Make sure the cyclist work the TV work. make sure people get the room that they ordered. I did not receive the rule that I requested. We had to cram in a 2 bed no kitchen when i ordered 3 queen with kitchen. girl at the front desk gave me the runaround so I caught up with the manager..

It was our first time staying here and with mixed reviews we didn't know what to expect. However, we loved our stay. We had a beachfront room with a balcony located in front of the pool. The view was amazing. The tiki bar was located by the pool and was open during certain hours. Loved sitting in the swings in front of the tiki bar. Clear view of the beach. The room was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The barefoot bar and grill is directly next door. They have awesome food,drinks, and a pool. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely stay there again.

I love this place! It’s the only place I stay ! In fact - I signed on two extra nights - bc it’s heaven on earth! The staff is so very friendly ( especially Tiana ) and everyone you encounter . They’re helpful , and make sure you’re comfortable and have all you need ! It’s maybe 200 feet from the shore - and literally , everything else ! I love you Bikini Besch ! We experienced several issues, including the lack of a designated unloading area, unclean rooms, refrigerators that were unplugged and not working upon arrival, poor water pressure in the shower, no housekeeping service during our stay(only per request), and the need to exchange our own towels at the front desk for showers.Additionally, the pool area has been unclean and poorly maintained no fresh pool towels the whole time either.

Hopefully you read all the reviews before booking a room here. I agree with the general consensus that the rooms are clean, but seriously outdated. I wish I would have paid a little more and got a room at a nicer place. The rooms entry door was a mystery as how to get it to open as each time was different. It also wouldn’t shut completely without help. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely at all. The mattress was clean, but lacked a protector. The fridge in the room was moderately cool at best. I lost food I traveled with. There was mildew on all of the ceilings that they had painted over and the ac barely could keep up. The tv might as well been a tube tv as it didn’t have a good reception at all. I will say that the room was as clean as it could possibly be. The staff was nice but seemed indifferent when I made them aware of these things.

Expedia said it was 3.2 star resort! Not true, it was a 1.5 star. They only get this because it was beach front! Our 1st room had broken air conditioning. 2nd room had mold growing on the carpet, some type of lotion or grease, maybe shampoo in the carpet. We wore shoes the whole time. The mini fridge had rust in and on it. Nats were coming out of the sink in the kitchenette. Brown spots all over the ceiling from water. 1/4 inch gap at the bottom of the door. The door to the balcony had rust all over it and could barely be opened and force had to be used to shut it. The place could be cute if it was updated, but that would cost $$$.
Pros: Beach front, pool, outdoor showers, air conditioning, bed and a shower with hot water. PLUS is was cheap!

We had a great time at Panama City Beach. However our room was less than desirable when we got there. The room was dirty. The lampshade had stains all over it.They were late checking us in the phone in the room did not work, there were no batteries in the TV remote and when we mentioned it to the staff, they kind of shrug their shoulders, and was rude about it. We had roaches in our room. The staff was not very friendly or helpful. This is not a place that I would stay at again.

We did not stay at the hotel after checking in to our room. It was absolutely horrible. There is nothing resort-like about this facility. The room was dated and disgusting. There were flies everywhere, the kitchenette had enough dishes for 1 person, maybe, and the bathroom was worse than a deserted restroom in the middle of nowhere. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, especially for the money they charge!

We usually rate it 4 stars. Our visit this time was 1 star. Our room smelled like mildew.most of the outlets were behind furniture. The bathroom fan was VERY loud. The bed was uncomfortable. I asked for a higher floor ( when I booked) ended up on the 1st floor ( 2nd trip of requesting a top floor and ending up on 1st). The parking is awful, but yet had to pay $15tk park . It should be free especially since you have to park across the street. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years but I’m looking into finding something different

The view and location were great. We were placed in a room on the first floor by the staircase. The room looked and felt like it was an old janitors closet that they installed a toilet in. The room needs to be updated. The photos on the website were not accurate to the room we stayed in. You are also required to pay $15 to park your vehicle across the street. We will not be staying here again.

Very dirty. The smell hit us first as soon as we opened the room door. Then we noticed the floors, the tables, the bathroom. Everything rundown and dirty. The dishes in the room were less than helpful. A couple forks, a pan with no handle, several plates, no pans for the oven, a dull knife. The stovetop, 1/4 of the burners worked. The freezer worked well, the fridge was sort of cold. We didn’t use the oven because when we opened it, there was a dead roach.
Definitely not clean. Our feet were nasty dirty when we walked on the floor barefoot.

I would save your money and book elsewhere.

