Air conditioner was amazingly cold. The staff was very friendly and nice. The beach view was amazing. The ice machine you had to pay for and was out of order. The small fridges in the room kept stuff semi cold but not cold. The maid didnt come in and sweep, clean the trash cans or change the beds the whole three days we was there so you was always walking on sandy floors and sleeping in sandy beds. The only time they came in was to replace the towels.

Room was left unclean. Put us on bottom floor it rained and flooded the bottom floor. Lock on door wouldn't lock. The toilet leaked. No hairdryer and charged a $50 deposit that you get back in 5 to 6 days.

Pulled up it looked a little suspicious but checked in anyways… crack was so big in the door I could see outside. Toilet seat was peeling and flooring was scratched up. I immediately felt dirty. My child did not feel safe. 15 mins later I checked out. I couldn’t even bring myself to accept this. People were walking around as if they were on some type of drugs. WONT BE BACK.

All the staff was helpful friendly and so nice. I love the suite with the separate rooms my mother went on this trip and she was able to walk to the beach without issues. I had a small dog and the staff interacted with her I would have liked to have a separate chest in the second bedroom and ice available. But we made do I will definitely stay there again if it stays pet friendly

First off there literally was still sand on the floor, the shower was nasty, the water handle and spout moved quite a bit as you adjusted the water (very bad previous repair) and there was literally a hole in the bottom of the tub. The balcony door would not stay shut unless locked from the inside. Also the language difference of the cleaning staff is a problem, I specifically told a male cleaner that we did not need anything and my wife was sleeping as I left. He still proceeded to walk straight in the room to clean. I'm not saying he was being malicious in any was I'm just saying he must have not understood me even though he did shake his head and said OK. They seriously lack an adequate amount of luggage dolls, I literally only found 1 that was barely holding together.

I booked this property knowing that it was older and possibly outdated. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, especially the ladies at the front check in. The beds and all of the furniture were very clean and there were no issues there at all. The view was absolutely stunning and right when I got into the room, I could see dolphins.

The bathroom sink was clogged and there was a lot of rust all over the windows, patio, and around the air vents. Which I am aware that being right on the beach, things are way more susceptible to rust. The air conditioning did work but the vent just looked busted up. Which takes me back to it being an older property.

There was a time when I went back to my room and saw three men in my room, which as a woman traveling, somewhat frightened me. I know requesting house cleaning was an option but I never requested it. I walked in and one of them was just flipping through the television. They were very nice but it just uncomfortable due to me not expecting to come back to my room with people inside of it. Also, there were no luggage carts? I didn’t see a single one but I do believe that was due to it being bike week and there were a lot of people. That wasn’t a problem for me, but I did just feel the need to say that in case you bring a lot of stuff, you may have to make a few trips unloading and loading your stuff.

Overall, I would book here again and thats mainly because it’s one of the most affordable beach front properties in PCB.

Honest review... we were worried because of some of the negative reviews but decided to book because it was in the area we wanted to stay in and was the only dog friendly property we could park our trailer at. I am very happy we did.
Our room was ready when we arrived (hour early we forgot about the time difference). It was surprisingly very clean! We have no complaints at all about the cleanliness. We were even offered more towels if we needed them, and they knocked on our door and offered to exchange them on day 2.
We had a beautiful view of the beach for sunrise/sunset. Coffee is free and fresh in the mornings, the pool was nice and the dog walk area stayed clean as well. The location was perfect for us we could walk to breakfast and dinner spots and it was very centrally located to all the bike events. We are happy with our stay.
That being said it is an older property. It is not a 5 star property so do not expect it to offer concierge service and valet parking it does not. If that's what you want you won't be happy. But for a reasonably priced value hotel it is good for the price. Our only complaint is the ice machine (only 1) was broken and if it wasn't you have to pay for the ice.
Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful Katelyn and Ty helped me when I had a booking issue, everyone I met at the front desk was friendly, the maids were great and the young man who helped me locate a luggage cart was sweet as well.

After reading the reviews and seeing the rating, I wasn't expecting much. I wasn't disappointed. For me, the oceanfront location made up for what the facilities lacked in appearance. This place offers a great oceanfront view at a reasonable price, in comparison to other beachfront properties. This is not a place of luxury. You get decent accommodations (my bathroom was in need of a reno), at a decent price. Expect quiet during the week with a more noisy crowd on weekends. The staff was always helpful and I enjoyed my stay.

