good place to stay i liked everything about this hotel
Mark
Overall not bad for the price ( I used Expedia) and pretty much what I expected. The lounge chair needed a good steam cleaning and the floor better mopping but otherwise acceptable. On a down note the night desk never did pick up my call from the room phone as I had a question to ask so that was irritating. The complimentary breakfast was also as expected with the usual waffles, cereals, muffins, juices and fruits but as with so many hotel chains now the half fake powdered eggs are horrible. I understand the appeal for hotels in terms of efficiency and costs but hopefully enough people will complain that these chains ( including this one) will dump those horrible egg pancake looking pads for more real flavorful products! Again, overall I give them a passing grade.

Everything was great. I thought it was across the road from the beach but it wasn't. But it's still a great place. And we enjoyed the club next door
Breanna
HORRIBLE. I would rather sleep in my car uncomfortably
meryl
Staff was very nice, the room was okay not the best but its comfortable. Pillow smells like cigarette though. Breakfast not too many to choose from.

It was water spilling on the charger wall by the lamp and damaged my charger, looks like water was spilling from the ceiling , they put the coffee maker in the bathroom…. That’s it All
I have to say.

The Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast (waffles, egg patty, toast, muffins, yogurt, apple and orange juice) could’ve been a little better but it was edible. Room and hallway had a weird smell, clean if that makes sense. Pool walls looked like it wasn’t clean so I didn’t get in but other guests did. Other than that it’s pleasant for the price.
And… they charged my card for the first night before we even got on the road!!

The employees were very helpful. However there was a dead bug in our bathroom, the drain to the shower was broken so you either had to take it out or let the tub fill up with your shower water. Every towel, and all the bedding had stains and some black stuff on it that smeared when you touched it. We did not sleep under the covers. We only stayed one night and glad it was just for the night.
Chasity
Was okay for the price but pool was not clean the breakfast was not good by no means the room smelled extremely weird also there a strip club next door that can get loud from time to time

The bed weren’t very clean. When went to pull out couch bed, and we had to ask the front for more sheets. They seem annoyed to give us more towels because we was a family of 5.

Poor management, poor cleanliness, found cockroach
Ariel
The room was nice, comfortable, and clean.
Mary
The room was OK besides the carpet being sticky so you can’t walk around barefooted not even to go to the restroom. Also, the air conditioner did not get cold.
Chanda
Nice place to stay
Lee Ann
Place was commensurate with the price
Peter
Bathroom had hair all over the floor. Bath towels had hair imbedded in them (3 of them). Shower curtain smelled bad. The floors were dirty. Couch was dirty/stained to the point where I did not want to sit on them. Beds were okay which is all that mattered.

Daniel
Staff was awesome room smelled not sure what it smelled like. Halls smelled like urine on the second floor. The carpet was very nasty in the halls. Kids running around and in the neighborhood behind the hotel looked rough. Loud music and party in parking lot. Beds were comfy and clean. Picture in room 206 had mold or mildew growing
Charles
Avoid this place, just keep driving and find a motel 6 it’ll probably be better or even sleep in your car and you’ll have more accommodations. There were black mold spots on the shower curtain, the hotel is right next door to a night club, you will absolutely be up all night listening to drunks in the hallways and loud dance music from the windows. the AC in our room was problematic all night it wouldn’t work right room was HOT. Tried to use bathroom downstairs during breakfast time and the restrooms both men & womens were “out of order” they offered no hot tea just hot water? When we were checking out & needed help and had to wait the lady told us “I’m the only one doing everything” okay I’m sorry yall are understaffed but that is not the guests problem! DO BETTER RAMADA.

Claudia
This property is right next door to a bar or strip club. All you hear all night is boom music.
Heather
Building was in need of a deep clean. Outside property was not maitained with trash everywhere. Hotel wide open with no staff to be found. Breakfast was a joke, no staff attending. Room was in same condition as the rest of the building needing deep clean and refurbishing. Only positive - mattress, pillows, sheets, towels clean and comfortable. Not a good property for Wyndham.

