Nice property if you’re not planning to be in the room. Beach access is great. This hotel is really an upgraded motel. Kids occupied the pool all day. AC in rooms turns off and comes back on (wall units). Bed are near front balcony door, so everyone walking by can see inside. Kitchen is helpful. Thanks for the stay however I’m sure I won’t return to this property. It’s for teens and spring breakers.

Parking was full and 2 of the 3 elevators were broken . The elevator that did work was a 30 minute wait which wouldn’t be an issue other than getting all your bags up and down.

The laundry room is inefficient takes ur money and the floors in the room are filthy we had to buy our own broom and mop to clean it cause everyone's feet were black. And they sent housekeeping up to clean it and still wasnt enough. Other then that it was good

If you are just looking for beachfront property and cheap pricing then this is the spot. There is no breakfast, rooms are old and moldy. Mattress in pullout was COVERED IN STAINS. Dirt in every corner of the room. A lot of mold and rust by the back door facing the beach. Lobby furniture was ripped. The view was exceptional but everything else was under par. It made the overall trip uncomfortable. Housekeeping took over 2hrs to bring us toilet paper from my initial call, I had to go downstairs and get it myself. Someone came to the room, finally almost another 20-30 min later. Again I gave it 2 stars for the view and how nice the staff was however Radisson needs to overhaul this location. I heard that 20 years ago that was the place to be but now things have changed. Wish this could have been a better review.

For the cost, the place was really nice. Elevators were fast and never had to wait longer than a couple mins for one. Only issue we had was getting housekeeping to come in to take trash or replace towels or anything else we needed. Other than that hotel was worth the money. Beach in front of it was nice. Definitely less crowded and more relaxing. Parking was a little bit rough. Basement Parking is tight for sure. But it was nice that we could park at the Barefoot restaurant next door. Also try out the restaurant if u do stay there since u can walk right next door. The food was really good.

Took us until after 5 to get checked in because they did not have the room ready. One of the doors to enter the room was broken took over 24 hours to get it fixed. House keeping came to give you towels and made you sign that you got them. However trash was not taken out and we had to ask for toilet paper.

The mattress on the sofa had a lot of brown stains and had no bed linens, we had to call for extra towels each day, there were only 2 boilers for cooking. No pans whatsoever. One of the a/c units was leaking. The weather seal around the door was almost completely gone. The elevators barely worked and it took forever to get in one.

Terrible. The floors and hallways are soooooo dirty. There is no parking, you have to park at the restaurant next door. My car got egged there because parking is tight and it is very public. The room is not as displayed on the website pictures at all. All of the furniture and kitchen is old (80s). We had to stay the night we arrived because it was 1am. I killed a roach with a piece of paper on the front desk as I checked in. We quickly checked out the next morning.
Wondering why there isn’t a NO STARS options.

Use that bright red roof as a huge red flag. This hotel is nothing like it appears online. Very, very dirty and shabby. Filthy rooms. Inattentive staff. Room wasn't ready until almost 90 minutes late. But how convenient they have a sister property next door where you can get exorbitant priced food and drinks while you wait. Total scam. Elevator buttons sometimes work, some time they don't. Tried to cancel reservation after arriving at property but no luck. Almost ate the cost of the entire week because it was so bad. They also decided to close their beach access for replacement for 3 days. \"Just use the beach access next door.\" Those have stairs so no way to haul wagons and beach stuff. I spoke with about 15 other guests that voiced the same complaints.

This hotel was in a great location. Ocean front and beautiful beach. However the walkway to the beach was closed which made it a little inconvenient but there was still access. The manager was sweet and attentive but his staff did not have the same withitness. The girl at the desk was not friendly and when I told her my daughter had the elevator close on her she just started at me. No compassion whatsoever. They need to be trained better.
The room was run down and when the kids went or sleep on the futon the sheets had a red substance on them and I was grossed out and didn’t allow them to even sit on the couch. This could be a gem and I think they have a wonderful manager but some things need to be done to get it there. Good luck!

We stayed there a couple nights after leaving Fort Walton, to see how Panama beach compared before we headed home. Our room was very clean, and was really nice for the price. It had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing it didnt have much of was bowls, spoons, ect. But that was fine, we just used paper plates and all that anyway. So I would recommend if you are planning on cooking and things like that to bring a few dishes if its more than two people. The view was FANTASTIC! The staff were nice and helpful and we would definitely recommend this place to others and be glad to stay again.

Room was not cleaned. Floor was covered in sand and the toilet had not been cleaned. The room also had paint peeling from the ceiling and the balcony door was stuck and hard to open. View of the beach was nice. We did not use the pool because it was too crowded. Not the worst place but could use some work to improve the rooms.