It is just a very old hotel. Front staff were fine but overly friendly. It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. We only were there for one night but I would not book it again, especially if I were staying several days. I prefer a newer location on a quieter part of Panama City Beach.

Every thing was okay for the first day but after that we couldn’t open the balcony door for the smell of pot . It got so bad that it was even coming in through the air unit . We ended up leaving a day early. On the second night we didn’t get much sleep for the people next to us yelling and slamming doors.

The only positive thing I can say is the ocean view. For someone that doesn’t leave reviews and hate to be negative. This place was an experience.Front desk staff wasn't the friendliest. Literally walked out from checking out and sprained my ankle by falling from their steps. I wasn't sure if they were even aware until I came back in for bandaids, they said yeah with a smirk.There was puke left in the walk way for half the day. Where cleaning staff ran over it. The faucet in the bathroom was coming out and surrounded with black mold. There so many places where there was dips in the walk way. They have hospital blankets to sleep with. Luckily asked a family member coming on the trip to bring blankets for me and my friend to use. The couch looked stained. We both hated our experience and spent more time at the family members condo. If they had the room we would of slept there. We had to pay an extra 27 for parking to walk across the street for the vehicle. Like we said we paid for the view of the ocean not the actual place.

My wife carries wioes with her everywhere she goes and when she wiped table top when we walked in she started going crazy when we walked into the bathroom she used another wife disgusting floors toilets and faucets
We walked toward the exit to the balcony opened the balcony and you could see rice grains and dust on room floors
She used a wipe on the floor and filthy yet again those floors have never seen water or mop

Clean room the floor needed a good mopping but other than that it was clean. The staff was helpful with whatever questions we had. Perfect beach view and has beach access right at the hotel. Nice pool. Parking was sometimes packed but it was alright. Ice machine on property it does cost money. And a small store at the front office. Rooms do have a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker and blow dryer.

The room was clean but the refrigerator didn't work no iron and the bath tub was the worst part it had been painted over and the paint started peeling so it made the tub look disgusting the tub wasn't dirty but the peeling paint gave the tub an appearance of a dirty disgusting tub. The handles of the tub were falling apart. The toilet was loose and felt like it was going to fall over... The view from the balcony was beautiful the pool was clean and the area for childer to play were in good conditions and the grilling area was also very nice with picnick table. What i did notice is that they were putting new mattress in the rooms and the hotle is going through renovations.

Beach view was perfect from the balcony, but the room was absolutely trash. You would think an owner would have more pride in their property and at least pressure wash the walkways. Every aspect of the room and the common areas were basically patched. Even the floor in room 633 had huge gouges like someone took a knife to it. The couch had large stains as well as the curtains. Even for the cheaper price you would think the owner would take care of their own property. We also smelled weed the entirety of our stay there.

We arrived at the Property 5 hours before checkin time. The office issued us a parking pass so we could walk around and see the local area. We returned at 4 pm to checkin and tbey informed us that our room wasnt quite ready. We went next door and got some dinner and returned at 5:50 and the room still wasn't ready. Had to sit the parking lot untill 7:30 before we got into our room. And of course the television didn't work. WHAT a way to start a vacation. The view of the Gulf was blocked by a Palm Tree. Room was in really rough shape mold in the bathroom floor, flooring was missing trim accents we were scared to walk in our bare feet. I wouldn't wish this stay on my worst enemy....Never again Expedia....

I booked two rooms 215 & 216, one was ready about 15 minutes before check in time, the other about 2 hours after check in so my son and his wife piled all of their things in our room while they waited on theirs to be ready. The balcony door in their room wouldn’t open. The floors were gross, we wore socks the whole time while in the room and the bottoms were black. The bathroom was just gross, the tub looks like it’s been there since the hotel was built and never cleaned. We wore our flip flops in the shower. There were several spots in the room that had mold. We killed a roach. Even though it says no smoking on the property, I do believe everyone there was smoking which made it hard to enjoy the balcony in our room. The rooms looked NOTHING like what’s on their website. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere, anywhere else.

Old, run down. Under \"renovations\". One elevator only. Got stuck several times. \"UNDER renovation\" rooms....should pay people to stay in one. Second room, supposedly updated already, improvement but seriously lacking on all counts, considering it was a \"renovated updated\" room. The old refrigerator was still under the cabinet, floors scratched terribly, ocean/beach view were all that made it worth it. Amazing.

