My husband and I stayed at this hotel,
More like a “motel”.
We woke up itching and scratching.
Were not sure what was going on. After doing research of what bites these were, we were disgusted. BED BUGS!
Will never ever even think twice about staying here again, that’s so wrong!

The hotel is older. but not maintained in repairs or cleaning.
The floors were coming up, there was a piece missing from the tub, the air conditioning unit was leaking large puddles on the floor. The ocean view was nice and at night it was very quiet.
I would not recommend based on the overall dilapidated state of the hotel.

This place is really outdated needs lots of work..I was very disappointed when I arrived here and seen the room..But the room was cleaned beds were clean and soft , towels were clean not stained so that was a plus. Very loud area and hotel, the view was amazing of the ocean, lots things to do and places to eat. Pool was nice.

The staff and beach access and views were amazing. Cleanliness of the room was very poor. Our room had a family of roaches plus the extended family including aunties and uncles, behind the couch and fridge. We were relocated to another room and saw roaches in that room as well. Outdoor pool water was cloudy and many things were floating in the water. Didn’t seem like the pools filter pump was running. Will never stay at this hotel again !

Our experience was not soo good, the shower water was leaking day and night, the TV Remote did not work, the shower did not have shampoo or soap, the bed blanquets were dirty and stained. I went to the front office the first day we got there and told them but nobody came to our room or did anything about it. It was until the next day at night that I went to the front office again and told them about the TV remote and the girl at the front desk gave me one. We had to park across the street but I noticed some employees were park at the hotel parking lot which It should be prioritized for the guest. The service was Ok, but honestly the hotel its really run down, for what I paid to stay there, I could have gotten a better hotel. The beach was really nice and the pool was good too. I am not coming back.

My family and I have stayed here for the past 5 years. We love the easy walking distance to Pier Park, Sharky's. and Wongo's. There is also a small store across from Senoir Frogs that makes The Best Daiquiri on the beach. See You Next Year!!!!

They overbooked and put us in a room that wasn't the room we booked. The staff was rude and hateful when we signed in. The hotel was in terrible condition and the rooms did not look near as nice as they did only. Our floor was horribly scratched up and there were roaches. Despite being oceanfront the cost of these rooms should be way less than what they are.

The staff was really friendly, our room gave us a wonderful beach front view, and the room was clean, but did have a few bugs crawling around in the bathroom. Killed a few of them. There was a centipede looking bug in our trash bin liner. No bed bugs or anything like that though. Our shower water pressure wasn’t the best, and the toilet consistently ran. There was some of what looked like water mold on the drain of the tub. The place is pretty old, and it shows- but not too bad of a stay really. I did hear of other guest complaining of not having shower curtains, toilet paper, etc. Some of those things are just simple mistakes made by the cleaners and that is ok. The floors were also VERY dirty in our room. I had to go to the local Dollar General and grab slippers to wear in our room. Overall I would give our stay a 7.8/10. I think if you’re going to come down here to PCB and spend money, maybe invest in a nicer hotel than this one if you can afford it. We don’t go on trips very often and kind of expected more from this hotel- just because of the price we paid. I think it just needs some fixes on it! The pool and beach enterance was my favorite part. Right by each other. The pool isn’t as big as you think it would be in the picture but irs still decent size.
Overall, just think that the hotel needs some renovations and fixes sooner than later. Other than that, great location and great staff! In good walking distance to some restaurants and Pier Park too.

Stayed 4 nights and had to ask 4 times before our room was cleaned the night before check out .
Staff had no regard for customers . Had to go to office to get any towels and was met with attitudes when anything was asked for .

Room was a fire hazard with outlets cut in half and rigged up furniture .

Mold on the sofa and large stains on the mattress and furniture .
If room 109 is any indication of what the rest of the hotel looks like it needs to be closed .