Great location great ocean view but killed 4 cockroaches the bathroom floor was squishy the fan light was hanging by a thread and the bathroom faucet cold and hot water were reversed which could be very dangerous if a child were to turn on the cold and got very hot water instead of. I mentioned this to the front desk when checking out she said someone else had also had said something about the water being reversed as well. If I had a crescent wrench I would have fixed it myself maybe a 5 minute fix.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The location made up for the lack of cleanliness in 2024, as it wasn’t terrible. Just dirty floors, baseboards, etc. This time was horrible. It was filthy like the 2024 stay but way worse. The pull out couch was covered in mold. I let the staff know and they came and replaced the molded cushions with MORE molded cushions. I let the staff know once again. The GM came to our room and took pics and said she’d refund our $80 resort fee and they brought different cushions. The light in the living room was broken so it couldn’t be turned off. Maintenance had to come uninstall the light fixture so that the whole room wasn’t lit up while we slept. Therefore, we were unable to use it for our entire stay. We attempted to use the laundry facilities but they were too nasty to use. The smell of the laundry area was gut wrenching and had roaches that were 2-3 inches long. After overlooking all of this, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt—the house keepers came to clean our room while we were out to lunch and LEFT OUR DOOR OPEN when they were done!! The door doesn’t shut on its own, you have to jerk it shut and they must have skipped that step. We came back from lunch and while I was looking for the key, my toddler pushed the door right open. Thankfully nothing was taken. Very disappointed.

The smoke detector when off waking me up. First night I can look over. The maintenance guy came to chamge the battery. I explained to him the red light wasn't flashing. There's something wrong with it. He said it will be ok. I explained a smoke detector is life safty. It should be replaced if its faulty. So the last night guess what? It went off in the middle of night not able to get much rest. They still didnt replace the smoke detector. I had an 9 and half hour drive with very little sleep. They didnt even seen to care that I got woken up twice during my stay. Bad trip on the way home being very sleepy and tired. They could have at least knocked something off or offer a discount for the next stay. Which I want be staying there again.

this had to be my worst experience on vacation, ever! i booked the Raddison because it advertised beach chairs and umbrellas included. NOT THE CASE. an additional $50.00 a day for my 9 day stay. the coffee and water station was swarmed with gnats. elevators were very slow and one call button didn't work in the lobby. when returning from the beach i left a beach towel, sand chair, and small float outside the my door because it was covered in sand. all three items came up missing. Just hoping...i ask the desk clerk if items were picked up by housekeeping. Her reply was no, people steal and went about her business. one of the two showers coming up from the beach didnt work.

Our overall stay was great! The building is a bit outdated, but clean and functional. I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Parking in the underground garage was a bit tight with a larger vehicle but doable. The pool is small but nice, they never had towels at poolside so bring your own towels. Hot tub was nice and they had a little play area for the littles. The walkway to the beach could use a little trim, though they were doing some maintenance when we were leaving so they might be correcting that. If you do plan to stay, bring a power bar with you for extra plug ins with your USB access because this is an older hotel before electronics exploded! Our room stayed super cold, both AC's worked great! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! They have an air pump to blow up floats if you ask. I was very pleased with the Radisson PBC!!

For the price this hotel is what it is. The best part about the place is being right on the beach. The beach chair rentals were a fair price. The pool was average but the kiddo still had fun.
I really had no issues with the place until I saw cockroaches underneath my clothing on the back porch. I saw one that was as long as the palm of my hand. That's really the only thing I would really complain about. Oh and the dang water pressure. Here me and the kiddo are showering and trying to get sand out of every orifice of our body and no.....no water pressure....

My wife and I booked a beach view room on the 8th floor. Great hotel location, 20 min away from Rosemary Beach. It was a decent stay to say the least, the only reason I would give 4-stars instead of 5 is due to the general condition of the room. The paint was tearing off the ceiling, the baseboards looked rotted out but painted over. There was a strong, rotten odor coming from the sink. The price for the room is great so that’s the only reason it makes this a small issue.

The location was great although the traffic is usually heavy in that area. The parking is horrible…the available parking spots were almost always full. I can say that for the location and the view I would book again. The hotel can use a few updates here and there. The shower was amazing and gets very hot!! The worst thing about our experience was the horrible parking down in the basement. The area is very tight and small. But other than that I would book again in the future.

The location is perfect. It's located on a beautiful section of the beach, close proximity to a diner and stores. Good parking options. Hotel is not worth the money.

Set up of hotel is nice but it lacks in a few areas; definitely needs a coat of paint.
We checked in and did not have towels in our room. Housekeeping had me go downstairs for them instead of getting them for me-she was cleaning the room right next door. I went downstairs but they had no towels available. We didn't get any until 9:00p.m that night. The next day, the cleaning person cleaned our room and took the towels we had hung up, that we got at 9pm the night before! Once again, I had a frustrating conversation with the front desk where I asked them to go find me towels because I'd just gotten back from an hour power walk on the beach and I'd like a shower! That took a WHILE but we got towels.
We informed the front desk, within an hour of us checking in, that the person next to us was smoking Marijuana on the balcony. They did nothing after I asked security to go to the room, only said I won't be held responsible for the smell in my room. I booked this hotel for the balcony beach view!

The pool area had no towels for the 4 days we were there. The stand was there, not the towels. Poolside- The cleaning people left the same garbage behind the chairs, on the ground-right side of deck area, for 3 days, only fixed the pillows on chairs. Same with garbage by elevators.
We will not stay here again. Lazy staff!

