Very comfortable stay.
Rhonda
Great place to stay! We will be back!!
Christopher
Something that I did not see on site was that the property charges extra for parking when you get there. Also it is cashless so you have to use a debit card or credit card for any transactions.
Liliana
The property is surrounded by a beautiful park, the site is very quiet, the staff is friendly and cooperative trying to help with any need you can have
Ariadna
Responsive Front desk and Housekeeping staff. Better Customer Service Experience than I had at the Hilton .
Evelyn Cuadrado
Me encantó la atención de la recepción, es muy agarrada le la muchacha y habla español
Myra
Visually the room looked clean however when we got in bed, the bed smelled funky; a cross between a musty smell and a body odor smell. It did not smell clean. It was so late and we were so tired that we just went with it because we had to get up the next morning and leave. Also the walls. I don’t know what they’re made out of but I heard everything and I don’t hear very well. I have an ear that I have significant hearing loss and I still heard people in the hallway, people upstairs, doors slamming all night long. It was incredible how loud everything was inside that room. The staff was fine. Everybody was friendly. We were only there one night so it wasn’t that big of a deal, but I specifically booked it because of the high rating and I was disappointed.
Luis
I have a really good stay everything was great thank you so much for the service
Danae
Very clean room
Richard
I really enjoyed staying there. The rooms are clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was all point. The coffee is always good there.
Michael
Was able to check in early with no issues. Friendly staff. A+
Jessica
The staff was helpful. Good location and clean pool. Would stay here again
metchay
Like the fact that it was close to restaurants, didn’t like the fact that we didn’t get any house cleaning services done which was supposed to happen every other day during our stay and we stayed 4 days
Crasharra
Clean room. Breakfast was good. Parking is $10 and comes out of the security deposit. In the cut and behind a gas station.
Susanne
The beds and pillows were uncomfortable the pool didn’t look like anyone cleaned it daily. The staff was really nice . I didn’t know there was a 10 dollar a day to park at your hotel that I didn’t like. However our cold water wasn’t working so we had to change rooms and for the inconvenience they waived the parking fee.
Heather
Staff amazing, great hotel. Must drive to beach.
Christy
Last minute rental due to vacation condo air conditioning going out. Easy to book, arrive, self-park and check in. Settled in in no time at all!
Angelica
We love it!
Alberto
Great service and comfortable stay. We stayed for two nights. They were pet friendly. Unfortunately the cleaning service never stopped by so I had to go to the front desk each night for fresh towels. But overall decent stay.
Rachael
Friendly staff and manager. Clean rooms.
Joana
We arrived at the hotel early and checked in; however, the front desk attendant barely greeted us. Since it was too early for a room, she said she will put me on the waiting list but she never called so we hung around until the time to check in. The attendant this time was very helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable but the pillows were too soft and the TV did not work properly. Overall it was a nice stay, breakfast was good and most of the staff were very courteous.
Ramgopal
It was a decent room. Please be aware they charge you for parking and the breakfast was just okay.
Robert
Clean room. Helpful/friendly staff. Breakfast standard fare (eggs/bacon/potatoes/oatmeal/bagels/waffle maker) and palatable. Didn't use other amenities (gym {quite small]/washer/pool).
Marcus
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean.
Robert
Bare basics no hot breakfast
Rachael
Only 1 elevator
Claudia
The room smelled like mold. Carpet was stained and ruff. Bathroom had hair in the bathtub, sink and floor. Shower curtain was torn and smelled of urine. Rust on the hinges of the door and the vanity. The floor was slippery and dirty.
Gus
Staff was great. No issues whatsoever
Anthony
Hidden fees. Be aware.
Jaclyn
The property was clean and well maintained. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. I only stayed for one night and would stay again.
Patrick
The property was clean. The staff was friendly and quick to follow up.
Karen
The property was in a good location. Easy access to the highway and beaches via car. The hotel had a great breakfast and provided coffee and teas 24hrs. Our room was clean but we had issues with the TV, which was fixed quickly. The bathroom toilet seat was loose so we told the staff. Hopefully it will be fixed. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
Michael
Everything was great

Check in and check out was efficient. Room was very spacious and clearn. We appreciated the bars all around the shower. Bathroom was large and very clean. Property was well maintained. Ample parking. Good lighting in the parking lot. Linen was very nice on the beds. Loved having a fridge. Breakfast worker was exceptionally nice and offered to make us omlettes. Waffle was great! Would definitely book this property again.