Will never stay here again , online add and pictures are a scam

Only one elevator for entire property. 1st room we had ..our tv did not work .... After .2 days then they moved us to a second room. Parking was terrible..property was nasty. It is an old hotel. Much needed TLC...sink stopper in bathroom did not work. We had to bail water out of sink each time we used it..exhaust in shower sounded like a freight train coming thru...Rooms in proximity to us...pot smoking all day every day..couldn't get past the stinch

This place was horrible. The only reason I stayed there is because we had our dog with us, and I could not find another place that would accept pets. The faucet was falling off of the shower. The bathrooms were very rundown. The air conditioner made a horrible noise and was flooding the balcony where you could not even sit out there. The microwave broke it was just a horrible dirty situation.

Staff was well trained and helpful except housekeeping. Room was not clean, floors filthy. Stained furniture, refused to sit on couch. Look like somebody had been murdered there. And also on the balcony. No table to sit at. Housekeeping showed up at 4 in the afternoon to check room. Inconvenient at best. View was beautiful from the private balcony, Angela was very professional and helpful at check-in. We only stayed because it was after midnight and could not move to another hotel. There for family obligations that next morning.

When we got in the room.. the door to the balcony wouldn't open .. I guess it was stuck and they had to call a maintenance man who was somewhere on another property.. the refrigerator had a hair left inside it.. one of the lamps didn't work and the door to get in the room slams on you.. I had to use my own wifi mobile Hotspot to get the TV internet to work

The hotel is not great. Everywhere smelled of marijuana. In the room, hallways and on the balcony. Everywhere.

The hotel is very dated. It has an old mildewed smell. One TV was on when we first entered the room and all static. The other TV was at full volume every time it was turned on. We would turn it down and the next time it was turned on, full volume again.

The beds, linens and towels seemed clean. Tje staff were great. They were very nice. When we asked to move rooms because the people under or next to us was smoking marijuana nonstop. The staff was understanding and acted like this was a frequent occurrence. The new room still smelled of marijuana but was more tolerable. The hotel is right on the beach. It has an amazing location.

Would I stay again? Probably not. I would just pay a little more for hopefully less marijuana smell and a more updated room and amenities.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Nasty place and they do not clean rooms or update anything. The pictures online are false advertising and our room looked like a murder scene. Blood and rips in curtains. The floor is nasty and has huge scratches everywhere. We were late getting into our room about 1.5 hours after check in time because they didn’t have it ready and had to clean it. When we got in room it was filthy. Sand everywhere which is expected, but not this amount. Crumbs on sofa sleeper/couch and white powder. Black mold in shower ceilings. The ceiling collapsed with the light in it and could’ve really hurt someone. I’m allergic to black mold. The door didn’t have an emergency evacuation plan on the door or anywhere and the door doesn’t seal shut you can see through large cracks. The bed was BROKEN!!!! Don’t go here trying to save money. It’s not worth the money at all and this place is NOT SAFE. I know it cannot meet safety codes or standards. If I were hotels. Com I would remove this place for good on your site. It is DANGEROUS!/

The staff was friendly, but that's about the only pleasant thing that I can say. The room had no shower curtain, pillow cases, wash clothes or towels, so I had to ask a member of house cleaning for all of these items. Only then did I receive some of these items, and then the remaining were brought to the room later. The floor was filthy and unless you put your shoes on when exiting the shower, they were as black as the asphalt after a quick walk around the room.I get that sand is part of the territory at the beach, but I'm not sure that it had been mopped in a very long time. We even asked for a mop to take care of the problem, but that never came. Elevator was a nightmare, as it appeared to skip floors and completely bypass us every time...15 and 20 minutes each time, which made loading and unloading a pain. Pool didn't have a light, so it was closed at sunset, so we had to go down the road to a friend's hotel to swim. Although this is a dog friendly place, people don't seem to care where their dogs used the restroom, and staff didn't bother to clean up the mess either. I'm pretty certain the television was the smallest I have seen in a hotel room, and you have to login to an account to watch anything, which would be a problem for anyone without streaming services. And then there were the lamps that were non-existent, but the cords where there lol! The bathtub also was flaking throughout the entire unit, but I guess as long as you don't eat the chipping paint you'll be good.

