The parking was okay and the house keeping came maybe two times during our week stay which wasn’t that nice . Also they say they have a pool but it’s black water and it has trash in it . I really don’t think I would stay again.

The room was ok. The tub and sink wouldn’t drain. I had to take the plumbing of the sink off and clear out all of the gunk clogging it. The tub still wouldn’t drain. The pool was closed because it was nasty. They advertised free breakfast and didn’t have breakfast. Staff was nice enough. Had a few bugs in my room but nothing terrible. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Completely misrepresented by the photos online. The exterior was in rough shape and not freshly painted as in the photos. The pool was closed with nasty black water in it. The pool was located RIGHT on the main road so not exactly a private relaxing space anyways. It was implied in the booking that there would be breakfast - no breakfast. Our room was reasonably clean, but the staff had overused the cleaner and it made the floor feel greasy. There was food from a prior guest in the fridge and it had a strong odor in it. There was a light improperly installed in the vanity area with visible graffiti. The phone in the room didn’t work. We left as soon as possible, though I wasn’t particularly happy with the early check out process. The main desk made us call Expedia instead of handling it themselves. Won’t stay there again

Our bedroom sheets and towels are all stained, pillows smells bad. They provided us another room but its the same problem, a little bit cleaner, but towels and sheets are all stained still. You can also smell odor in the air upon entering the property. Luckly we only stayed one night, we couldn’t stay here longer. Also, it says free breakfast but only provided yougurt and coffee…

I checked in at 9 pm on 4/25/26. While we were sleeping at about 2:30 am a male entered our room. I jumped up to protect myself and ran him out the room. The front desk claims it was an accident and he was given our same room. It was a terrifying experience in the middle of the night. Management offered a half hearted apology and that was it. No phones in the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. I am very skeptical this was an accident!

Stayed here a year ago and the hotel was pretty nice for the price, but now one year later you can tell not much has been maintained and it is going downhill. Still decent for the price, but I'll be choosing another hotel next year as I'm sure it will just continue to get worse. Positives- no bugs and clean linens. Negatives- carpets are gross in hallways and room, smell of smoke in hallways, elevator rail is broken and not working well, pool out of service, bag over top of the smoke detector in room (guessing to hide people smoking in there), and shower drain was clogged with hair that I had to clean out in order for the shower to drain- gross!!!

First, they put us in a room that had a strong urine smell; bedspread was badly stained. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Website states several amenities they no longer offer. Telephone in room didn't work. No one at desk for long periods of time. Back door propped open; was told it was broken, so they had to leave it open.

The air conditioning cooled off the room well. The property was a little outdated but it was very clean. I will say the walls were super thin. I could hear everything the people in the room next to me were saying and doing. The mini fridge in the room was so loud I had to unplug it. And the toilet seat was not on securely and came off. The bed was pretty comfortable. My biggest problem was the attitude of one of the staff members. Firstly upon checking in, the staff member was very nice. She was friendly and very helpful. I didn't check in until 9:00 PM, and the next morning I tried to get a late check out from a different staff member and was told I couldn't because they 5 check in's later. (Which would be the earliest 3:00 PM).The building was scarce,I saw maybe 3 different parties the whole time. You know how if people have an attitude or just aren't trying to solve the problem it just feels like they are lying? They definitely weren't at maximum capacity and i know he could have let me stay till noon. Oh he did say I could stay until 11:30, but 12 was not possible. I then wanted to get a cup of coffee and since it was 10:30 in the morning I was told that they only do breakfast and coffee till 9:30 AM.. Mind you there's no coffee pot in the room either. Luckily there was still some old coffee in the dining area left from the morning. That particular staff ruined it for me.

We were told straight out of the gate that the elevators JUST stopped working a couple of days before cough cough. Then we had bought a pizza from across the street and since they advertise that they have breakfast I asked if we could get a couple of plates I was then told sorry we don’t have any… I asked well then what do people use for your included breakfast to eat on?
Well …… we only give yogurt and coffee
Then as we walked to the second floor the weed smell was crazy… The room OUTDATED actually the dang place OUTDATED looks nothing like the pictures. Would NOT stay here again and just want to put the truth out there. HOPE IT HELPS

Will NEVER stay here again!

Our garbage was not emptied, floor swept, or room cleaned at all unless we specifically asked during a 6 night stay. Our hall/room reeked of pot, especially in the evenings, which caused me nightly asthma attacks. 2 people sat & smoked pot outside the hotel entrance & the employee said he couldn't do anything about it if they had a medical card. State law states you can't smoke within a certain distance of the entrance! The outside trash cans were overflowing every day. Activia yogurt & coffee are not breakfast. Many do not eat yogurt...

Upon arrival the young man behind the desk was not friendly at all, like he was upset that I interrupted him. When I got to the room it smelled stale/mildewy like it had been closed up for a long time. We showered at my nephew house because the shower curtain had a bad odor to it. The beds appeared to be clean, but the location was great for what we were there for. I will not recommend to friends and I will not be staying again

One of the worst hotels we ever stayed in. Noisy and loud at night and some days. First thing I saw on sink was a roach, then another roach on shower wall, then some kind of bigger bug on floor by the bed. Asked about breakfast- guy said yogurt and coffee but coffee machine had sign saying out of order. Sign still there when we checked out this morning. Sign on the
men’s bathroom in lobby said out of order whole time we were there. No Laundry facility! Going back to Holiday Inn where we always stay! Cancelled third night and came home! Only stayed there because it was a holiday weekend and only room we could find!