The room was just as advertised. It was not fancy but it was clean and right on the beach. The kitchenette didn’t provide much but it worked for us because we just wanted a full size refrigerator. The balcony had a great view but only had one chair and hot air from the AC unit blew onto it. We loved being able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella right there on their beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. Because it is a smaller place, the beach was not as crowded as the ones around us.

Still fighting to get my parking money back after I canceled. They also charged me for 1 day because I didn't cancel within 24 hours. I didn't know how awful it was till I got there so that was unfair.

The receptionist was very kind. However there was a problem with finding my paperwork. There was no place to park. I was told there was overflow parking across the busy street. I was allowed though to unload my car in the fire lane though. Then there were no luggage carts. People had left them on different floors. Not the resorts fault. The room was very nice though. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Tons of towels. On day 3 asked for fresh sheets. Never received them. Pool was very nice. Loved the tiki hut. Easy beach access. All in all a good place to stay. Very convenient to everything.

Beautiful beach view if you’re lucky enough to get above the first floor. The place is old and in need of many upgrades. Carpet was gross and sticky. Bathroom was not well cleaned. Faucet dripped continuously in the bathtub/shower. The doors had to be forced to open into the room and balcony. Luckily, we don’t spend much time in the room.

The humans at the desk are barely helpful and super slow. There was only parking across the street even for handicapped.

I don't even know WHERE to start. I booked this celebration trip for my mom & niece. Boy oh boy, were we \"catfished.\" Pictures look great! Get there, the room wasn't ready ; 2 hours late. Skillet had no handle. Gaps completely around the door. Drains so full of hair, my MOM had to clean them to get the water to go down. 2 towels. Ceiling falling apart. Bathtub was coming apart. Nasty handprints all over the doors. Dead roach. Stains running down the walls. Curtains wouldn't close cause they were broken off the hooks. Chair looked like it was from the 80s with stains all over it. Only 1 light for the whole room! Absolutely HORRIBLE. And every time my mother asked for help or assistance, she got all attitude from the staff. We will NEVER stay or recommend this place to anyone. I WILL be asked for my money back!

Absolutely loved the staff! Front desk was amazing, giving us so many tips! The only reason I took one star away was for the air conditioning. It was not good, it was very hot outside so really needed some cold air. We all had to sleep on top of the blankets. Once they renovate the building we will be back. The bar bbq the best jerk chicken and just had a great time there!!!!

There were roaches in the bathroom. The most filthy place we have ever stayed. I put towels on the carpet so we could walk. Thru. We worked so hard to afford our vacations and this was the absolute worst. They were “booked up” but there s no way any other room there would have been okay. No one came to clean our room. No wash clothes towels nothing. They didn’t even bother to make our bed. You guys should literally be ashamed of your operation.

It was our first time staying here at Bikini Beach. It stated on the description that every room has a balcony but that isn't true if you are in the rooms on the far-left side or far right side you don't have access to a balcony you just have big windows that you can't open that face the beach. We weren't allowed to check in until after 4pm and they still didn't have our room ready, so we still had to wait to be able to get into the room. We were able to go ahead and use the beach and pool while we waited. When we got to the room the air wasn't working properly in one side of the unit with the kitchen and bedroom but the other side that had the two beds in it air worked well but, their TV didn't work. Also, the toilet wasn't cleaned very well. The part you see standing over it was but getting in the bathtub to bath the kids you could see the nasty ring all around the top. Very disgusting. Also, the morning of check out we still had an hour before checkout time as we were packing up everything to go load the car and they were coming in the room to try to come in to clean and I haven't even turned the keys in yet. Other than those few issues it was a pleasant stay.

Our room had like palm trees blocking little bit of view ,but was so nice as well!! We stayed 2 nights just got back yesterday. We would stay again for sure!!! The people that work here were absolutely wonderful. We had a room booked but decided to start our vacation a day earlier than planned. When we arrived they were able to get us into a room with no hassles at all. The building was smaller so we didn't see the huge crowds on the beach in front of our condo like we did on the sides of us. It was the perfect place to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

If you're looking for something cheap with straight up just somewhere to sleep and keep drinks cold this is your place. If you want a stove and a kitchen sink you might wanna upgrade. Beside it needing a paint job, better cable (without static), and better looking floor this place is alright on a budget. Honestly have stayed in worse. We stayed her for a Dance Convention in Edgewater so it worked out for convenience, price, and just what we needed for 3 days.

Terrible experience. Room wasn't what was shown on the horel.com website. No washcloths in bathroom. I asked for them but was told they did not have none at the time. Overflow parking wasn't indicated on details. They have early check-in but failed to tell you about $40 charge for early check- in. No open beach bar but on the details it says beach bar. In check out I was unable to take a shower due to water cut off. It was caused by a Watermain break but something shoukd have been offered to make up for that.

