Annie
The staff had bad attitude, room was not at standard phone was broke, room service was terrible, pool was dirty 😑 very disappointing
stanley
Only one light in the room worked. Had to use the flashlight on my phone to find that light. The lobby was messy. The stairwell was messy. However, the room was clean . There was a strong odor of spicy food throughout. People are permanently living there. I will not return.
Lavonda
I was told by front desk staff that no reservations where made for July 3,4,and 5th please refund account by sending it to affirm.
Deborah
I only had a few minor issues. The outlets wouldn’t hold plugs into place, and I was double charged a security deposit after telling the desk lady that we’d already paid the deposit. Outside of that, everything was good.
Kristy
The staff is very friendly! Great location!
Cody
Shower was moldy. Bedside table was broken.
Daniela
Hotel was great, and when we did the check in the receptionist Leo was very helpful and friendly. But next to him was a woman that later I went to ask her for extra blankets and she was somewhat rude and non polite. It’s really the only complain I have to say about my stay, Staff should be more willing to help. Other than that all good
Rae
This hotel was amazing. It was clean. The staff was extremely helpful. Miss Carol kept the breakfast area going with everything completely filled up and clean. She was also very friendly and helpful. We did not encounter any problems while staying there. We had to find somewhere to sleep for 2 nights until we could get in to our apartment and they took us right in even though it was a busy July 4 weekend. They were also dog friendly.

We went to the beach a day earlier than check in for our co do and needed a place for one night. They over booked our diuble bed, but Leo took care of it and upgraded our room. For the price it was enough of what we needed. The room needs work, but it was clean, and the staff was thr friendliest. We would stay again.
Clayton
Not anything fancy, a relatively clean, quiet, and comfortable place to hang our hats for the night. Exactly what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Brandi
Amazing place to stay very helpful employees will stay here again

The rooms were nice, the location was close enough to the beach and other places. The front desk staff was great, and breakfast each morning was there with Mrs carol who was so sweet!
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone asking!

I honestly was very surprised at how nice our stay was! It was for one night. After reading reviews, we decided to give this hotel a chance. It looked to be remodeled recently. Our room was nice and clean!
Carol
Hotel very outdated. Doors wooden, heavy, old, hard to open, visible rust. Room smelled like mildew. Bathroom small. Hand soap dispenser empty. Breakfast options very limited. Location was close to venue I was visiting. No other hotels nearby. Will drive farther to get a better hotel if ever in the area again.
Amanda
Mark and Tevin were so kind and helpful!!

I miss placed my room keys on last day as a 82 yr old senior I hope I can get my 50.00 back. They are in the room somewhere
ed
Very clean . The only thing I did not like was an unexpected $50 deposit that I was told I would get back when checking out.
When I did check out I was told I would get a credit for my deposit. My question is when? Now I have to keep checking my Master Card account for it.
Will probably not do Red Roof again.

Loved Mrs carol, she spoke with everyone and made sure to help if needed and kept the breakfast area tidy at all times!! Was not aware that when I purchased the kitchenette room I had to provide my own basic cookware and such…. But the microwave and fridge worked fine. We had to ask the housekeeper for new towels (she never seemed to come to our room-321) also more toiletries. Just basically no room service at all (like making the bed or checking for basic amenities to be replenished or anything unless we found her and asked, I did not catch her name). Everyone I spoke with at the front desk were very nice and professional. The pool was nice as well, very well maintained. Overall for the price point and everything for my family of four it was great, other than I booked in march and requested when booked for a ground floor because I had someone with a disability that couldn’t use stairs. It worked because of the elevator, but that thing popped a lot, it was a bit concerning. (We stayed from 6-20 through 6-23)

