The room was clean, hotel was pretty well maintained, and breakfast was good.
Front desk lady on the evening of checkin wasn’t helpful. We requested the crib before arrival, and upon entering the room saw that the crib needs assembly. Assembly was very difficult, crib components wouldn’t stay fixed, we wasted half an hour. When we asked that front desk lady for help, she said she doesn’t know how to assemble it, that everyone left for the day, and that there’s nothing she can do. Not the kind of response you’d expect from Hilton, basically it says “I could care less, you figure it out.”
Elevator reeked of weed. Outside of elevator door there was a big dried up spill and smelled like someone died there.
Overall, good for the price.

Unfortunately the room was not serviced during the 3 night stay. I spoke to the front desk after the 2nd night and was assured it would be taken care of that day but it was not.
Also, the room phone did not work and the shower supplies (body wash) was empty. Both of these items were brought to their attention as well.

It took about 5-10 minutes for someone to attend the front desk just to get checked in. A group of people in the lobby were so loud that I could barely hear the clerk speaking to me. The breakfast area had plates in drawers and the drawers dirty with food parrot in them. The silverware didn't appear clean. When breakfast opened, music played over the sound of the TV in the breakfast area and the was pipes into the hallways. When I pulled the covers back on the bed, the sheets were not covering the corners of the bed. This was a very sloppy hotel and not at all representative of the quality of I have always experienced at Hilton Hotels.

Room service (2nd night) was bad. Housekeeping service was poor. Did not fill the lotion bottle in the bathroom, did not clean the counters nor the floor (vacuum) and did not replenish towels as original setting.

A/C I believe was just above our room (425) and it sounded very loud at night. Also the ice machine was two rooms away from where we stayed. The hotel was almost empty, so the receptionist could have done a better job in assigning us a better, less noisy room.

I was headed to this hotel coming from Atlanta for a vacation in Panama and as I was on the way. 2 hours away from Panama I was called by the hotel and they canceled my reservation because the hotel was having issues. I was not offered any help accommodation, referrals or anything!!

Horrible lication, hard to get in out of traffic. They gave me room facing Hwy 98, traffic noise all say all night, cannot sleep. Nothing walking distance from hotel. Exon had station across hotel was closed, out of business. Worst, i was charged an extra night after checkout early due to traffic noise. Will not stay here again.

The television in our room didn’t work and the clerk told us they had been working on it all day, but maintenance couldn’t fix it. We checked in at 10pm. She said the manager was going to discount our room for the inconvenience in the morning, but when we came to check out this morning the manager was already gone for the day. I asked for the manager contact information but the clerk working didn’t give me her information. We could hear the people next to our room through the walls. Other than this everything was ok

The front desk and manager were horrible. Our credit card had been recently updated. I had called the hotel to update our card info. We showed up and our second room had been cancelled. When I spoke with the hotel to update our card info I confirmed I wanted to keep both rooms. Instead of helping us resolve the issue the manager told us to cancel our bookings and find another hotel. She actually shouted at least 5 times \"your credit card was declined\". There were several people in the lobby. It was embarrassing. We had to rebook the second room, but only 1 night was available (but we were actually charged for 2 nights - which the hotel corrected after a phone call). We still were charged the cancellation fee (we hope to resolve this soon).

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Stay was good. Breakfast was good. The only problem I have is whoever is in charge of room service needs to pay more attention to the bathroom area like towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc.
First, we had 3 towels for 4 occupancy. When I asked front desk for an extra towel they said in 30 mins. I went back 45 mins, staff said an hour. I said it’s been over 45 mins. She went to the back and got me one.
Second, I was shampooing my hair only to realize there was no conditioner. Staff were very nice and helpful to replace the conditioner after I shower. Didn’t get to use conditioner on my hair.
Third - the body wash bottle had very little body wash in it. I only stayed for 2 nights. It barely last for 4 people.
These things should be checked at the end of every stay and be replenished. Don’t wait for someone to stay there and complain. It’s an inconvenience for customers and kinda annoying.