The property is located on the beach, you can depending on which floor you are on walk out over door on to the beach. The views were spectacular. If your looking for some place quiet this isn't it there were a lot of family's and college age guest staying here. We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean a bit dated but clean. I would stay again.

This is our second time staying at seahaven. Overall we are happy with our experience. Its not the fanciest hotel however it is right on the beach and thats what mattered most to us since we are mainly only in the room to sleep. We did have issues with the toilet flushing and having to hold the handle down however it was a quick fix for my husband.
We had the king suite so i do wish there was a second tv in the room with the pull out sofa bed.
Also i feel the pool could have been cleaner and probably required more chemicals.
Overall for the price and location we are happy with it.

The facilities are disgusting—everything was filthy and in terrible condition. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had; you should never have a place like this on your platform. I had to go buy sheets, towels, bath mats, cleaning products, and air fresheners just to make the stay bearable, as I had no other choice. I paid $809—an exorbitant price for such a disgusting place—and I demand a refund for my stay. Obviously, the payment for the reservation had already been deducted, and upon arrival, I had to pay the balance... I couldn't cancel the reservation at that point. I drove 10 hours from Miami to Panama City Beach and arrived before 4:00 PM, but they insisted I wait until 4:00 PM—the official check-in time—and I didn't get the room until 8:00 PM! They told me the time wasn't guaranteed... It was awful; I was exhausted and missed out on the chance to rest or do anything else that afternoon! Charging that amount for such terrible service—the cost is completely unjustified for a place that isn't fit to provide decent accommodation for anyone! Give me my money back. I am very upset… it is disrespectful to have paid for such a disappointing place.

The staff was a little rude. The entire property is supposed to be non-smoking and even the staff walks around smoking. Rooms are not ready on time. Nasty does not describe this place. Broken down and nasty. We checked in and checked right back out. The couch in the room looked like they just brought it in off the street. Unsanitary, poop paper on the base board in the bathroom and the tub/shower was not cleaned and nasty. Cockroaches are everywhere in this place. Do not stay at this place.

The room and bedding was clean. The staff were okay but not really helpful with certain things. Outdoor pool closed at dark because the lights weren’t working they said. The view was great. The bed was okay but a little hard for my liking. The internet connection absolutely SUCKED. So that means the TV didn’t work because it was a Roku tv. I had to use my personal hot spot from my phone for 2 days then it stopped working and no one could fix it. So our week long vacation the tv worked maybe 3 days total. I am supposed to get a refund of something but I don’t have high hopes for that. The curtains were so nasty and moth eaten that during the day you could see holes through the curtains. They need replaced desperately. The couch also was nasty with stains and needs to be replaced. The beach was great just wish the motel was better.
Parking is a nightmare. You will most likely be parking down the street across from the motel in a graveled lot unless you get lucky. It was a pet friendly hotel and you wouldn’t have known there were any dogs. It was quiet and relaxing.

This hotel is absolute TRASH. Don't waste your money, there are roaches, the staff doesn't clean rooms per their welcome packet. Then they try and state it says otherwise. You are supposed to receive daily trash and towel service at least. You don't, and have to walk down to the lobby and do their job for them, for $200+ a night. Extended stays of 5 days are more should receive a FULL housekeeping service on the 5th day, we didn't and had to argue with the staff to get that done. Then they still did a half done job on the 6th night. Oh, but wait, there is the ocean view and access to the water where you will end up just camping and regretting your decision to book this hotel. Our "suite" had holes in the wall poorly patched, dirty sheets to begin with, dirty shower and the electrical panel box was clearly in disrepair. Fridge was leaking, bugs in the room, doors not sealed, mold, loudest hotel guests, traffic and everything, smelled like Marijuana all week long. This hotel along with their whole family of "resorts" needs condemned. We left early due to the poor conditions and tried to stick it out and we're repeatedly disappointed. Will never return to this hell hole and I hope this review prevents others from booking this sorry excuse for a hotel and wasting their money they save all year when planning a family getaway.