The free breakfast can be better. The coffee was not good, no eggs at all or any other protein, only carbs, the location is outside Panama City beach but it wasn’t a problem, like 15 min, (depend of the traffic) far from all the activities
David
The pics of this hotel are far better than the actual facilities, it looks old and worn out. The Continental breakfast was neither continental nor was it breakfast.
Aaron
It was just okay. There was nothing near by for food. The first person I talked to seemed busy and I felt as if I wasnt going to get my room. The second person was better. The room was cleaned. The floor was still wet when I got there. It did the job for what I needed.
Devin
Everything was good for the 3 nights I stayed
Andre
Pet friendly, friendly staff, breakfast, accommodating
Ricky
Friendly staff, very large rooms. Has all your basic needs nothing fancy but great spot for a couple of nights.
Anna
Big thanks to Mark, he was very helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay there again.
Lizamar
Room was clean and available early. Breakfast was Ok, a source of protein would have made it great. Amazing location close to stores and perfect to visit and enjoy the downtown.
Yaime
Good price , very clean , I recommend it 100%
Tasha
Room was very humid, almost felt wet and had a weird smell.
paul
Soap dispenser was empty had to call front desk to get refilled
John
Not sure why it happened to me because it was a high rating hotel. Beds were dirty with hair still on them from previous guest. Trash on floor from previous guest. Room was very small and not kept well. The breakfast was out with no restock insight. It was very depressing thinking our experience should have been better!
Osbourne
Mark at the front desk was very helpful and courteous.
The hotel was very clean. It was our first time staying at a Red Roof Inn hotel and absolutely loved it. Not to mention breakfast was served

Very clean property

Stayed for 4 nights on work trip.
1. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
2. Breakfast was mostly carbs but was complementary, so you get what you get at that price.
3. Room was stuffy and absolutely reeked of fried food from previous guest. Bathroom vent and vent filters in AC completely packed with dust. Room wold benefit with use of dehumidifier.
OVERALL: Was ok for base to go to work from.

Lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Very pet friendly. We plan on utilizing RRI in the future.
aziz
Breakfast was ok
Myeisha
Mark was the best to do it. He got us in smoothly with no problems
Jaclynn
Suited our needs for a 1 night stay. Clean upon arrival. Convenient location, no road noise. Would stay again.
Daniella
The room was clean overall; however, the stay was uncomfortable due to several issues. The bed sheets were rough, and the bed cover was thin and uncomfortable. The room was extremely humid to the point that the floors became wet. Additionally, the bathtub was clogged, and the shower had very low water pressure, barely letting out any water. Do not recommend.
Cheryl
Friendly staff, convient pet area.
Billy
Kevin was very helpful on check in
James
At times there were people talking loudly in the hallway next to our room and it was late
Pamela
Clean, adequate breakfast absolutely loved the staff at the desk, Tevin was great
Melissa
Was very surprised on cleanliness and breakfast was fresh and ready at 6am which was great for keeping our itenary on schedule. Definitely will go
Ricky
Very clean, nice and comfy.
Jada
Clean room/bed, kind staff, decent breakfast. Its a quiet property and i like that
Harry
Breakfast was was good
stephen
Property was fine and conviently located for our purposes. Room was a little run-down, noisy a/c unit was poorly maintained. There was a kids basketball team running up and down the hall and banging on doors at about 1:30-2:00 o'clock in the morning.
Brener
room smell
Jessi
Mold covered the ceiling in our bathroom. Mold covered the windows. Thankful we were only staying one night. The stench of some sort of cleaner was over powering when entering the room. Front desk staff was very kind and accommodating.
Michael
I had no pets so I can not address that feature ; breakfast was okay but not worth the time;staff was friendly except house keeping , my room was not serviced until the day before I checked out, requested service and towels and I eventually got clean towels after a lot of back and forth but room was not cleaned trashed pulled until Sunday and i was checking out Monday. I have never experience such treatment in all my years of traveling. First and Last stay at a Red Roof Inn
Melissa
Will definitely stay again!
Corey
Mark was very professional.
John
Average breakfast
frankie
Rooms were fine however they had us checked out by 7am so we couldn't extend our stay and then the staff took it upon themselves to use my deposit without asking me for a different night that was requested by someone not on my reservation.
Lisa
Good location, friendly staff, clean room, nice pool, limited breakfast.
Felix
Good service
Donald
Hotel was clean and neat. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
Kiran
Breakfast is not good. Stinky bathrooms, hallways and rooms. Absolutely zero maintenance. Never Red roof again. I will just recommend others to stay away from this property.
Nicole
The best part of breakfast was the waffles, the breakfast eating area is very small. My room was clean for the most part other than seeing hairs in tandom places like in the shower on the shower curtain.
Kelly
The desk attendant checking us in was very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean however there was a tear in the ceiling, looked as though there was a water leak at one point that didn't repair properly. The elevator...that needs to be serviced! I didn't bring attention to it, felt safe enough to keep using it without telling the staff, I'm sure they are well aware. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.
Anna
Well maintained hotel with very friendly staff. Pet friendly with multiple pet relief areas. Maintained pool. Room was spacious and clean over all, only complaint would be the floors. They looked clean but the bottom of our feet said otherwise. Would stay here again, great value !!
Jean
Great staff
Elizabeth
Kira was great!
Ethan
The room had a awfully smell and there was a pair of used fake lashes left on the desk, also there was hair in the refrigerator
JOSH
This place was clean from the lobby to the rooms.Hotel staff was all super nice and helpful.
Definitely a great value and great place to stay if you are not wanting to be on the beach in Panama City!!

