We had a horrible experience and will not come back unless someone can for once act like they care about the experience we had, everyone we have spoke to has brushed us and our concerns off , our kids were not able to watch tv the whole time and no one seemed worried about it. Our jacuzzi in the tub did not work our first night there. The door to separate the bathroom and the living room would not shut. We were also charged fees on our card on file that we was not told about at check in . The kids splash pad barely worked . I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone , and we would like a partial refund for all of the stuff that did not work at our 2 night stay and the staff that did not care to make this a priority and good experience for me and my family. We are highly upset and not satisfied at all.

Best weekend resort!

It was my birthday weekend on May 10 and May 11, 2025. Check in was excellent; staff was very friendly and professional. Will come back and stay again it was cozy during our stay! Would recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Deposit Hell

It was a good stay. It was peaceful. The view was great. My only
Complaint is that resort fee is $15 per day which is fine. They charge $100 deposit and it is refunded upon check out. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund. I've called 4xs and was told they are working on it. The charge is still pending so they never even processed it. Otherwise perfect little spot and I'd recommend it but if they don't give me my money then its a no.

Bad Hotel Do Not Stay Here

Our room was dirty. We had to clean the refrigerator, cabinets, and floors throughout the villa (please see pictures of how dirty the rags were) Also there were food stains on the sofa. More importantly, the hotel kept avoiding us by instructing the employees to that the manager was not on the property and as of today the manager has yet to address our complaint. PLEASE BEWARE THEY AUTHORIZED MY CREDIT CARD 3 TIMES FOR 3 different amounts and on different days. My banks fraud depart called me to alert me of their behavior. I will not let the hotel get away with this and charge us the full amount and we had to clean the villa. I was do a “charge back” from my credit card company. Lastly, BEWARE THERE IS CONSTRUCTION GOING ON IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND THE NOISE YOU CAN HEAR FROM SUN UP TIL SUN DOWN. THE HOTEL DID NOT MENTION ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!

Not as you would expect a hotel to be

This property appears to be a repurposed motel. It’s dated, no restaurant, no coffee, no housekeeping (to my knowledge.)
However, the location is terrific, the property is clean, the front desk service was efficient. The umbrella and beach chair rental guy was great. It’s just not really a hotel.
But, a very pleasant stay.

Resort is on beach very convenient. Resort needs to be updated. Elevator broken half of our trip, would stop on third floor every time. Trash pile up and the public using facility is horrible, ie parking, taking shower with soap and shampoo. People trying to allow their pet in pool. No employees monitoring or even trying to monitor.

The hotel was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and big enough for a family of 6. The rooms could use some upgrades like doors repainted, stove, refrigerator, and washing machines. Loved all the dishes and cooking supplies. Staff was very nice. I liked the hotel had fun activities to do. We would come back again.

It was a very nice place to stay. Quiet and easy access to the gorgeous beach.
But, please use quality toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels. And when someone is staying for 3 nights, leave 3 makeup remover towelettes not just 2. The same with coffee. Why would you only leave 2 packs of coffee for a 3 night stay? That doesn’t even make any sense.

My 3 teens and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here (5days 4 nights) for new years!! The 1 bedroom condo was perfect for the stay. I was able to cook on the nights we didn’t eat out. The room was very clean, love the washer/dryer in the unit and that the property was on the beach. Close to grocery and dining. Staff was great! Will stay again.

loved the room - loved the staff- loved how everything was there for us. However I was there with my fiance to celebrate her 71st birthday. We were on fifth floor and because the elevator did not work the entire time we were there- we were prisoners in our room. We had to watch others enjoy the beach, the hot tub and the pool use. We could not take the steps- ruined our entire vacation.

Horrible residence for vacation stay.

No security on duty.
Once it gets dark what it appears is the homeless make their way onto property and start ravaging any trash can they can find and eat out of. Homeless appear to pass out on beach front property after they eat out of trash cans. Then middle of the night drunk individuals break into property to use pool and party on the back space.
Those individuals also were harassing the family’s staying and just trying to enjoy looking at the beach at night. Definitely would not recommend.

I am curious though for improving eco-friendliness, if you offered a program for recycling and even composting. My family cooked all our meals in the hotel room and we had food waste with the fresh foods we used. If you offered a composting program you would have free fertilizer for your gardens, maybe put a master Gardener on staff and they could help with that program. Like I said, we loved our vacation but my family and I wondered if a hotel could start something like this and change how travelers view being eco-friendly in a whole new way.

Front receptionist was nice and tried to accommodate us during a prolonged check-in due to technical issues. Room was clean. Beach was restricted because of beach dredging that was done throughout the night with bull dozers and dump trucks. I know it wasn't in their control but we should have been notified at check-in. I'm a local and we wanted a staycation....I was initially worried due to the age of the building (pre-hurricane Michael). But I was pleasantly surprised. The room was great. Neatly arranged condo style. Had 2 bathrooms. Loved the walkin shower. Very clean and comfortable. Slept surprisingly well for not being at home. Great view of the gulf, pool, & hot tubs. Had what looked like a water pad for kids to play in the warmer months. There were also multiple fire pits for cooler evenings watching the sun set.

Great experience....just one little thing!!!!!

The front desk attendant, Linda, was amazing! She was very courteous and provided great customer service. The check-in process was very fast and efficient. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The only negative side to our room is that there was alot of moisture in the air that my clothes began to become moist. This is very dangerous due to possibl3 mold exposure.

Checking in was great took no time at all and they were very helpful .theirs one elevator but the wait is not too long.. I got the 2 bedroom Villa room 503 it was a great room and great View a couple of drawbacks was the living room rug needs a cleaning and the two sofas needed some spots removed found a little dust in the master bedroom but these are small things I would definitely stay at this hotel again....

Loved that the hotel was right on the beach.

We loved our time spent here! The staff is so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The facilities are very nice and our room was nice. We are used to a king size bed, so the bed was small for us and not the most comfortable, but the rest of the space was very nice - had everything we needed! The pool is nice and the beach was wonderful. Overall a great vacation!

I came in from out of town and needed a place to have a surprise birthday party for my girlfriend. I called ahead and the hotel allowed my friends to check in and set up before we got there. Very Nice!

We were very comfortable. There were 3 of us in a 2br/2ba unit. The decor was nice and the condo was well supplied. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. Also a nice fitness room. Relatively close to Pier Park. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay of 6 days and will definitely return next year.

I came here for a business trip and this oceanfront hotel is a vacation away from home! Growing up in South Florida I am used to beautiful beaches but this hotel was right on the beach and every balcony had a wonderful view of it! The room itself was like an apartment! Full Kitchen, Dining room, Large balcony with table and chairs, Large living room and cozy bedroom! Comfy beds and a HUGE tub with jets!

I must admit that it is off the beaten path from good restaurants and shopping but those are only a short ride away! I would def book here again just to get away and relax! The sunset views were amazing too!

Great room at a great rate at a great location!

This was our first stay at this property. I have to admit I was a bit nervous because of reviews I saw for other hotels in PC, however, this property was way above our expectations. Our room (\"suite\") had two large-size bedrooms (the master had a great view of the Gulf), a large kitchen and a large family/dining area. The room was immaculate! Kudos to the cleaning staff for staying on top of things! We had come down for a couples' night and wish we had brought the kids because of all the room and access to the beach. With a washer/dryer set in the room and two bathrooms, we were definitely set. If you have not visited definitely give this property a visit...you'll be glad you did!

SO RELAXING!

The only way this stay could have been better is if the weather was warmer. This hotel was exactly what we hoped for - clean, comfortable, quiet, easy beach access and a great view.