The stay was good. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing that I would change would be for the breakfast if they would just add a meat they would be good to go. Also the carpet and rugs can be shampooed in the hallways other than that the staff was great and accommodating.
Pam
The room wasn't very clean. It had a strange smell. The staff was very courteous.
Alexis
Nice Staff. Great Stay!
Adrianna
The rooms are a little dirty, but the bed was really comfy. It’s something to stay there and hit the road and get home or go to your rental.
Clara
I found toiletries and other items left behind by a previous guest. The cleanliness in the rooms is terrible.
John
Was a little dirty outside and carpet in hallway could use replaong but the room was clean and bed was good

Was ok especially for the price

Front desk staff allowed us to check in with our dog. They said if anyone asked just tell them he's a service animal. Upon checkout, the owners 'confronted' us about our dog, only to learn that their own staff allowed the pet without additional fees. The wife was particularly upset by the situation. We decided to check out because the wife became especially hostile. She called and then disabled our key cards which only made vacating the room especially long and painful since she followed me around the property inside and out yelling at me. What's taking so long? When am I going to be gone and seemingly did everything she could to make the situation worse not better. When we finally were completely moved out of the room I went to go get my deposit back which she refused. She said because of late checkout and because of the dog and refused to acknowledge the fact that we left the room spotless.
Lily
$50 check in deposit that isn’t mentioned during booking

It was quiet
Veronica
Nice and friendly
Amanda
Room floor has not been mopped in a while. The floors was black. We wet a towel and went over the floor to clean it before our kids stepped on the floors barefooted. But other than that it was a great stay.
Veronica
Love it
Bowen
The front desk clerk gave me an incredible amount of hassle because the name on my prepaid reservation was my full first name and the name on my card (for the incidentals) had my initials then my last name - as in John Smith on the reservation and JB Smith on the card. It took over 20 minutes for her to sort it out with someone on the phone. I've been traveling for over 50 years and this has NEVER happened. And the only way it was resolved was that I had another card that had my full name on it - a card that is for my business and I didn't want personal charges on it but I had to do it anyway or I wouldn't have forfieted the room and fee for that night. Needless to say, I won't be staying at this hotel again.
Emily
The staff was great and super friendly. They helped with everything and made our stay wonderful. The hotel Had very comfortable rooms and beds. Would definitely go back.

1 day stay until our condo was ready.
Awful place to stay. Hotel is overall dirty. Run down on the outside. (Pics online are old pics) Hall ways were terribly hot. When u got off the elevator the heat just hits u in the face. Pool was dirty. Most definitely wasn’t worth the 90 dollars plus a 50 dollar deposit…Will NEVER book here again.
Amanda
The reception made us wait to check in. The room is dirty. Smells like cigarettes and is supposed to be a non smoking room im 9 months pregnant and the last thing i wanted was a room that smells like a ashtray the ac dont work and the chair has a poop stain on it.
Andrew
Dirty, staff unfriendly, puddle of uri
Dawn
The bed was soaked with urine and had mold on it, staff refused to move me rooms or to check me out. I never got my money back either
Hannah
Sadly very dirty
The couch that was in the room had a lot of stains, we didn’t touch it or use it- all furniture was rusty- the towels has black curly hairs on them. This was a horrible experience- very dirty.
Andrew
This property wasn’t exactly what we were expecting. It was kind of off the road in an area that didn’t really feel the safest. Our stay was just fine. The beds were comfortable. The noise levels inside were fairly quiet. The included breakfast was good and staff were nice
Deandre
The lamp sheds were extremely dirty , the hole in the wall and hair in the tub
Cryssa
Very clean!
Grisell
Very Good
Chris
It is a very nice hotel
Katherine
Property needs an update and maintenance. Poor water pressure and toilet needs to be fixed in the unit.
Joseph
Room was disgusting sheets where brown and bedding was stained bathroom was nasty whole place smells like urine and death
Jennifer
I booked this hotel because I was going to a graduation at the FSU Panama City location and it was located minutes from the school. Upon arrival, we realized that it is right next to a night club. It was filthy inside. Dead bugs in the light fixtures, dirty around the toilet, stains on the couch. Filthy carpets in the hallway. Mildewed pation chairs at the pool.
Norma
I chose this property because it was a few minutes from the FSU campus and it was a Wyndham. This place is located right next door to a nigjt club, the hall ways and elevators were hot. The hall ways were filthy. The 3rd floor hallway smelled musty. The air in the bedroom could barely keep up. The hair dryer didnt work. There were stains on the couch and pillowcases. We checked put 2 days early, 7/31 at 9am and cut our visit short
Freeman B
Cleaning staff was good, room was spacious, and easy access to everything
Jennilyn
Mold everywhere. Even inside the picture frames. Completely disgusted had to change rooms and still was unhappy.

