I have stayed multiple times at this property. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy. Bed was comfortable for the two nights we stayed.
On this specific trip, we had a few issues. The bathroom fan didn’t work, so humidity after a shower was an issue. No gutters or cover over floor level doors, so we got soaked trying to get into our room. The water leaked in at the door also, wasn’t aware until after I stepped on wet carpet.

The Staff was very respectful and professional. Answered all my questions. Room was cleaned very well. They made sure motorcycles had spaces up front for security reasons. The grounds were cleaned a couple times a day. Several places to eat and drink within walking distance.

Tiki bar was closed entire stay, pool was not heated as stated. View from our room however was nice, the shower had to run 5-10 minutes before getting hot. Maintenance however was very quick to fix our tv situation and beach overall was nice.

My room did have beach view. Been going there for 5 year's. Want go there ever again they started charging 15 dollars a day for parking didn't know till 4 days after my booking. The room fee is not that bad for this time of year. But the price of gas now and them charging 15 dollars a day will make me go somewhere else.

This is usually my favorite place to stay, but I never got any Wi-Fi service. My bathtub wouldn’t drain properly and the front desk. Young lady was not very personable. She took care of my needs, but you could tell she was doing it because it was her job not because she enjoyed speaking with guest.. I would like to think I will return, but I will definitely look around now.

Was charged for parking and didn’t get parking. Evening staff refused to help but put us on hold and hung up on us. Hot water didn’t work in kitchen. Tv wouldn’t work. WiFi wouldn’t work. We left early. Rented two rooms and had a baby with us and the floor was so dirty we couldn’t set him down. Could see under the door to outside and the back door to balcony wouldn’t lock or shut all the way. Highly unsatisfied. And still waiting on the money back for leaving early. Whole experience was horrible

This hotel is fair for the price. The staff was nice. The rooms are pretty plain, but it was what was online. It was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is older and could use a little updates, but was good for our stay. It is convenient. Beach access was great. The views are amazing. Worth the stay.

Beach view was great. Amenties were horrible. No ice bucket or ice machine. Only 2 outlets in the room & we had to unplug the 1 light for the whole room just to use the outlet. There's a total of less than 20 parking places for the whole hotel without having to park across the busy road and they charged $32.10 for the parking for the terrible parking.

However first night was bad. We came at the end of spring break (won’t do that again). We thought we missed it but we didn’t. We came in late and got a room near the road. The room had no ac but it was late and we were tired so we decided to just tough it out. It was loud and annoying. The next morning I went into the front office to see what they could do. They upgraded my room at no charge. We were moved to a beach front and it was night and day. It changed our trip for the better. If you book here I recommend staying beach front if you can. Also the little tiki bar was cool. Lee was a great bartender! All the staff was pleasant. We met Ashley our first night and she was very welcoming at the front desk. Would definitely stay here again!

As soon as I walked in to give my name for check in I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The only thing that happened while we were there was the elevator got stuck and stayed out of order both days but we managed with the stairs. I hated that for everyone. We are Panama City Beach locals and stayed for the week during spring break. We really enjoyed our stay and all of the things that were offered to us. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi would not reach the third floor and it was advertised. They did try to accommodate and offer us a room on the first floor so that we can reach the Wi-Fi signal, but we refused because we wanted the good view of the gulf other than that other than that, everything was perfect

We had mold in our room, our door stopped working so we had to get transferred to a different room. Our first room smelt like cigarettes and had a hole where the ac unit was. The towels had hair in them when we got them. Overall wasn’t the best experience because I got sick from the mold in the room, but the staff were friendly and helpful.