Don't touch their shower curtains, cause it's gonna fall soon as you touch it. Very loud and noisy in the area.All through the night, and I guess our attachment on our door was not fully locked because somebody came by our door and kicked it open that startled me and scared me, real bad you can't get complimentary ice out there.You have to use a debit card to get.Ice that is crazy is all get out.Would I stay here again?Hell no!! The best thing about the hole's one night stay there was we did see some good.Soap in the shower stall and the view on the balcony was pretty decent.That is about all we enjoyed about that room.I'm just being honest, but y'all check it out for yourself.

The access of the beach is great for this hotel. You can tell they are trying to remodel a little by little, but the actual building is old and disgusting. There’s literally a light switch attached to one of the beds to turn on the light. The doors are disgusting and dirty. It looks like the building is crumbling like it needs a pressure wash or something.

Upon arrival the room was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The back patio (we stayed on the bottom floor) had cigarette butts and trash everywhere. We had to clean the room before we could even unpack. Internet hardly worked of at all during our stay. At night it was like a Grateful Dead concert with all the weed smoke they say 2 stars but really only a half a star most of the staff was friendly

It was awful, first off - no parking. Second we get our room. There’s a bug crawling on me, the bed had DIRT ON IT, hot water didn’t work, hallway’s threshold was broken, the lights didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, hairs in the bathtub, the door that goes outside had a large crack in the bottom, the door leading to the room beside us, didn’t lock, couch was DISGUSTING, bugs smushed on the floor & blood on the wall!!! Parking was awful not enough space. Staff were nice. We went and stayed somewhere else.

I had a great beach stay overall and would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for something nice on a budget. I stayed in Room 237, which had a balcony, two bedrooms, and one bathroom, and it comfortably sleeps up to six people. The layout is decent, and there’s even enough space to add extra beds like air mattresses if needed.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the pool was clean and ready to use, and the beach wasn’t too crowded—which made for a really relaxing experience. It’s also conveniently located right down the road from Señor Frog’s, which was a fun bonus. Parking wasn’t an issue either; I could usually find a spot in the main lot, and if not, there’s additional parking right across the street. Having two fridges in the room was also super convenient.

My only downsides were that check-in was delayed—I didn’t get into my room until almost 6 PM even though check-in was at 4 (though it is spring break season). I also didn’t have a TV remote, and the water pressure was a bit low, but the water did get very hot.

Overall, it was a really enjoyable stay, and I would absolutely come back.

Seahaven was beautiful for me and my college friends. Parking was not bad at all and we had an overall great stay. Let’s just say we didn’t get any room service as we had 6 adults in 1 suite. I was wanting maybe someone to come in and clean at least 1 out of the 7 days we were there. When we got there, the floors were super dirty when we wiped them with a rag (the rag ended up being black). We were also limited towels and toilet paper which is hard with SIX of us but what can you do. Staff were super kind and we were understanding that they couldn’t do anything about these things. But if you’re a college student looking for somewhere to stay, this is the spot for you!!

Some of the reviews had me worried. The location is a dream. The place was clean. The staff were kind and accommodating and it’s within close walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. I would recommend this place to anyone. Here’s the thing, it is an older place so it’s worn like an old building would be. My husband and I love that, because it feels nostalgic and like the PCB we grew up going to. People complaining about the humidity of the rooms is funny to me. The rooms are ON the beach, of course it gets a little humid. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s absolutely perfect for a affordable quick getaway. We will absolutely be back.

There was garbage from a previous guest behind a chair and under the bed or dresser. The toilet was so low to the ground like in elementary school. The pictures online don’t match the room. When I asked for 2 extra pillows to be brought to my room I was told I don’t know if we have extra and then had to follow someone to the closet where I was handed one pillow and was told that’s all they had. It was not even in the best condition.

Overall experience was okay! The pool started at 4.5 feet, so the kids did not enjoy that too much, we spent majority of the time on the beach.

For starters, we booked at Seaheaven Beach, and they said they didn’t have any rooms and moved us to a completely different building up the road, which was very disappointing. If I wanted to stay there, I would have booked there. They did not let me know this before arrival. The staff was friendly, but the place in general was not very clean. People were partying and yelling all night into the morning. The shower had hair all over it, our towels were stained, and there was sand everywhere. It was a very disappointing stay.

Everything was to our expectations. We enjoy our vacation there several times a year. This is the only place I would like to stay plenty of good food to walk to within walking distance. The beach is walking distance. We have nice neighbors every time we come down there. Thank you for offering us any towels or sheets.That we may need that was really appreciated
