The breakfast was very good. limited menu but very good. the food at the restaurant and the bar were excellent. room was great. they need to update their information in with their website and their stampies. it says that chairs are included for the beach and they're no longer included. other than that, we enjoyed our stay second time we've gone for our anniversary.

This was our second time staying here. The room was clean and breakfast was excellent. However, upon arrival our room was not ready and we had to wait about 30 mins. Also, there were not enough small wash clothes for two guest, but guest services were prompt at getting us more. Overall, a very enjoyable stay especially with our little pups. See you again in Sept. 2026.

No shower curtain, sand/grit on all surfaces, bed sagged in center, was not aware that we had to pay extra for garage parking. Also, have to pay for beach chairs and umbrella. Front desk individual was short with me when I asked for help in paying for parking online. Drop-off area is very chaotic: standard procedure is to unload in a small loading/unloading zone, then go to room to deposit bags before returning to car to park it in the parking garage across the street.

We had a great time at this property. We went for a mini getaway. The beachfront is amazing and cleanliness of the room is top notch. The staff were so helpful even though they were fully booked. We did not enjoy the restaurant food. It was horrible, but it could’ve been the time of day. We definitely will return but not eat the restaurant.

Breakfast was excellent although redundant as the same things were offered on an every other day rotation. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The shower from the beach did not work well and the pool seemed dirty every evening. Our biggest letdown was loungers and umbrellas were not included with the stay. Staff said that was a recent change. The parking was somewhat inconvenient having to cross the road to access the garage. It seemed the hotel was crammed into a spot which probably was the cause for parking and the garage shared parking with a shop. It is however within walking distance of many shops and eateries. It is within walking distance of the west pier and pier park. We will be going back but plan to look at other hotel options for the future as this hotel had nothing that stood out from the ordinary so if we find a cheaper option we will go with another choice.

Overall the property was great, my only complaint is the reserving of pool chairs when it is against the rules but people do it. This makes it really difficult for families to enjoy pool when people reserve chairs then go to beach all day and the people that stay have no chairs during that time. There needs to be personnel to enforce this rule so pool area can be more enjoyable to all. Or add more chairs to that area or a time limit to help. But we did enjoy the beach and pool during our stay. Great location too!

The shower we could not use be ause the water was scalding hot turned down to the coldest setting with a trickle coming out. Had to go to relatives house for a shower. Road noise from the interstate is constant and noise decibels of a loud vacuum cleaner.

The carpet in the hallway had a distinctly nasty smell making entering or leaving your room a ghastly experience. Rooms are serviced every 2 days - if you're lucky - and fresh towels and linen every 3+ days.... The staff have a false belief that this is a \"five star hotel\" when their attitude and service are NO MORE than two stars! Chairs and umbrellas on the beach will set you back $60+ per day! And don't let me start on the \"breakfast\", very, very poor selection and quality! As for the plates & flatware... they were stained and crusted from previous usage, no dishwasher! My advice to future guests is SKIP THIS PLACE... you can do much better elsewhere!

Great place! The room was clean and the view to the beach is amazing. You do need to choose a room with that view, as there is rooms with views to the sides of the hotel. The free breakfast is delicious and always fresh. There is a restaurant there and the food is good but since it’s small there is a bit of wait time. The hotel is 5 minutes away from plenty of restaurants and fast food places. Staff is courteous and helpful. Will definitely return!

I had an ocean front room. The room was dusty and the sheets were discolored. A more thorough cleaning would have been appreciated. The staff was professional and helpful. The free breakfast was mediocre and comparable to a 2–3-star hotel. I enjoyed the warm water pool and easy access to the beach. My expectation of the Hyatt fell short, but I made the best of my short weekend getaway.

Beautiful location set just a few minutes walk from pier park. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful to get us checked in and settled right away, giving us all the details of what they had to offer. Our room faced the ocean and it was lovely. Super clean, comfortable and spacious. With a deck and chairs to sit on, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, lots of options. We used the heated pool and thoroughly enjoyed the temperature they kept the water at, as it wasn’t the warmest afternoon we went in. Pier park and many other restaurants were all walking distance, so there were many options closely available if you don’t want to drive anywhere. The beach was kept clean and was maybe the nicest part of the beach right out front. Overall, it was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy some beach time, sunrise and sunsets, as well as take in the beautiful area of 30A.
