 1st night's stay. I appreciated it because this was a lot to pay to room with roaches. We were not even able to unpack the whole trip and lived out our suitcases, with fear of taking bugs home with us!😡

For a last-minute, one-day stay by the beach on a holiday weekend this was great! The beds (the important part) were crisp and clean, the staff were friendly (shout out to the lady who served my breakfast, I didn't catch your name but you were very sweet!), and the view was great!

The hotel is half-dated and half-renovated and old enough that ocean air entropy was obviously kicking in (there was rust in the microwave). The only housekeeping things that grossed me out were toothpaste stains in the bathroom sink and some mold lurking around the suction cups for the shower mat. Everything else was super clean!

We booked this hotel b/c it was supposed to have no stairs in order to go down on the beach, it read, 'easy beach access walk straight down from the pool deck', but there were about 14 stairs so it is not handicap accessible. Therefore, we had to seek public beach access to put feet on the sand and toes in the sea. Also, the waterfall at the pool was not in operation, apparently, it was undergoing repairs. We were awakened by a fire alarm going off about 4 a.m. on our last day there, we were told it was a false alarm; no explanation why it went off. The room phone had to be replaced (it didn't work) as soon as we checked in, maintenance got right on it, replaced the jack and the phone. The hardwood floor had to be swept and needed mopped, there was a broom and dustpan for guests to use in the room, housekeeping obliged / swept and mopped it on our 3rd day there,apparently floor is hard to keep clean, I recommend socks be worn in the room to avoid dirty feet. Housekeeping and all other staff were really nice. Breakfast was a full breakfast of gravy, sausage and biscuits with eggs and more, and fairly good. I recommend ketchup with it. This is a comfy, mostly clean but very old hotel (appears to be undergoing repairs), it has nice balconies and beautiful ocean views to enjoy.

Being built in the 70’s I was amazed at how well they have maintained everything!
We had no complaints. Breakfast was good. The staff keeps so busy and I must say, that it must be the safest place on the beach! They patrol consistently and are so friendly! Would go back for sure. Oir room was just what we needed with full size fridge, 2 burner stove top and well supplied.

This hotel is so old and dirty. We had roaches in our room. Our bathtub and bed had long black hairs on them both. Couldn’t move rooms because they were booked solid. The craftsman ship and repairs are that of a 12-year old. People say it’s clean but if you like old as dirt facilities don’t stay here. The people next door smoked weed non stop for 3 days and i complained 3 days and then finally something was done. The bedding looks like it’s 20 years old. Discusting!

The room wasnt clean to the standards. There was someones eyelash that had fallen off and a press on nail, and a wad of hair or a part of a wig or something all on the pull out couch/bed. I don't wear false lashes, nails, or hair. There was random items found under the beds, like a while orange and a cigar in the pouch. The breakfast was good, pool was okay, easy access to the beach. The noise from outside could easily be heard inside the room, so it made it a little difficult for our kids to sleep fully.
