All great
Mary
Amazing view of the Gulf. Great food and amenities Located right on the waterfront in a cute downtown neighborhood
Samantha
Same staff as when we came for the 4th of July last year—in the hospitality industry in the panhandle, that is saying a lot. Property was basically in the same condition. Food and amenities were great. We will continue to be back. Love this location.
Payton
We had the best stay, Amazing food and views! Loved it!
Gina
We loved this place so nice and clean the area was nice as well but not many restaurants close by but the hotel restaurants were nice and good.
Thomas
Excellent. I'd stay there again. Convenient to old panama City town center and several restaurants near by. Comfortable and pleasant rooms.
Darrell
The coffee that was served at breakfast was flavorless. I paid $4 for colored hot water. You should do better.
Erin
Great hotel and location! Clean rooms and good food!
Stephanie
Everything about this hotel is perfect!
Stephanie
The Internet was not working. We had to call customer service to call another customer service to fix our issue with Tv. Only to find out it was plugged in incorrectly, which would’ve been an issue with the hotel not the company that was outsourced. Some front desk workers were great and others were not.
Kimberly
This was my second time staying here, everyone and everything was nice!
Morgan
Just didn’t use amenities but everything was fantastic
Kyle
The staff especially Isidora were all wonderful, she was kind, fun and a fabulous bartender. Loved the amenities, restaurants were delicious. The close proximity to be able to walk to downtown PC was great! The rooms were very clean and roomy. Will definitely stay again.
Jon Derek
Fantastic location and great amenities!
CLARISSA
I had such an amazing experience staying here. From the friendly greeting, even though we arrived later than expected, to the beautiful scenery to the warm good bye. The staff were very pleasant and polite. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee was the right temperature of hot. I really enjoyed staying here.
Reginald
Great stay!!! The facility was very nice and the view of the marina was spot on.

Everything at Indigo in Panama City, Florida is excellent. The staff goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The rooms have excellent views of the water and we love the ones which have the balconies. We booked today to go back for 4th of July.
Juamina

Nikki
The cleanest of the hotel and the property!!! The reception at the front desk all 3 ladies was very friendly and polite.
Joanna
The hotel room was very nice and clean.
My only complaint is no microwave. You had to go to the main lobby to heat up food. That’s the only reason I give 4 stars.

Amazing, exceptional, wonderful!!!

Positive: Great roof top and food - great amenities
Negative: Room a/c and ventilation system was very noisy. Didn't sleep well the first of a 3 night stay. Also, water noise from a pipe in the middle of the night. Asked again. Reception man said he didn't follow up. He would do again after we were gone. Not very professionnal.

This hotel and area will blow away your preconceptions about Panama City. The bar and restaurant are worthy of a visit even if you’re not staying. We payed a little more for a bay view room = beautiful

Deshire
Very clean nice workers and definitely beautiful.
Michael
Staff was great and helpful but, our room was on the 4th floor under the restaurant. Every time someone moved their chair we heard it. You shouldn’t put people in that room unless the restaurant is closed.
I do like this hotel and will go back if in the area…..I’ll be sure not to stay in that wing on 4.

Lovely new hotel with a great lobby, bar inside and outside, outdoor space facing the water, and room was clean and comfy. Outside of the staff not being too friendly, everything else was grand...
Mandi

Jeffrey

This hotel is the best hotel in Panama City Florida, this hotel my husband and I make it our go to spot when we come down to visits. The entire staff is the best, they are very professional, respectful to the customer's. The view is so beautiful overlooking the bay and the area is quite.
Benji
This was the first time staying at a Hotel Indigo and I was very impressed. From the moment I checked in I felt welcomed along with my little fur ball Gizmo. The room was better than I had imagined and the bar and grill located on the same floor was fantastic. I am already looking for my next getaway staying at a Horwl Indigo.
Joshua
The staff was great, food was great.
The room and the view was amazing.

Patrick
Great hotel
Denise
I would have loved to enjoyed the balcony view however Room 433 balcony was always wet. I brought it to staff attention & was told other guest complained about the same issue.
Tarpoon Restaurant is on the 5th floor. So I couldn’t fall asleep until after midnight once the restaurant closed. I observed in Room 433, you can hear dishes dropping & no telling what else
I encountered racism from 3 ignorant individuals at the bar.

Normally this is my go to hotel and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in many aspects of this stay that I’ll reserve details of to pass along to the hotel staff with as much grace as possible keeping in mind that even the best places have rough times.

It was a beautiful piece of property . What we got to see , they had a wedding reception an closed off one area an the public walk way blocking the area with chairs in the online pictures shows a fireplace an comfy seating looking out on to water It was not just closed for an afternoon but the whole weekend my husband went down early to see and the lady said it will be closed again all day I don’t mind paying extra if you get the extra