Rochelle at the front desk was great, very clean, all staff friendly and helpful, good breakfast choices
Eriks
Nice place and great location
Daniel
As nice as you could ask for and friendly, welcoming staff.
Stephane
It was a pleasant stay
Annie
We didn't have a kitchen, when we checked in our room hadn't been cleaned so we had to wait 30 minutes to get another room. Later that night when we came back our room cards didn't work so o had go back to the front desk and tell them that the cards didn't work so they gave me new ones and they didn't work either so we had to wait another 30 minutes on the maintenance to use his key to get in our room. He fixed it. The pool was out of service due to a leak. Won't be going back.
Kristin
Staff was excellent and very friendly
Trevor
Very unfriendly staff
Pamela
Everything was fine! We will stay there again
Sheri
Because I booked thru Hotels.com I was charged twice the price that I could have gotten if I had booked directly thru Red Roof Inn.com I will never again trust Hotels.com to offer me the cheapest rate.. you simply didn't. I will always book directly with the hotel. A room that I could have gotten for $64 dollars, cost me twice as much. The hotel wasn't allowed to make any adjustments because I booked thru Hotels.com... Never again.
Berenice
I did not try the breakfast because I had a whole kitchen inside my room! Defenitely love this hotel
Tammy
The staff were awesome! Very polite and helpful.
The room needed work.
The room needed work.

Loved the upgrades from the remodel. The room was spacious.
We would like to see protein at the breakfast, maybe hard-boiled eggs or other protein besides the yogurt that was there. Not a good breakfast for diabetics....
Thank you.
BTW, the desk chair may need attention as it tried to turn into a recliner when you sat in it!

Had a great room, next to exit door, convient to walk the dog. Room very clean and spacious. Neverending hot water
Tammie
Very nice
Milton
The hotel is very clean, but it’s far from restaurants if you want to walk. In my case, I had a truck, and the breakfast was weak.
Sheila
The room was cleaned, only thing missing was a pod tray for the coffee.
sky
Everything was fine it's not in the best of neighborhood
Samantha
Clean room, super accommodating staff
charles
Guess they finally got rid of the homeless people,I would have given them a room before letting them sleep in the lobby for everyone to see. The staff was very helpful and hard working. They mopped up the dirty floor in the bathroom right away, seemed like they were trying to keep the place up.
Julia
It was a bumping first few hours but worked itself out in the end.
Judy
Did not like the pet friendly
Shawn
Should add eggs or meat to the menu
Grayce
Christy at check in was able to arrange for me to have the room I requested. The person in the morning did not get her name. Was also very accommodating. The choices at breakfast was perfect. The only concerned I had was the bed. Did have some concerns. Otherwise the room was clean and welcoming. Will stay there when I visit Panama City.
Christina
The property is excellent for dogs. Staff are friendly. Room was spacious and set up really nice. Food choices are good. However, a few more healthy options would be great! Waffles were outstanding. Would have liked sugar free syrup. Overall, great place to stay and so many things to do with my dogs nearby!
Rene
Great for a one night stay
Gustavo
Great hotel
Michael
Clean and quiet.
david
Pet friendly and clean
Shelby
The staff were really great. They were polite and helpful. The room, however, could have used a little help. My sheets felt dirty and the blanket had a burn hole and stains in several places. My son's bed was damp and so was mine? The A/C filter needed to be changed so the room was musty and that cold humid feel...and it smelled like musty yuck!!!
But the staff were really nice and helpful I appreciated their professionalism.