Sooo let’s begin by saying the location was great staff was friendly now as far as cleanliness goes that’s a whole different story I had to go as soon as we checked in to get clean sheets for the beds the bed only had a fitted and a flat sheet no blanket at all the pull out bed didn’t have any linens at all the floors were horrible I understand yes you are at the beach but coming straight into a clean room you should not have so much sand that you can slide across the floor in your flip flops also floors looked like they haven’t been mopped in about a month or two I went to good ol Wally World and purchased my own cleaning supplies and cleaned our room which I should not have to do on vacation one of the tvs in our room had cable hooked to it and you couldn’t even watch it because it’s so fuzzy and the sound was just static and our shower curtain fell down but someone did promptly come and put it back up and every night it seemed like our whole room smelled of weed so lots of air freshener so that’s our experience hopefully this review helps others but location was great

If I could give zero stars I would !!! First off I waited 10 min before I had to yell “hello” for anyone to wait on me at check in. Secondly the pictures are a lie!!!! This was the most run down weed smelling,non cover or sheet having motel. The ceilings were stained and falling in. Floors dirty too.The shower rod fell 5 times and wouldn’t stay up and if you got it to stay it was way too short. The weed smell was horrible. No matter what I sprayed it didn’t go away. The next door neighbors was full of drunk teenagers that was so loud and awful. Beating and banging on everything by our door up until 3:00 am. I had to say something to them myself because no staff was around couldn’t call the office cuz the phone don’t work in the room !!! Not to mention wall sockets were hanging out of the wall. The spot to clean your feet off after getting off the beach barely worked ! The only reason we stayed is because no where had anything open for one night our next hotel wasn’t ready until the next day so a one day stay I wouldn’t pay $50 for it !! Knowing what i know now absolutely terrible. When checking out I talked to the office and only thing said was “ oh no sorry next time just ask for covers or repairs with in one hour of arrival???” But even then no one was around to ask anything about anyway!! Do Not Waste Your Money!!!! I wish I could have took pictures but cell was dead and none of the usb chargers worked.

The property is rundown, dirty, and in need of many repairs. During my weeklong stay, I had to change rooms 4 times. The first room had water that smelled like urine continuously dripping from the bathroom light/fan over the toilet, in the second room the AC unit was so loud and loose fitting that it made items in the room shake and sleeping impossible, in the third room the AC unit quit working and maintenance attempted to fix without success, and FINALLY the forth room was tolerable enough to complete our stay. I asked to speak to a manager twice during normal business hours and there was never one onsite. I asked again at 8am on the day of checkout and was given a card to call and leave a message.

Word of advice- Avoid this hotel. You get what you pay for. Cheaper isn’t always better. Spend the extra money for a vacation you will remember for the right reasons.

We liked the location...a couple doors down from Sharkey's. The staff were nice and friendly.
The room was clean....all except the bathroom floor. It was in need of repair and FILTHY. Looked like it had not been cleaned/mopped in over a month. The balcony railing needs serious work. Not at all safe. It was just my husband and myself this trip. Had we had children with us, no Bueno. We would not have stayed there.

We arrived there was a hole in the wall, bath tub faucet leaking, sheet on the bed stained. Maintenance didn’t come to. Next day never got new bedding. Room does not look like pictures

We stayed 6-25 to 6-29 don’t let the reviews scare you like it did me. I read reviews after we booked and was terrified . We arrived and it was nothing like I had read in the reviews . The staff cannot be more polite! Every single one of them. Me and my mom were simply walking from the car one night and one of the staff members asked if we needed help carrying anything . We always got clean towels . The elevator was in perfect working condition everytime we went to use it . There were numerous luggage carts at the doors each time we walked by. It was quiet at night , we felt safe, beds were great . Cold AC Literally cannot beat the view and access to the beach! You are pretty much on the sand! The outside hallways could def use some attention such as paint . I read a lot of reviews about roaches and mold, never once did we see a single bug and saw no mold. A lot of reviews mentioned parking issues, we never had an issue . If the main lot was full we simply parked in overflow. My mom is handicapped and got a handicap parking spot. We had hot showers each time . The only complaint I have is that there was no iron or ironing board and we needed to iron clothes for family pics. Also there is no free ice machine for guests and the ice was expensive. Def not big issues .
I would stay here again

Beautiful views from our 4th floor room. Lots of room in our room. Awesome shower. Water pressure was great. Went down and asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa. They were delivered fast. It is an old motel but we will definitely stay there again. Be prepared to park across the street if you leave to go out at night.