L'hôtel est moderne et en très bon état. Nous avons bénéficié d'une grande chambre style appartement, ce qui était agréable comme nous étions 4. Le petit déjeuner est très correct, bien que sans originalité.
L'établissement possède aussi une laverie, ce qui peut être utile et à l'air de se faire rare au sein des hôtels.
Le parking est payant mais ça reste raisonnable.
Bref, c'est un hôtel confortable que je recommande vivement.

Nice room

Enjoyed the room. Was a great value. The only thing I had issues with was hearing the heavy doors from surrounding rooms open/close frequently and then our night stand clock/alarm was set for 6am so that woke us up this morning. Probably was pre-set by former guests. So aside from being woken up earlier than desired it was a pleasant stay.

We were there for my daughter's USFA softball world series. It was a block from Publix Field and about 20 min from Frank Brown. Location was nice and clean. Staff was great. They were very understanding have a bunch of young girls running around. We have an AC issue one night and they had another one install that next morning. Highly recommend.

The hotel is beautiful. The room is big enough for my family of 5. The breakfast was wonderful. Several options to choose from. My only frustration was trying to get towels and rags. I asked the person cleaning on the floor we were staying on for additional towels and rags as we first didn’t have enough in the room. She didn’t have any, but took two out of a room she was cleaning and suggested to go to the front desk to get more. The gentleman at the front desk was condescending as he told me to check each floor for the staff as they would have some. I asked staff and him twice before seeing a random cart with two towels and kitchen rags. The beds were extremely hard.

I did not like the staff at the desk. I arrived from driving four hours with a toddler and the desk was rude. It was three ladies talking, im 45 minutes, yes 45 minutes early to check in and was turned around to wait 45 minutes. I would understand if it was hours early but 45 minutes. The toddler was irritated and agitated from the ride and we had to sit and wait. I've never ran across this problem with the Hilton brand before. Sad to say, this ruined my perspective of the brand. And to top it off, at the actual check in, the clerk yelled saying that she almost canceled my reservations because the pre payment was not successful that they attempted to run that morning. As I explained to her that my card stays locked, she said it didn't matter. Policy was Policy. So, no, not a good experience.

Hotel is fairly new so clean and fresh smelling. Only con is it's next to the main road so you hear all the road traffic noise throughout the night. Needless to say i didn't sleep well. Hotel was booked solid so couldn't change rooms. Overall facility is nice. Staff stayed busy so wasn't always at the front desk to assist with issues thus delayed check in.

Everything was good except the fact that after using our towels and wash cloths I gave them to the housekeeping staff and when I asked for more they acted like they could not bring anymore. So I had to go buy my own towels and wash cloths. Other than that everything was fine for the most part.

Thin walls

The staff was friendly, kind & professional. The hotel was clean and spacious & the pool was the best I've seen in a long time. My only agitation was how thin the walls are. Above me, beside me & under me... an entire herd of elephants. I could hear kids voices as they jumped on beds and acted like the choldren they were. However, Children don't weigh 5 tons but thats exactly what the thinderous sounds from their tiny cushioned feet sound like from next door. My suggestion is bring Zquill and earplugs. On the bright side, kids quiet down and after 10pm - 11pm things were tranquil... untill bout 6am when those little noise making bundles of joy wake up. Still, better than the party crowd that are up till dawn.

I only stayed for one night and my stay was ok. There were a lot of big groups of people staying and the people above us were loud and it sounded like they were banging on things at 11:45pm at night. There was a desk in the room that was broken and the body wash and conditioner was not filled up so I used my own. Also, the linen looked worn. The room was a nice size though.

Terrible customer experience. Lady at front desk rude and condescending. We are a family of 4 with 2 and 4 yr old, room was large enough for us. Find somewhere with a better staff. Felt like they were doing us a favor letting us stay here.
