I took me n my 7 kids was very clean all day activities on site the bar and grill had amazing food i couldnt complain about 1 thing woke up to workers cleaning patios every day breakfast was superb 👌staff was amazing the activities out side of the resort was n walking distance i will be returning to this establishment!!!

So nice.. we had a medical emergency and spent most of our night in er. They gave us 2 extra hours in the room and it really helped make it worth staying.. we were feeling like we wasted 500 dollars bc we didnt have insurance..we still def missed out on some of our money but the understanding and kindness of the staff helped alot

This is definitely a great beachfront hotel to stay in for any vacation. Staff was very nice and every part of the hotel smell good. I can smell how clean my room was as soon as I opened the door. Breakfast was very fresh and hot. You had so many options! Pool was clean and the walk to the beach was 2 mins. We didn’t have to wait long for elevators either. I give this hotel a 10! My bed was comfortable. It was 2 adults and 3 kids that they accommodated. Overall the best experience for us in Panama City.

Stayed here for a week with the kids for spring break. This place was perfect! It was clean, the rooms were nice, breakfast options were great! The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was awesome. The workers were bringing fresh food out constantly and kids and adults could choose oatmeal, cereal to pancakes. The pool area includes lazy river, big pool and hot tub. Steps away from beach and ocean waves. Staff friendly and helpful and I saw many constantly picking up or mopping water up from the pool/beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas by pool. Tiki bar for drinks and food. Restaurants in walking distance as well as souvenir shops. Perfect place for families.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Panama City Beach – Beachfront. The location is outstanding, with direct beach access and beautiful views that really make the experience special.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was in good working order, and housekeeping clearly pays attention to detail. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and consistently helpful, which made a noticeable difference.

Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, with a good variety of options to start the day. The overall property felt well managed, safe, and welcoming.

What stood out most was how smooth and easy everything was—from check-in to check-out. It’s clear the team takes pride in delivering a quality guest experience.

I asked the dront desk 3 times to please come in and change the liners, they were stained but didnt come in until i personally went talk to the front desk person.
We asked for pool towels and had us waiting for like 30 minutes, supposedly there was some in the spot but until they sent someone and verified that there was none, then they brought some outhere.
Very disappointed because of the price we paid and the highly reviews it has online.

Except for finding empty liquor bottles left in the drawer ( why would you leave them there anyway, so an easy over site for the cleaning crew on check in). The staff was friendly, helpful, and even found us hot cocoa packets when the lobby ran out on a cold night. The breakfast, and free tea offered daily was delicious. The room was in amazing condition, pools were cleaned well. Plus the view of the beach was amazing.

We will definitely stay here again if we visit PCB. The staff was so friendly. Toni was at reception when we checked in and she was lovely! Within the first 4 hours of being there, I had a few odd requests, and she came through with a smile. I hated that she wasn't working the rest of our stay. David, the manager, shows obvious care in the property. He was constantly present and making sure everything was as it should be. Christina, at breakfast, also always smiling was so kind. We witnessed one guy break the pancake machine and then was quite rude to her after his mistake. She patiently handled with a smile. The breakfast itself was great! My 12yo and 9yo would have stayed in the pools until midnight every day had I let them. 24/7 they have coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate available. The hotel is in walking distance of stores, restaurants and a really cool pier. We always felt safe too, which is very important when traveling with kids. Awesome hotel and staff!

We only stayed over night so didn't use the pool. It looked great! The only complaint was that the door to the bathroom was really beat up and the outside of the shower by the floor was not kept up. Otherwise a great, more quiet spot

Heat did not work. Only blew cold air. A couple of the outlets did not work. We switched the cord to different connection in outlet. The lights then worked.

Excellent ocean front hotel with heated pool, lazy river, hot tub and pool bar. Breakfast was amazing too. Staff was amazing and helpful. Room had two queen beds and a bunk bed. Also a full size refrigerator. Slept 5 comfortably.

It got rather cold during our stay, 30 degrees with a 40mph wind. This is fine. What wasn't fine was the fact that no matter how high we set the thermostat our room did not get above 65. This was not enjoyable.

We only stayed one night. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed that amenities. The pool, hot tub/sauna and lazy river looked amazing!

Cinnamon rolls are always a highlight and like that you have scrambled eggs with nothing added. Wonderful variety!

Ice machine on 5th floor not working, when i informed the front desk she told me to just go to another floor. Pool was not heated on our 4 day stay (freezing) to cold to swim in the water. After my reviewon the hotel website they told me the heater was broken (after we checked out) but it really upset me that i was charge a 40.00 resort fee each day and the hotel wouldnt even adress my concern with the fee. They said \"We look forward to seeing you again\". Well, that is not likely to happen, as tere are plenty of hotels to choose from with the same view and balconies without resort fees. Night shift desk staff sleeping at the front desk each night i went downstairs. Buyer beware, oh don't forget the 20.00 per night parking fee.

The staff are too busy on their phones to care about you their guest or your experience. The walkways are caution taped off because of being unlevel and not safe. The room has a musty smell, the dirt around the balcony doors is disgusting. The bathroom has mold and midew in the shower, the shower door doesn’t close…. Considering it’s off season the price per night for this level of accommodation is ridiculous. Overall just dreadful.

The facility was great for our family. The kids had a great time on the beach and at the pool. The food in the hut that night was perfect when we arrived late and the people there were very friendly. We will go back if we’re passing through.
