Wonderful stay. Brand new facility. Well, newly remodeled anyway. Rooms were nice and spacious. Clean. Staff was cheerful. The beach view from our balcony was outstanding.l. It’s right there! Kids loved the pool. We will be back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our stay was unacceptable.

We checked in on Saturday to find both elevators out of service, which meant carrying all of our luggage up six flights of stairs. On Sunday, one elevator was repaired, but within a couple of hours guests got stuck in it and it was shut down again. Management later claimed the elevators weren't out for a full 24 hours, but that's misleading. They technically worked for an hour or two before breaking again. We still had to use the stairs for nearly our entire stay.

The final straw happened Monday. We left to pick up our wedding cake, and when we returned, our room door was standing open and someone had clearly been inside. Thankfully nothing appeared to be missing, but that's a serious security issue.

When I spoke with the manager, I expected concern or at least an apology. Instead, he was dismissive and condescending. He repeatedly insisted the elevators had been working, essentially implying I was lying. I'd remember carrying luggage up six flights of stairs if they had been. He also kept brushing aside the fact that our room had been entered, choosing instead to tell me not to raise my voice.

Mechanical issues happen. Poor customer service doesn't have to. The lack of accountability and concern was more disappointing than the elevator problems. We left feeling ignored and questioning the security of our belongings. I would not stay here again. Do better!

We took the kids to be beach but their favorite thing was the bunk beds! - Go figure! Great family frendly hotel.Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The room floors were always wet I don’t recommend if you have little ones. The ceiling was dropping water coming down to the floors, the staff said it was the humidity. So the water that was dripping from the ceiling was falling on the beds. And the only thing the staff would say is sorry.
When I booked my room the staff told me the elevator was being worked on and it would be ready tomorrow. It was not we had to go up and down 6floors of stairs with our kids and luggage. And we found a cockroach. First and last time ever staying here.

Beware!!! An hour before we arrived I was notified by a friend (who was also staying there) that the elevators were not working. I called and requested a room on a lower floor because I am pregnant and traveling with children. They moved my room from the 7th floor to the 5th. 90 steps to climb one way each time I had to go up to my room. Miserable. When I arrived I was informed that their parking lot was also a public pay to park/free for guests, but no parking pass. They recommended that I park in the back so I don't get towed. More steps to climb. When I got up to my room there was sticky stuff on the nightstand and used cups outside on the balcony. After taking a shower I went to shut the blinds in my room only to have the whole thing fall off on top of me. The doors are put on backward in the shower so you so can only turn on if you are standing in it. Nice blast of cold water.No iron, no microwave, and no ice machines. I was awakened at 6am to nailing and drilling into the walls in the room next to me. Who does construction in a HOTEL at 6am?! This was extremely disappointing because I specifically took a trip with my older children so that I could relax before the baby comes while dad stayed home with our other baby. When I went to make coffee there was no cream or sugar. Had to go down 5 flights of stairs to get some. The pool had not been cleaned. Large pieces of styrofoam, hair, leaves, bugs, etc. The trash was over flowing in the common areas from the night before.

The hotel is fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful at check-in. The location couldn’t be better! The view from my balcony was beautiful and relaxing. We will be back again soon!

We stayed for 3 nights. When we arrived the building had constitution fences around it. The elevators did not work the entire time we stayed. They were working to fix them. We also weren't able to get access to a key card for our room right away. Our room was very clean and pretty except for our floors. They were very dirty and felt like that had dirt on them. Our second day our shower water stopped working out of no where. I spoke to the staff and they had to turn the water off to connect a pipe and said it should be on within 10 minutes it didn't come back on for two hours We also were never informed of that even happening no email or text. We also woke up to construction sounds of drilling, nails, and banging two morning in a row between 7:30-9:00 AM. It sounded like someone was beating down the door. Which i understand they have construction to do but they never informed us before arriving the amount of construction they would be doing. I would have cancelled our trip if i would have known we'd have to listen to construction the whole time. The staff was helpful and listened and answered all my questions but I wanted to state our experience staying here.

The facility is in need of serious maintenance. The front door lock required us to be extra careful that it latched. The bathroom door lock didn't catch. The bathroom door itself was falling apart. All beds and mattresses seemed decades old, well past their useful life, and overdue for replacement. Sorry, not much positive to say about the property.
The only great thing is location. Right on the beach, and you can walk to it. It is at a not-so-busy part of the town, which is an extra bonus.

They charged my debit card twice. then they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, told me to call the management company on a weekday.
Beautiful view of the ocean. parking was awful. they had about 12 spots on the main property, and a few more across the street,I ended up parking nearly a block away.
