We are kinda older so the walk to the room was quite long for us. The halls smelled a Lil musty and feet like probably due to people and the pool. Otherwise the breakfast was good. I just wish the pancakes and French toast were warmer but other thank that. Im looking forward to seeing new changes for the embassy brands

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect for shoppers, eating out, and entertainment. And it's pet friendly. We had to bring our fur baby. There is also a dog beach right across the street. I look forward to my next stay.

Valet service excellent but hotel quite dirty from entrance tiles filthy with dirt, stains. Chairs in lobby stained, hallway rugs absolutely filthy (took photos) handful of pistachio shells on floor outside my room & still there when I left 2 days later, pool dominated with large pool toys floating for 2 days, pool deck filthy with stains, refuse. Guests allowed coolers, large toys around pool area. Area for guests dogs full of trash dog feces although hotel had garbage can , disposal bags but no cleanup. Very dirty property will not recommend to anyone. Too many nicer hotels and this is NOT beachfront must cross highway to beach. Spoke with”property engineer” and he acknowledged problems but offered no solution just shrugged.

Breakfast was great. Beds were super comfortable. We reserved a bedroom suite and it was perfect for 6 of us. The only issue was no hot water after all day on beach and then Sunday morning was the same. Called front desk and no one came up. Tried several different times within a 3 hour span and still no avail. Good money for no hot water.

We had a great stay! The included breakfast exceeded our expectations, which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my kiddo absolutely loved the pool. While it’s not directly on the beach, it’s just a quick and easy walk across the street. Pier Park is just about attached so plenty to do in the area without needing to get back in your car. Definitely recommend.

Great for families! The pool, court yard and dining areas are conveniently located close to another. Highly recommend a walkout room. Shopping and entertainment right out the back gate. Super happy with this hotel that has a resort feel.

Let’s go in order shall we! 2N stay for a family of 3. I booked a King Studio and was greeted by a clean, cool room. I’m also HH so it had my name on the screen when I walked in. Self-parking was no issue & digital check in was fast & efficient. I did still have to go to the desk for additional information and wristbands. We waited 45 min past check in to get our room which is understandable as it’s spring break. Amenities like reception hour, movies on the lawn, and dedicated staff; we have no complaints there! Breakfast at Fin was ok and had a lot of variety, made-to-order omelets, fresh waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels & more. Dinner at Blu was also okay w/ the burgers being most notable. Although we did not visit it the outdoor pool was always clean. Loved that we could check out digitally and not have to visit the desk, received our folio in a timely manner. Overall, we’d visit again!

We were greeted by Daniel at the front desk. He was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. He made us feel at home as soon as we walked in. He and Katelyn checked in with us via text daily, to be sure our stay was perfect. Valet was on point with car, and gave us great tips and ideas as we were coming and going. Hotel grounds were clean, staff was so friendly. Our room was a nice size, very clean and updated, with amazing views of the Gulf. Restaurants and shopping all next door. Pool was cold but very nice, hot tub was crowded most of the time, beach was beautiful, water was cold but crystal clear.
Breakfast was solid. Omelette and avocado toast station. Bacon sausage eggs and pancakes/french toast.
Make your own waffles were so good.
Wait staff were all friendly and helpful. All in all it was the perfect stay for our 4 day getaway. We will be back. Thank you Daniel and Embassy Suites

Great location close to the beach, the breakfast was great. Service a little slow at breakfast, could use another omelet attendant and another waffle maker. The pool area was great. Both the pool and hot tub were colder than expected. Our room wasn’t serviced daily, not sure if we were supposed to ask for it but didn’t see that advertised.

Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers loyalty to your hotel. If their experience is positive they are more like to return and advertise, invite friends .

Wanna start with the breakfast was amazing!
Hotel is in a great area. However during my 7 days the elevator on my side of the building was out for almost half of it . The setup of the building makes you walk a lot . Many of the doors are always locked and the scan codes don’t work . Many visitors stuck at doors and letting each other in . Hot tub was not hot for 3 of the days . Pool is not heated so was really cold but the slide is fun . I pre checked in on the Hilton app the day before . I didn’t receive that room or a room even close to the side or location I choose even though I got there and was waiting at 9am . There was a fire in someone’s room at 11:30 at night so we all had to go to the parking lot for a half hour . No apology or even brought up after . Hallway carpet old on first floor. Fan in my bathroom didn’t work . Practically had to beg for the shampoo that should have been full for the week before we go there . Got it off a girls cart after asking the desk twice . They did room service only like twice that week. We just had to ask them in the hallway they were always just serving the new rooms not current guests. Overall after checking out then paying the extra almost 200 on resort fees and 160 on parking. I’m not sure the great breakfast was worth it .

Hot tub was filthy , my room wasnt cleaned in two days had to report to the front desk to ask for it to be cleaned , when it was cleaned you can see my coffee stain on the counter top that was never wiped down , my king suite gulf view was a view with a roof top very disappointed . Bathroom had no vent fan , no place to put your clothes only on ten hangers that was provided no dresser or draws , no chairs or umbrellas provided for beach , happy hour was a joke they only provided a bowl of goldfish , pretzels , Chex mix , carrot and celery sticks ratcheting , only Budweiser bear and cheap wine

The property overall was clean, but all the fees that aren’t included or spoken before the trip is truly insane!! $700 charge for incidentals and $157 for parking that I thought was included with resort fees.
Being mislead regarding the room you eventually get is so different than the pictures they show or present in front of you for booking.

The stay was amazing. The room was clean. Breakfast buffet was my favorite part of the stay each morning with many options to choose from. The staff was friendly they also give complimentary drinks for the adults for happy hour. I will definitely return. Definitely was a comfortable stay. I didn’t want to leave .

This is a beautiful property! The staff, food and it is steps away from the beach. However, the pool side area, the fire pits & movie night. Makes it impossible to leave the property. Also, Rachel was absolutely amazing. I had a great time. I am looking forward to my next trip.

Modern, clean and well maintained hotel next to beach, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and outdoor courtyard. Short 18 minute drive to Rosemary Beach. Our room face the Gulf of America overlooking the courtyard. There is some Traci noise that comes with this location.

Everything about this stay was perfect! The room, the food, the happy hour, the customer service at the valet, front counter, Fins restaurant and even management was super kind! It was clean, it had all the ame ities you needed. 3 weddings didnt interfere with ojr stay at all! The location is superb! 5 stars all around! Amazing stay! I highly recommend you chosing this hotel if you do not need a stovetop. I mean it was fantastic and worth the money which was more reasonable then any condo!