All was ok except the air in the room muggy the whole time never cold ,then the housekeeping and manager was rude to begin with and if you oversleep they go to the room few times after you wake up and trying to get a autistic 3 yr old ready and your stuff packed and they yelled and wouldn’t leave even with bathroom door open and I was using it .and they threatened cops then tryed to say I left when I was in bed .and they wouldn’t stop harassing us I couldn’t even pull my car around .it was messed up .i wouldn’t go back due to their attitude and no understanding and said I’d pay for late check out .it didn’t matter .they had to clean the room but it wasn’t booked for anyone else .if you go don’t check out late is all I can say !! Besides that it was relaxing at the beach atleast .

I love the room except for the air it was a little muggy and not as cold and the staff was very nice and helpful to change my room for me ,the beach view was awesome and the pool and very assessable .the elevator is slow and very hot and there is construction and you can hear it very early so hard to rest .and no pots and pans really in kitchen .no couch or real table and chairs but besides that the beds are good and comfortable and not hard to get in and out of the room and feels relaxing at night .good and bad but I like being the beach and wa as good area to be on the beach !

We had to change rooms three times when we arrived.In order to find one that was slightly acceptable. Even after that, I found roaches in our room. The elevator was broken for half of our stay. There was sand all over the floors of every room that we tried. When you arrive, they immediately charge you for parking and do not notify you before that there will be a price to park. Parking is an additional fifteen dollars per day. The pool is decent and location is good. All the rooms need is simply a coat of paint and some new carpet, and they would be fine. However, this company that owns this hotel chooses not to even maintain it in the least bit. Overall, this is overpriced for the poor quality of hotel that you will be staying at. It is filthy and in disrepair.

The area was great, the grounds and the pool were kept nice and everyone that we interacted with there were very nice and helpful. There was a nice little tiki bar that has swings in the front with view to ocean that was really nice and the bartender there was awesome. On the other side there is a bar/restaurant and we enjoyed it too. The issue was the room...when we got there it was not clean. I had to clean the fridge before putting anything in it because it was dirty, there was some kind of food splash all over the front of stove and cabinet, the floors were not very clean either. Another guest has a suite and told me they had french fries and ketchup splattered in their microwave and their fridge was dirty too. The bathroom and beds were clean, thankfully, and the beds/pillows were pretty comfy. The room we had needs some updating, but not a big deal for me. The real kicker was we got a room with a kitchen and there were no items in the cabinets to cook with! We had one sharp knife and 2 butter knives. No pots and pans. This needs to be communicated-if I had known I could have brought some from home. Area and beach were great, just needed a little improvement on cleanliness and cookware in the kitchen.

Staff was very nice, we had a couple problems with the door key card not wanting to work, they were very quick to get it fixed. The pictures made the property look spectacular. When actually there, property is due for an update. Stains on walls, rust all over the stove making it look dirty.

Just got back home yesterday.They have excellent staff other than Nicki front desk night clerk he was a nightmare does not belong there.I would suggest that you take your own pots and pans.Took a day and a half for them to get us some that sucked! But with that being said,I would go back and stay again we had the best time it was perfect weather for six days.

Bikini beach is our favorite place. The staff always does their best to accommodate my needs health wise. We love the pool and the beach. People that stay at Bikini Beach are the most friendly people. If you are looking for a clean family friendly affordable place in a great location in PCB you've found it with Bikini Beach

You have to pay for ice there $7 a bag. Parking is not free it’s $15 per day. We got a kitchenette and there was no silverware plates or pans. Towels and washcloths that they provided here were so thin and rough. The soap and conditioner in the shower were very cheep and didn’t smell good. For the amount we paid for a week I would have thought it would have been a little better. The stay was not horrible.

I liked the beach view, beach, and the pool was ok. The room was absolutely disgusting. I should be given a reimbursement for this place looking amazing and really it wasn’t. False advertisement. I paid a good amount of money for this room. Good thing I was there only one day. I’m not picky either so for me leaving a comment must mean something. This place is a prime location that I know must have people renting all the time. They need to better invest their money into renovating these rooms. I better not get bed bugs is all I’m saying.

Location is great
Staff was ok
Then room was dirty sheets and pillow were full of stains. Carpet insects and was full of sand.Front desk said they where going to change the sheets and clean room they never came
So if someone is planning to stay here location is great but be ready for the worst place to stay!

The best is a beach view
The hotel outdated, , room is clean bed is comfortable.
The environment is not peaceful, people talk loudly , smoking even in Elevator (I’m allergic to cigarettes)

Front desk staff was nice,
It said kitchenette, but no Pans nor pot
No utensils, just fridge, stove, microwave
Couple plates!
I choose just for the beach view, but I wouldn’t recommend it
Oh ! Also TV no internet
