Although this hotel shows it's years a little, and the fact that it sits right on the ocean, the rooms and grounds are very well kept and clean. Each room has it's own kitchenette and ocean view balcony. For the price you couldn't beet the view or the one minute walk to be on the sand. We had family join us last minute and got a room for under $100 , so if you're ever contemplating a last minute trip to PCB I would try booking this resort. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this place was amazing, the staff, the location, the tiki restaurant next to the pool. Restaurant has excellent food, also affordable. This place was very affordable and the rooms are huge, they come with a kitchen, full refrigerator, a stove,cookware and dishes. I will most definitely be coming back.

Upon arrival the room smelled like freshly smoked weed. Second night someone pull the fire alarm and everyone was awaken early morning. There was no Continental breakfast as usual. Appliances need to be replaced. Floors were not clean. Air conditioner was old and ran very loud. You have to park across the street if hotel parking lot is full.

The room 711 was okay but the air Conditioner in the bedroom side was very loud and the living room side air Conditioner wasn't working like it should and the WI-FI keeps dropping signal. Thay don't mop the floors cause my sock was very dirty from the floor. The only thing I can say that it has a great view of the beach.

Very outdated witch wasn’t the issue. The location was what we were looking for. However the cleanliness was an issue. Air conditioner did not work properly, maintenance did come look at it and said he would be back to switch out. Never did see him again, so we just dealt with no ac the rest of our stay. No batteries in tv remotes, no bedding for the pullout. Was a huge hassle to get anything take care of.

My room overlooked the beach…very nice view! Bathroom was in need of desperate repair and cleaning! No housekeeping was done not one day of our stay. Stove burner was broken and asked for maintenance to repair it but they didn’t come to fix it! Room next door had dogs that barked especially at night when this is not a pet friendly hotel!!! Made several complaints about the barking dogs that was finally taken care of 2 days later! Had to make several trips to the main lobby to obtain fresh towels.. never came to take out trash so I had to remove it myself! Hot tub didn’t work… no jets working! Pool was not great as pool water looked very gray in color most of the days we were there..only one day the pool was clean! Very cheap hotel but not maintained well! The best part was the amazing view of the Gulf!

We had to call someone to come mop the floors the night we got there because my daughters feet turned black from walking around the room for 30 minutes. The bathroom floors were awful too with mold and mildew stains. Just a little updating and the place could be great again. The staff were all fantastic though

Room was clean but had a very strong, weird smell. Also the beds were in poor condition. Definitely needed to be replaced. The AC unit made very loud noise while running. There was no broom in the room making it impossible to keep the floor clean. No baking pan. Only 1 very small pan and 2 small pots. The hot tub was not in good working condition pool and hot tub were not cleaned throughout our entire stay.

Our stay wasn’t quite what we’d hoped, but it was really wonderful to have a place right on the beach for a decent price. Our kitchen was in pretty poor condition, but the rest of the space was relatively clean / in good shape. The tiki bar was out of food all week but the drinks & bar staff were great. The hot tub was down our whole stay and we didn’t have very pleasant experiences with the front desk staff, particularly in the evenings. After speaking with some other guests, it sounds like this experience is pretty typical.

I have stayed in some bad hotels in the past, but this one takes the cake. Not only do you have to park in a vacant lot across the street (yes, rain and traffic) but one of the elevators was out. It's when I got to the room when I realized had bad it is. Wanted to call the office Sorry not phone in the room. Wanted to set a wake-up call for the next morning, sorry no alarm in the room.

I know, people in the future will stay here, but I assure you there are better places

The rooms need some serious attention when it comes to cleaning. I understand it’s an older hotel so I was not expecting luxury. I had to ask that housekeeping sweep and mop the floors. Sand was everywhere when we checked in. That wasn’t the biggest issue. The floor was a little sticky and had hairballs on the floor. I hope management reads reviews and focus on cleaning. Since the hotel is older and dated cleanliness is a must. Other than that the stay was great. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location was chefs kiss. I noticed the front desk area was newly renovated. I hope they take time to renovate the rooms. Deep cleaning, painting, and new couches/sofa beds would do this place wonders. Sofa bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. With all that said I would stay again in a weekend stay and bring supplies to clean!

The condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet basic cleanliness or maintenance standards. Sand was present throughout the room, the linens appeared unclean, and both the air conditioning and heating were nonfunctional. The pull-out mattress was in poor condition, with visible stains and what appeared to be pest droppings.
Despite being a non-smoking property, the room had a persistent smoke odor, and we were incorrectly charged for it, even though no one in our party smokes. I would not recommend this property.

The Tv didn't work out the whole trip the rooms were run down and didn't look clean. There was sand in the beds when we 1st checked in.. The staff didn't have a lot of answers they gave me a business card and advised that the manager was the only one who could give a refund. Which was weird to me it seems to me that you would have an on-call manager or a manager on site to answer questions. It's a poor location I won't return to this property. Poor customer service. Each time I asked a question they advised the person to speak to wasn't there. I won't advise me or family to return to this location....

I have stayed at this property several times in the past and it’s just declined in last few stays. This recent stay was horrible. We had to go to local store and purchase cleaning supplies to reclean our room. Also my son and my nephew broke out with bites and hives from something that was in and on the bedding. It was another family complaining of bed bugs. We saw roaches in our room. We don’t complain much so we decided to make the best of the stay and try to clean our room and change bedding to accommodate ourselves since we would be only sleeping in room not spending time in it. We didn’t see bed bugs necessarily but something broke my son out in what appeared to be bites we have pictures of conditions of room. The pool and beach location give it a advantage otherwise I will never book here again

For the rooms are not updated. refrigerator was very loud at night. appearance paint chips and just need remodeling. Our room key card would work then not work. Employees said it would deactivate near electronics- not true we kept it away at all times and throughout our stay would have to replace the card 3 times per day. Other guests approved my suspicion as it was just not us. The elevator has been broken since last year, so the one elevator they are using is very slow. They do have WiFi works great on TV, but it will cut off after a couple mins and have to re-connect. The view is great- staff is great- pool is heated which is amazing. Tiki Bar has great vibes and staff with drinks and food. Lobby is clean with free refreshments. House keeping is on stand by when need.

The view was stellar, but the accommodations were a bit rough. The Jacuzzi didn’t work, the AC didn’t work. The heater didn’t work. The shower drain didn’t drain. The AC unit outside was broken. The windows and doors were all dirty.The elevator was broken. the Jacuzzi and pool were super dirty. I could see why this place was cheaper than other places in the area. It was a rough crowd there too. But the view from the balcony and the location were stellar.

Initial hiccup with the room at check in but the manager on duty was excellent and got it rectified immediately. All staff was very friendly and accomodating. Location was excellent and met my needs. Property did have a broken elevator and the hot tub only had one jet working.The view was great and I enjoyed the time spent by the pool and beach. The hotel offers a small beverage station with lemon water, coffee and tea through out the day. Maybe at some point a breakfast can be added. But being on the beach is obviously a plus. Overall, I would stay again.

This was my second time staying at this location . For everything you get as far as being on the beach and waking up to walk out on your balcony which overlooks the ocean, our room was spacious and cozy and having the little kitchenette was very helpful , the price you can not beat!!! The pool area is beautiful and that bartender poolside makes the best pina colada’s! The only negative is that the beds were not comfortable, mattresses not firm at all. Being the second time being here and fist time being last June , the hot tub was nice and hot but jets did not work . So was hoping it would be in working order this round and it was not . We still enjoyed it but would have been nice if it worked this round. All in all we love this place! And will be back!

Location is amazing, beautiful view, and great price point. Going out on the balcony always guaranteed a beautiful view, but also the smell of weed. Two elevators, but one was down the entire week of a very busy spring break. One elevator with max of 6 people for 7 floors AND cleaning staff meant waiting for the elevator ALOT. Property condition is worn and need of a lot of updates. The lobby was by far the nicest area, with the remainder of the property in need of a lot of help. The tiki bar was amazing-great drinks and a very friendly bartender everyday. You couldn’t order food every day-some days they had no cook on staff. Pool towels were always hard to come by. Our room was never serviced in a 7 day stay so we had to ask front desk for towels and took out our own trash. Bottom line-you get what you pay for. Every room has the ocean view. And if you’re ok with giving up normal hotel perks for a more cost effective stay, this place will do the job. If you expect a 3 star or above-head elsewhere.