This hotel is a DUMP. My goal for our beach vacation was to find an affordable room with balcony. The Radisson checked those boxes. Sadly, the place was disappointing in every other way. It is old, dirty and in much need of repair. We arrived on a Sunday evening to find no parking at the hotel. We were told there was a concert in town and the parking spots had been sold to others, and it would be better after that night. Wrong. Precious few spots are at the hotel and if you lose that lottery, you’re expected to park across the street or down the street. Check-in time is 4 pm. We arrived at 5 and the room still wasn’t ready. I have no idea why, because the floor had not been mopped. Walking barefoot through the room turned our feet black within minutes. Our room was on the 5th floor, and the elevators take MINUTES to arrive at your floor. We were told that housekeeping would service the room every 3rd day, and we didn’t realize our room didn’t have a Do Not Disturb doorhanger until housekeeping knocked once and then entered our room (with me in the shower) the next day! There was a leak in the room or bathroom above us, and overnight the ceiling dripped enough to soak my bag of BOOKS. We reported it & it was patched (badly) that afternoon. No breakfast provided – and we knew that – but there is water and coffee in the lobby. The coffee is right next to a trash can, so covered with gnats. We found a live roach in our room on day 2. We will not be back.

This is a pretty basic hotel. When we checked in, I remember thinking the room was clean, but it was clear the property was showing its age in a few places. For example, our room had a kitchen, but one of the cabinet doors was partially falling off. It wasn’t a major issue, but it definitely wasn’t a luxury experience.

The beach access was excellent and probably the biggest highlight of the stay. I had planned to use the hot tub, but it didn’t appear to be very clean, and the water level was noticeably low, causing the pump to make a loud sucking noise. Overall, it was a decent place to stay, but expectations should be set accordingly. It’s affordable for a beach hotel.

I wasn’t able to use my microwave or refrigerator as well as ice bucket due to rust mold and mildew some staff was very disrespectful as I bought my concerns to them also a wash cloth was dirty folded up nice and neat when I opened the washcloth i noticed it stained with dirt also had issues with the receptacle in the room as well also parking was not good you had to park 2 blocks away some nights from where hotel was at ….I tried to get another room hoping it would e better they told me they had none available for me also they wouldn’t let me get out of my reservation so that I could go to another hotel so that I could feel comfortable and enjoy what I thought I signed up and paid for so that I could enjoy my vacation they made me feel not a valued customer !!!!

The issue that we encountered is the room was very moist. When you got in bed the sheets felt wet. The floors stayed wet as if they had just been mopped at all times. Severely disappointed in this stay!! The parking was terrible. There were MAYBE 40 parking spaces. I was told they owned the restaurant and the Ramada next door and could park there but who wants to walk that far with their luggage. Also, those spaces were full. The elevators were dark and one of the buttons was broken. The room I was in backwards, in my opinion. The suite I had, had the bedroom on the side of entry and the living room on the balcony side. One of the beds was right on top of the air conditioning unit, the door to the room wouldn't close due to one of the beds being in the way. This was a problem because the light in the living area wouldn't shut off. The toilet didn't flush completely, so flushing 2 or 3 times after using it was necessary. The shower was grimy, but I never stay anywhere without shower shoes. There was liquid in the kitchen floor and I cleaned it up only to find that the flour was FILTHY. The rag that I used to get up the liquid had to be thrown away it was so black with dirt. The door to the balcony was missing a hinge and barely locked. Long story short, even if this property were to offer to pay me to stay, I would not ever again in life, stay at this property again. It was too over priced to be so underwhelming and disappointing.

I reserved and prepaid for a 2-bedroom suite for 6 people 2–3 months in advance, only to arrive and given keys to a 1-bedroom suite. This was completely unacceptable.

Rather than acknowledging that they had given my room away, the hotel blamed Expedia for overbooking the property. I was offered only two options: squeeze six people into a room with two double beds and a pull-out couch, or accept a full refund. Since it was a Friday at the start of summer vacation season, I was extremely concerned about finding another place to stay. While I was fortunate enough to have the means to secure alternate accommodations, I kept thinking about guests who might not have the extra funds available to do so.

To make matters worse, obtaining my refund was a frustrating process. The manager took an excessive amount of time to process it, and I had to call multiple times before it was finally completed. The hotel blamed the issue on a new employee who allegedly failed to cancel my reservation correctly, yet I was still charged for one night.

In the end, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise because I was able to find a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment for the same price. However, the stress, inconvenience, and lack of accountability I experienced should never happen to paying guests.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Room was as clean as possible. Sand everywhere outside the room and easily tracked in the room. Balcony was a good place to sit. This hotel lowered my thoughts on staying at Radisson hotels especially on the beach.

There was no hot water a couple of times when I tried to take a shower. The phone in the room didn't work to reach the front desk. There was no light in the room next to the balcony. Just a sofa, 2 chairs and the TV, but no lights.

The balconies are above the pool! All the food falls into the pool. The birds are flying all over the pool with food. There were hot dogs; come on. Outdated. Manager was super helpful but cannot control what people do in their balconies. There were kids feeding the birds chips, bread, etc…