Not so good
Check-in went ok. My main issue was that our entire floor smelled of marijuana and nearly made my family and I sick because of how strong the odor was. As far as breakfast goes, you might as well bring your own. Definitely not worth the money unless you're able to get it on the cheap cheap.
Travis
Room looked dirty. Dust or mold on lamp shades, black marks on ceilings, hallways hot as hell, elevator hot as hell, empty chip bags in the light fixtures in the elevator, all around just dirty, also right next to a club with loud ass music. Wouldn’t stay here again if my life depended on it.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great location. Excellent hotel for the price.
Stephanie
My two kids and I took an impromptu short trip to the beach, reservation was made last minute. The room we stayed in was on the second floor at the end of the hall, which was nice. The ceiling had a previous leak and there was a large crack and the plaster was flaking off. The couch in the room had several stains on it. The blanket on one of the beds had what looked like a blood stain on it. The microwave in the room worked, but the timer did not so you had to automatically turned the microwave off or it would just keep running. The alarm clock only read one number, so it didn't work. While we were there, a staff member was making popcorn, and the fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning. I grabbed my two kids and ran down the stairs outside, only to be told it was burnt popcorn and there was no fire. Then no one could go back to sleep. On our last night, there were 4 police cars at the building next door. I felt fairly safe for most of our stay, but after seeing the police cars next door, I was glad to be leaving the next morning since I was alone with my two kids and did not have my husband with me.
brenda
Nothing….. ridiculously expensive for nothing, no breakfast, you have to pay $50 cash at the desk and then nobody’s at the desk when it’s time to check out so you run the risk of losing your $50, the front door is locked if you need to go back in after you’ve checked out at 8 AM in the morning, there’s no ice on the any floor but the first floor. They make you leave your room before they will go up and check your room to give you your $50 back that you haven’t destroyed the room, etc. There were insane teenagers in the hall all night long partying or something loud, noisy, etc. All in all a terrible stay and we will never ever ever ever do it again. Avoid it all cost
Olivia
We always have a pleasant experience at The Ramada. Its in a good location. The staff is always accommodating and friendly and the facility is always clean.
Brenda
Lady at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. Do not reccomend
Bridgette
They had mold in
KRAIG
Great stay at a great value
Tunissah
Next to a strip club, stinks, dirty dryer didn’t work, barely anyone at the front desk, when I first got there it took 30 minutes to checkin because the front desk lady was nowhere to be found
Jacob
We called the hotel the day of check in to see if we could check in the following day as we had to make an unplanned trip to the hospital. The front desk confirmed that wouldnt be an issue. We showed up to check in the next day, and were told we can not check in and to contact hotels.com for a refund. We contacted hotels.com, and they proceeded to contact the hotel. The manager at the hotel isn't responding to the hotels.com requests. Terrible service!
Adam
Dirty, mold on shower curtain, lamp, under fridge and in the ice machine. Pool is very dirty. Staff is rude. Bed had blood stain on sheets.
Luis
Indian lady at the front desk had an attitude when I was checking in. The way she was talking to me is unacceptable. Please retrain this woman. So she can better assist other guests. Besides from that, hotel needs air fresheners around the building.
Robert
The staff was friendly, the check-in/out was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable. The area was quiet. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to my friends and family.
Donna
It was clean but your staff are very rude!!!
Daniel
I wasn’t sure if this was a good choice because of the 6.4 note on Expedia , but it was pretty good, good value , good location. For improvement I will recommend some tea for breakfast
Brandie
It was good