This property is no where near the beach
No restaurant or bar. We just left and did not even stay one night. Went and found a place on the beach for the same amount 😉

Parking costs were not listed online prior to our stay. Room servicing was supposed to be every other day but we didnt receive any until our nearly last night. Mentioned it to staff and still had to eventually get our own clean towels when we ran out. Staff at the desk were great! Rooms AC unit was a banshee as it ran and the over the lenght of our staff became less loud but still annoying. Location is great for the cost
JIN
The front desk staff were very friendly and kindly provided excellent recommendations for famous local restaurants and tourist attractions.

Scott
The room was wonderful, so roomy comfy & clean!!
We weren’t wild about how crowded it was, kids running down the halls, and above us.
Also cdnt enjoy the bfast area bc it was so overcrowded.
We were ready to check out & go! Would be nice to know if ball teams or big groups will be at a place prior to reserving.

Their was nothing to take a shower with at all!

The elevator was down and I’m disabled with multiple sclerosis. I had to take the stairs which is very difficult and painful for me to do. I had even requested an accessible room on the first floor and was told they were all taken.
Cynthia
It was a very nice and clean hotel and the staff super nice, close to everything and the pool was nice!
Gavin
Usual good standards at a Hampton Inn.

Good experience all the way around!
Scott
Staff was outstanding, had a great stay. The breakfast was great.Hotel was clean and well kept. My only issue was I had booked a room with a walk in shower and we got a tub room. Not a big deal for me but my wife slips easy so getting in and out of the tub is not as safe as a walk in... But we made it work and had a great trip.
Maria Donna
Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine the only thing is you have to pay $10 for parking after you paid for a room you would think it would be free parking

This hotel was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond with genuine friendliness and professionalism and you can tell they truly care about their guests. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming, not forced or scripted.
The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety and everything fresh, well-stocked, and thoughtfully presented. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had and a perfect start to the day.
Our room was immaculate. Not just “hotel clean,” but spotless (clearly well-maintained with attention to detail). It felt comfortable, fresh, and relaxing the moment we walked in.
The location is ideal: close enough to Panama City Beach to enjoy everything it has to offer, yet tucked away from the crowds and noise. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and calm.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, cleanliness, and a peaceful stay near the beach.

Very nice staff and the areas of the facility we seen were well kept and clean
Samuel
Room had a funky smell of broccoli. Window shade was broken and could not roll up. Plugs for power adapters did not work. Low water pressure in shower. Breakfast was less then ideal. Toaster broken and would not heat. Bagels were dry and hard as a rock. Fruit juices were severely watered down. Egg and sides were not checked on and items were out. Only thing that was ok was the coffee! Will not stay here again.
Tracee
Staff is exceptional, rooms are clean and have better than average toiletries and the free breakfast is hot and fresh.
Michael
The staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

My friends and I stay here every time for the Thunder Beach Rally. We like thatThe location has a gas station right there also a couple of restaurants that you can walk to. The rooms are always clean and the front desk staff is always amazing. The breakfast is a variety and always very good.
Peggy
Great stay!

Anthony checked us in around 1am and was very detailed and courteous. Room was very clean, nice and comfortable after driving all day, thankfully. Shower was great, breakfast was offered as grab n go or buffett and I had a few things from buffett before hitting the road. It was basic, but clean and nice for free. Angela checked me out and she was friendly and professional. Great stay passing through.
Matthew

Kim
The room was nice, but the middle of the bed was sunken in! It dipped a LOT! It was VERY uncomfortable!!
Kerry
The employees were very attentive and check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was a big plus for my kids and they loved that it stayed open late. Breakfast was an added bonus. It had lots of quick options such as cereal, oatmeal, grits, boiled eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, and fruit. I would stay here again.
Gia