The only good thing here was the view. The room was not clean well. The tub had sand, the dishes were dirty, the stove didnt work well. Went to office to inform them that the floor was dirty and the beds had sand on them, noone ever came to change the sheets or anything. The smell of weed throughout the day was not fun at all, smoking by the pool. Couldnt even open the balcony door because the smell was strong.

The hotel is reasonable priced. It is older no updates but fairly clean. The problem was that the hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. I informed the front desk the response was that they were trying to find a company to repair it. It had not bee working on arrival and was not repaired upon check out. Very disappointed. Should not be charging a resort fee or at least lower the price.

During my stay, I had concerns about the cleanliness of the room. However, the situation became far more serious when I received news that my brother had passed away.

At approximately 8:30 AM, I contacted Expedia regarding canceling the remainder of my stay since I had purchased trip protection. I was informed that as long as the hotel approved the cancellation, I would be refunded for the unused nights. Expedia then contacted the hotel directly.

At the front desk, I was told to wait until management arrived at 10:30 AM. My family and I waited. When management arrived, Leslie Colman assured me we would be refunded and instructed us to pack up and check out.

We vacated the room as quickly as possible and then requested a receipt confirming the refund. We were told no receipt would be provided and that we would receive an email. When we asked for confirmation in writing, the situation escalated. Housekeeping Manager Krystal called the police after we simply requested proof of the agreed refund.

This was extremely distressing while dealing with a death in my family. Had the refund been denied upfront, I would have stayed. Instead, I relied on management’s word and complied fully.

This experience raises serious concerns about the reliability of Expedia’s trip protection, as I followed the proper process and was not supported.

I request a full refund for unused nights and a formal explanation.

I was booked from Thursday to Sunday and stayed one night due to horrible experience. Got there at 9pm walked into the room and first thing I notice was the foot of the bed raised and the head of the bed down. As I looked the box spring wasn’t the right size so I asked for another room, I was told there wasn’t any so maintenance came down stated they could cut the bed in the morning like no how am I supposed to sleep tonight I’m supposed to enjoy and rest for what I paid for. I was so aggravated so he came before he left and cut the bed just embarrassing having to do this at night when it should have been ready for us. Then the floor was so gritty I took a wet towel and mopped it with my feet just to make it feel better. This was our first time staying and I wasn’t expecting that experience. We will not be staying there again.

Mattresses needed replaced a decade ago, shower barely worked, whole place is generally just dirty, 1 elevator was down all week (leaving only 1 very slow and over worked elevator available), amenities not as advertised...non working jets in spa, no cute little play area like in photos, no workable laundry facilities, no working wifi, parking is a hassle.

There was trash under the bed from previous guests. The a/c was broken when we arrived. It wasn’t fixed until day 2 of our stay. The tv didn’t work and even though we reported it to the front desk, it was never fixed or replaced. The mattresses were absolutely horrible to sleep on because of the dips and lumps. The place seems outdated and dirty. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location and view of the beach.

This is your typical 80's beach motel. The staff was nice however it seems your updates remained in the lobby. The beds were awful, I basically slept in a hole on one side of the bed. The room was so outdated, we went back in time to the 80s. The cabinets under the sink were falling apart. The furniture was plastic, not great for summer. The TV in the living room area had 19 channels, and not popular ones, but the TV in the bedroom was a Roku TV, the only updated item in the room. Yes there were palmetto bugs and maybe a roach but we can't confirm. We wanted a. Heap weekend and thats what we got. Won't be back to this hotel.

The Staff was great. The room was very plain and not as the pictures portrayed..The coffee pot did not work and had paint overspray on it. The Outlet in kitchnet area did not work. The room was clean but just seemed very non inviting. We did enjoy our stay and made the best of it.

Staff was great. Location and view amazing (stayed on 7th floor). It is relatively clean, but is an old hotel.
