Check in and check out was efficient. Room was very spacious and clearn. We appreciated the bars all around the shower. Bathroom was large and very clean. Property was well maintained. Ample parking. Good lighting in the parking lot. Linen was very nice on the beds. Loved having a fridge. Breakfast worker was exceptionally nice and offered to make us omlettes. Waffle was great! Would definitely book this property again.

Parking costs were not listed online prior to our stay. Room servicing was supposed to be every other day but we didnt receive any until our nearly last night. Mentioned it to staff and still had to eventually get our own clean towels when we ran out. Staff at the desk were great! Rooms AC unit was a banshee as it ran and the over the lenght of our staff became less loud but still annoying. Location is great for the cost

This hotel was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond with genuine friendliness and professionalism and you can tell they truly care about their guests. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming, not forced or scripted.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety and everything fresh, well-stocked, and thoughtfully presented. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had and a perfect start to the day.

Our room was immaculate. Not just “hotel clean,” but spotless (clearly well-maintained with attention to detail). It felt comfortable, fresh, and relaxing the moment we walked in.

The location is ideal: close enough to Panama City Beach to enjoy everything it has to offer, yet tucked away from the crowds and noise. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and calm.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, cleanliness, and a peaceful stay near the beach.

Room had a funky smell of broccoli. Window shade was broken and could not roll up. Plugs for power adapters did not work. Low water pressure in shower. Breakfast was less then ideal. Toaster broken and would not heat. Bagels were dry and hard as a rock. Fruit juices were severely watered down. Egg and sides were not checked on and items were out. Only thing that was ok was the coffee! Will not stay here again.

My friends and I stay here every time for the Thunder Beach Rally. We like thatThe location has a gas station right there also a couple of restaurants that you can walk to. The rooms are always clean and the front desk staff is always amazing. The breakfast is a variety and always very good.

The employees were very attentive and check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a big plus for my kids and they loved that it stayed open late. Give Ashley( the front desk woman) her own hotel!!

I’ve never had a front desk person be so interested in helping me and making my stay the best it could possibly be. She was so great and I can’t say enough positive things about her and this whole staff!! Nicest hotel in I’ve ever been too.

While I didn’t love the $10 parking fee, we did love the location in comparison to where we were going from the hotel. And the best part was that the air conditioning didn’t cut off in the middle of the night making me wish I had brought my own fan. Huge pet peeve of our travel ventures.

Watch for Hidden fees

The stay itself wasn’t bad other than the beds being uncomfortable. We stayed 2 nights and never once got room service. I had to go downstairs to get towels. I was told upon check-in that there would be a $40 incidental charge ($20 a day) but i would get my $40 back upon check out. As long as nothing was bought from the snack bar and the room wasn’t messed up. Upon checking my account 2 days later, i noticed i was only given back $20 instead of the whole $40. I called the hotel and questioned them about this. She stated the other $20 was for parking ($10 a day). I was never once told about the parking fee even though she says she told me. Although during the whole checkin process she was messing around on her phone. The manager actually walked up on her on the phone, then she proceeds to make all kinds of excuses of why she was on her phone. Pretty sure the phone being more important is why she didn’t tell me about the parking fee. As i was told multiple times when i asked, i would receive $40 back upon departure. Nothing was said about only receiving $20 back and the other going to parking.