2 stars… only bc the staff made it bearable. The room was disgusting upon arrival, floors were black with dirt and full of sand, mold in the shower, mini-fridge was leaking from the freezer into the fridge so that caused issues with our food and the sink was clogged. Thankfully we made the staff aware and most of it was “fixed” as quickly as possible. We’ve stayed here 3 times now and it’s never been this horrible. We will never stay here again. This place needs a total deep cleaning and overhaul.

The location was great. The views can’t be beat. The parking was a hassle, if you’re not lucky enough to get a parking space on the property then you have to park across a very busy road. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool

Wonderful beachfront stay
We had a great experience at Seahaven Beach Hotel. Being able to wake up every day to spectacular sea views was definitely a highlight of the trip. The entire staff team was exceptionally kind, professional, and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a great visit to Panama City Beach—we hope to be back soon!

Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia, cuando llegamos había poco staff de limpieza y no tenían lista nuestra habitación hasta como 2 horas después del check-in.

El establecimiento está descuidado y parece que no le dan mantenimiento, ciertas cosas son entendibles por estar enfrente de la playa pero así como puertas sucias o baños sucios pueden arreglarse.

El staff de recepción de la mañana fue muy amable con nosotros.

Pros: Beach views were great. Cold AC. Working elevator. Clean floors and mini fridge/microwave.
Cons: Dirty not well maintained bathroom. Broken shower/tub faucet, running toilet. Ceiling tiles were not intact (we fixed ourselves). Our hotel door was left open on day 3 ALL DAY after the cleaning crew came to refresh the room. We were gone on an excursion and came back after dark to find our room unlocked and open. Luckily no items were missing. Front desk took our room number and said we were 1 of 3 rooms so far that had the same experience. Hopefully they remind their cleaning staff to lock doors behind once done.
Overall, a good experience for the price.

The worst place we have ever stayed!
Wouldn’t clean the rooms, said we have to request it! Never stayed in a hotel where you had to constantly go ask them for things, towels rags toilet paper!
The whole place was a mess! The pics of the hotel are very deceptive, it’s nothing like the pics, at all!
Toilet was a terrible flusher had to flush multiple times and then wait for the bowl to fill each time, the floor sweated so bad, that you had to constantly wears shoes, and it was slick no matter what!!
This place got me this time and it never will again, I’m not gonna say it’s the worst in Panama , only cause I haven’t stayed everywhere but this place was terrible won’t be back

Stayed multiple times for the location and the view, close enough that most stores are within a 5-10 minute drive or walking distance for dinner. Parking can get slim very fast. The views and the beach access are great. Rooms were clean facilities were nice no problems with cleanliness.

This hotel is very unprofessional.
When we arrived it took an hour for us to get into our room past the check in time. We also overheard that another family had to wait two hours and they did not get the booked rooms they were promised, they wanted the bottom floor and instead got the very top.
The rooms are decent but we had no toilet paper and had to go get it from staff, the tub was also corroded. I never leave bad reviews, but I would not recommend this place!

Our check in process was easy and staff were super friendly! The room smelled and looked clean however the bottom of the shower was bubbled up like water was trapped underneath, holes in the walls, balcony door did not open and shut properly, and the furniture/linen was super outdated. Overall, it was a place to lay our heads but definitely not in great condition.

Aging hotel so it’s understandable to have minor issues. A/c leaked into the room got a whole suitcase wet clothes inside included but maintenance came at 1030p and made a temporary fix until the next day. We had to go to the lobby everyday cause towels were not left at our door like we were told they would be! Other than that it’s a fair price for 7 days 6 nights $1200! Btw this is our third stay here and will be more in the future!!
